The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The only "glitch" in our visit was some uncertainty at check-in, as we were unaware that the apartment was accessed via an unmarked front door. Otherwise, this was a great apartment that we would certainly rent again in the future.

Small, basic apartment with excellent location to see Pictured Rocks or hike. Comfortable bed, nice shower, nicely appointed kitchen, and small living area with a great Roku TV

My adult son and I really enjoyed your property. Located to lots of restaurants and a short walk to our boat tour. I plan on telling my friends about this great little location and returning on the future!

Location was perfect! I came to hike and bike and spend time on Lake Superior beaches. The location was in close proximity to 100’s of outdoor activities and convenient for all modern conveniences- food, groceries, etc. The space was clean, comfortable and I felt safe as a single woman. Communication was excellent and checking in was a breeze. Thank you!

The one bedroom apartment was in the heart of downtown. I love the location. The only area of improvement was the temperature. The temperature of the apartment averaged 74 to 75 degrees. We had to open up windows for a breeze and the air quality was poor outside. I recommend setting the temperature lower and to have 2 tall oscillating fans, 1 for the bedroom and 1 for the living room. The towel rack in the bathroom needs to be fixed as well.

Great location. Near many shops, restaurants, waterfalls, sand dunes, pictured rock and beautiful Lake Superior. Property was very clean and spacious.

This property was clean, easy to find, and was a perfect starting point each day for visiting Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. We especially liked that we could walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the bay. Parking was always available next to the property. A manager was easy to reach when we had questions.

I was disappointed that there was standing water in the shower. Whom ever cleans had to of noticed this while cleaning. It took several minutes to drain.

This place leaves a lot of things to be desired. There is an overall impression that the property managers don't care a whole lot. We walked into the house to smoke smell. They had communicated WiFi password incorrectly, which we managed to figure out. The property managers seem to communicate only during office hours. Probably the worst thing about the house is temperature control. There are two AC vents, one in the kitchen and one in the living room behind a settee. So the dining area is too cold, and bedroom is warm and stuffy. The bedroom is tiny, doesn't have a chest or any storage space apart from a small closet, or really any room to even open a suitcase. There are only drapes on the bedroom window, no blinds. The bathroom doesn't have enough counter or storage space. The hot water runs out too quickly. There is no laundry basket. There were no dishwashing detergent or dish rack in the kitchen. The pull-out sofa bed is about average, but you'd expect it to be better at this price. They had forgotten to provide sheets for the sofa bed. When contacted, they replied next morning and asked us to pull out extra sheets from the storage unit. The washer and dryer are coin operated and old. One washer and one dryer were out of order. Parts of the house are rickety and need fixing. For example, the back door. There is a small storage room outside the back door which is completely accessible to anybody from the street because the rear entrance of the property can't be locked. Some positives: great location, just a hop across from the marina. Main Street Pizza and Muldoon's pasties are highly recommended.

Very cute blue house with sunflowers at every window! The apartment was nice, well equipped for the stay. I liked the matching red and white colors in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. I will recommend to add extra sheet and cover for the living room sleeping sofa. There 2 more apt in the house but we didn’t hear any noise. Only the car wash close by was making sounds and I was hearing it in the bedroom. The agent was fast and easy to communicate with any questions. Walking distance to Munising cruise port, shops and restaurants. The local fish market Captain Ron has outstanding fresh fried and smoked trout and white fish! Local people are so friendly.
