This property is simply fabulous, appointed with every amenity you can ever imagine. Certainly a resort-style experience - with multiple indoor/outdoor living spaces to enjoy. Chrissy was attentive and available for any and all questions. Highly recommend!

There was room for everyone and activities for all ages - from the games to the kids toys to the pool with all the paraphernalia to make water time fun and safe. The big kitchen provided a gathering place with plenty of room for food prep. What a memorable family vacation!

Beautiful home as advertised and close to beach. Family loved the pool, the boats going by on the waterways and the indoor outdoor living.

This home didn’t disappoint in the least! Tastefully decorated with everything stocked as if you were home. The kitchen is where we are usually disappointed in our rentals but this one had it all! Blenders, mixer’s, grilling utensils and everything else. We had a wonderful week. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated home right on the Imperial River. Great pool and the basement game room was a huge hit. Well stocked kitchen. A few issues which were handled quickly and efficiently by the property managers. Delightful stay.

Very easy to rent. The people managing were vey helpful got back to us right away. We couldn’t have had any better place to stay. It was absolutely beautiful in every way from the inside to the pool and spa area.

This house was awesome! We stayed with our grown children and their kids (ages, 6,3,2,twins 10 mos) . The house worked great because there was enough space that each group could have privacy. Chrissy was very helpful and responsive. The house was clean and had supplies in it, which has not been our experience with other homes we have rented. She even went so far as to supply us with 2 pack-n-plays for the twins. The pool and spa were clean. They were also large enough for many people to enjoy at the same time. I really can’t say enough about the house and Chrissy!

Our family gathered for Nana's 70th birthday - kids and grandkids in for a few days of sunshine and celebration. The property was in a beautiful setting with every amenity we could want. Spacious; beautifully decorated; an awesome, well equipped kitchen and eating space and a wonderful outdoor pool and spa area. One of the things we liked most was that the house provided both large private sleeping areas and terrific common spaces for gathering. The setting on the river was beautiful and the beach was just 5 minutes away. Our host was very attentive, both before and during our stay. The property allowed us to make a wonderful "gift" of togetherness for our family.

This home is well appointed and very nice! We sincerely enjoyed our stay and its extensive amenities. We had 3 generations of our family loaded in for 5 days and this home served us very well. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered!

Our family of 13 came from Michigan to get warm, children and grandchildren. Everyone voted this the best house we ever stayed in and furnished and decorated the best!! We wanted for nothing. This beautiful Bonita Springs home is one of the most exceptional property's I have ever rented. It has always been our preference to rent homes in various countries for many years. This one now ranks number one on my list. The Website does not do it justice. It is more beautiful, filled with lovely amenities and great technology throughout the home. The open air access connection between the indoor and outdoor living space is phenomenal! We spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub, watching movies outside, playing cards, etc. The view of the Canal and watching the boats pass by was very soothing. We also did yoga on the pool deck. The kitchen is well stocked with great pots and pans and other notions. I suggest more paper towels be available for guests in the future. Crissy is an awesome owner who is extremely responsive. Pay close attention to her notes on how to use the outdoor fireplace and how to operate the cooktop. That was a bit of a challenge for us gas cooktop users. We had planned to go out to dinner, but changed our minds after seeing how easy it was to prepare great meals in the home. Again, it was so beautiful and relaxing. no one wanted to leave!!

This home was perfect for our family beach vacation. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Living room extends to outdoor living space by the pool with fireplace and TV. 5 minutes from the beach! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock as well. Highly recommend!

Communication with property manager was very helpful. She checked in with us lots, and even had a welcome basket of treats waiting for us!!! It was a beautiful home! The only downside is that if you like to lay out by the pool, the sun doesn’t shine in the back pool area too much. But still had a wonderful time in a beautiful home!

As a family of 6 traveling with our nanny we always look for larger homes rather than hotels to comfortably accommodate our needs with space. We've been fortunate enough to rent some beautiful homes on the beach. But with this last trip we were looking to explore Naples. Well the beach front of Naples is all privately owned Mansions (none that I could find for rent) and as I explained we don't do hotels. So when we came across this beauty I thought...well we've never been on a river before and I had heard some great things about Bonita Springs too. And let me tell you how beautiful and tranquil the area is. This house has a beautiful spot on the river. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings from the 2nd floor large balcony for best views. Just Amazing. The pool, well our first 2 evenings dolphins came right up behind the pool squeeking and playing with each other. We caught them almost every morning and evening. This home is beautifully designed and as a real estate investor myself, I've seen some beautiful homes but this one tops them all! The photos are good but really don't capture the beauty of this home and location on the river. I never thought I'd say this....but we enjoyed this more than the homes on the beach. We were just a 2 min drive from the beach, I don't know why maps says 6mins but it's much closer. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas. We even went kayaking on that tranquil River checking out all the mansions along the way.. so pretty. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the recreational room downstairs keeping them occupied during our entire stay. My kids are 2, 4, 6 and 11... We were just a 20 minute drive to Naples and a 20 minute drive to ft. Myers, so this Bonita house allowed us to see some of both areas. Can't say enough great things about the property... Beautiful, clean, management was very responsive to our needs. Book it! It's beautiful! I will no longer only look for beach front property after this stay... Lol

Beautiful home and view.

The house is just beautiful. It is perfect for a peaceful evening and hanging with friends. Grocery store is close by, and instacart delivers to the doorstep. We rented a boat for the week and highly recommend. We rented it thru Boatsetters, and were able to dock the boat at the house on the lift every night. We paddle boarded some mornings(house provides them), and saw dolphins and manatees right by the house. The house layout is perfect with each bedroom on a side of the house so you feel you have privacy. House has many dishes to cook and many items you sometimes get frustrated when they only give you qty one. Meaning, you get many trashbags and not just one trashbag. Love the doors that open to the pool and outside!

Every detail was thought of in the decor and appliances & amenities of the Home. We enjoyed Paddle Boards, Kayak, the game room. Highly recommend this property. Crissy the Agent is great to work with.
