Lovely, comfortable, convenient.

This home was tailored for adults. Lovely well appointed kitchen, cozy living area with large smart tv and electric fireplace. Four nice sized bedrooms all with king sized beds and smart tv’s. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms sharing a large hall bath. The back patio is covered with a fireplace and smart tv for relaxing morning, noon or night. My two sisters and I throughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Went to Fredricksburg for a girls trip in wine country. Property is in an excellent location. Nice quiet residential area in walking distance to Main Street. The property itself was nicely updated and had all essentials we needed. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the house a great deal. I was perfect for three couples. A king bed and bath for everyone was wonderful. The outdoor space was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and dishes. We would recommend this property.

This house is fantastic! Clean and spacious. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Outdoor area is great for hanging out with a nice gas fireplace. About a 2 block walk to Main St. Will stay here again!!

This was a perfect property for 3 generations to spend some quality time together. Plenty of space inside and out to play games and enjoy each some quality time. Everything was really nice and it is very convenient to Main St. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property, quite neighborhood, newly renovated Please. Secure the rugs…I had a fall….not related to the rugs but I was super sensitive after I fell Please tell me what sheets you are using….I must have a pair!! We came with children and possible in-laws….my favorite day was our last evening alone….me on the leather couch under a wool blanket…..hubby on the back porch watching westerns….decompression time for us both It was nice that there was space to be together and space to isolate when needed. We left a list of little things that needed to be fixed Thank you for having us……it’s a beautiful property. We spent out honeymoon in the town 20 years ago only a street over…..CRAZY how much things have changed…..please send me the name of those sheets!!!!!!!!

Needs hand rails because tubs and showers are so slippery. Ants were present by stove top and kitchen sink. Outside trash was full upon arrival. Almost ran out of TP. House was lovely with the above exceptions.

Perfect size for our group of six girlfriends though we could have easily accommodated two more. Gorgeous, spotless, spacious and comfortable. Several in our group said most comfortable mattresses ever slept on. The huge kitchen island was our go to hang out after our days of visiting wineries and shopping. Great for playing card games, morning coffee and evening cocktails. The patio is amazing though our mid July summer visit made it difficult to spend much time outside. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was just as advertised. It is a beautiful home with all the comforts of home. We loved the outside patio fireplace. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and dishes you need. They thought of everything. Very functional and organized. We would definitely stay again. Great for couples of a large group of friends. You can’t go wrong with this home!!

This house was perfect for our group of couples. The 3 bathrooms gave everyone their own privacy. The back patio was beautiful

Overall it was great. The only critiques would be the tiny soap bottles. We felt like we had to ration shampoo etc. Also the mattress on the bed in the front bedroom closest to the driveway has a large hump in the middle. The couple on that side of the house simply moved to the back bedroom on that side. The kitchen was very well stocked and overall the place was beautiful…

A super nice clean house with a nice outdoor fireplace to relax. We enjoyed the king beds with our own bathrooms. The only thing the house has a foul odor in and around the laundry room.

Great place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. Great location, clean. and roomy. Well furnished and everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Good property for 3-4 couples.

We're a group of sorority sisters celebrating our 50th reunion, and we couldn't have found a more perfect spot to spend a few days. The property was everything that was promised. It's well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had 8 women in town for a long weekend. House was a great place for our group. Nice that rooms all had king beds that were super comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio. Will definitely stay here again!!

What a fantastic home! Very clean and within walking distance to main street. Well stocked with everything you need and the beds are super comfortable!!! Only thing missing is an outdoor grill. Other than that we highly recommend!!!

The house was amazing! It was very clean, the beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the distance to Main Street was walkable. We took pictures for our website and the light was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

It was just 3 of us. When we walked in we were in immediate aww. the openness is amazing . The large island was perfect. Bedroom size and decorum is beautiful. It’s close to everything. We walked everywhere. The only reason for not all 5 Stars in every category is because there was a glass with lipstick on it, countertop had sticky residue from a cup and back door glass doors did not allow for privacy, Everything else was perfect.!!! Worth it!!!!
