House worked out perfectly for 4 fishermen and two trucks with bass boats. Inside had all the necessities. Will definitely use this house again for our next stay!!

Property was everything as listed! Perfect location! Very accommodating. Property owner even overnighted our medication we accidentally left! Much appreciate and will attempt to book here again for future stay at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We loved this lake place! The home was very clean close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Had a sidewalk for long morning walks. The host was great responds quickly to questions.

Perfect location in Osage Beach. Walking distance to Backwater Jacks and short drive to anything else you might need. Host was very nice and the place was spotless! I’d stay again in a heartbeat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it is much nicer inside than even in the pictures. Great location, covered parking garage and large kitchen. Clean and well maintained. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had too. We would definitely stay here again

We were moved to an upgraded property the night before due to an incident at the house we originally booked. It was only 2 houses down, but on the water. This upgrade was a tremendous surprise to my husband and kids. The host went out of his way to ensure we had a place vs leaving us hanging. This location was close to restaurants and shops but was quiet. The house itself was super clean and had more than enough space and amenities for a family. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Very satisfied with our stay over Memorial Day weekend! This house was perfect for our group! Lots of beds and lots of the space for everyone. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it looks even nicer in person! Location was perfect for us, we were by everything we needed. Check in was easy, host responded quickly and helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend booking here!

Covered car port was nice for the boat. 10-15 minutes to both boat ramps. Convenient!

Location is great. Close to shopping and fine dining. Neighborhood is quiet and beds are new and firm. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Home is older but has been well maintained. It was clean and appearance was just as advertised. Location was perfect for a "not on the water" property. Bottom line, yes, we would stay again.

As described. Rick was very quick to respond to your questions. The house was great. The value even better. If you have a bass boat and need covered parking with outlets, this is a great option. Depending on the size of your rig, you might have to unhook your tow vehicle. Plenty of beds incase you have roommates for the week. Super close to Osage Beach stores, gas stations, etc. It took me less than 15 min to get to PB2 ramp for tournament. If you have more than one boat, it could be a challenge as far as parking etc. Great job Rick!

We needed a place in a pinch due to a last minute change in plans. We received a call from the host a few hours prior to our arrival that the current tenant wasn't aware they needed to be out that day, so they left in a hurry and left behind some questionable items upon our arrival. The host sent someone to pick these items up a few hours after we arrived. We found unmarked pills (no container), "toys" and a gun in some bedroom drawers which, quite frankly, scared the crap out of us to where we went and bought security barricades for the doors because we felt a bit unsafe in the area. Likely not the owners fault, but it was a bit concerning given that the door lock keypad number probably wasn't changed between stays. One thing to note: this house is located right around a corner on a road where people don't drive very slowly, so if you have kids or pets, this might not be the safest place. Also, on the instructions provided in the house, the host asks you to gather up the sheets (which is odd, but okay) but not to gather the blankets, prior to checkout. This indicated to me that the blankets are not washed between each stay, just the sheets. We also found both shower curtains to have unknown substances on it as well. The house has quite a few beds available for groups and the bed we used was not a bad bed to sleep on. The kitchen space is pretty moderate, and the AC seemed to work pretty well. We found one parking space at the house which was convenient as it was covered and attached to the house. It got us through our last minute change of plans, but I won't be staying again. This place needs a bit more attention to cleaning, in my honest opinion. Perhaps a more in-depth disinfection, washable shower curtains, and a more thorough check of drawers during cleaning would help with this.

Quiet neighborhood. Nicely set up house. Short and easy drive to town.

The best part about this VRBO was the close proximity to everything in Osage Beach. Check-in & check-out were easy. Place was clean with amenities provided (towels, dishes, etc.). We didn’t need all the beds for just my partner and I, but there is plenty of space for people to sleep if you have a large group!

Don’t think there is a better deal at the Ozarks. Location is awesome, walking distance from the lake and Backwater Jacks. Places is clean and has lots of beds for a bigger group.

Good place to stay and good location.

The owner was accommodating for a small issue we had upon arrival. Some of the dishes were dirty and we did an over all disinfectant cleaning ourselves. Over all stay was good. House served our needs.

This 4th was a great time! The location of this property is perfect! Richard communicated well and let us use his dock for swimming! It is also located right by backwater jacks bar and grill which has excellent food and a pool for fun activities. This was a great trip!

House is clean and as expected. Noise can be an issue in evenings due to proximity to Backwater Jack's but over by 10pm. Close proximity to multiple eateries and 5 minutes to the strip. Would stay again.

The pictures do not do Richard’s place justice. For 5 friends (and 2 dogs), there was ample room to spread out the furniture was fine. The location was great and very close to Hy-Vee, BWJs, and highway 54. Richard was very easy to contact and work with. Would definitely stay here again.
