Check in good. Very nice and private. We met with difficulties as lightning had hit the weekend before so there were electrical problems. Granted they were fixed. We did get replacements if TV in living room and microwave in kitchen. The washer was very difficult and not electrical. It was wore out and would only wash a very small load at time. You had to babysit it. When you have 16 people starting at. 18 months to 71 yrs you need to wash daily. We were not informed of garbage pickups and believe me we made trash with 2,in diapers and 4 boys aged 11 to 12. Also we were promised beach access and a 10 min walk but where to cross to get there was not clear; we were turned away multiple times because we had no wrist band. Our pool was a saving Grace with little ones however it was cloudy green upon arrival with beer cans in the bottom. We do not drink and surely would not put empty in pool. We managed and pool man came our last day there so it didn’t matter. I just think there was a communication issue. . Overall we loved the house.

Good location. The washer isn't that great. The refrigerator didn't get cold until the day we left.

Awesome home. It has plenty of bedrooms for our group of 13. Perfect carport area with tons of outdoor seating beside and around the pool. Deeded Beach access is a short walk to the Crosswalk at the Light! Beautiful beach. This home is a GREAT place slightly off of the main road and is really accessible to eateries and shopping. We had plenty of towels for Indoor use. The only thing I would add to this location would be an outdoor water rinse off spigot. Bring your boogieboard, beach towels and swimsuit. Leave your worries at home!

We stayed with of close friends and this place was great for our kids!

Stayed here to attend a work trip that was held across the street at the Perdido Beach Resort. I was able to take my furry friend on the week-long work trip and walk to the conference. The house was roomy and comfortable.

House was super nice just like in all the pictures. The previous guests had broken a faucet and they sent someone out the first day and it was fixed in no time. Customer service was excellent, house was everything we expected and more. Will definitely be booking with them in the future.

Overall great house/location/beach. One small issue with master shower but overall lovely. Would rent again!

Can’t ask for a better rental for the price and location.
