This seemed to an great property - near the center of Rincon and on the beach, with a great view and plenty of space to spread out inside. This part was good! What was not good was the massive infestation of cockroaches we found once we arrived. They were everywhere… in the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, living room. The management knew about it, and had apparently sprayed days prior to our arrival. They came to spray again upon our reporting the problem, but the infestation only worsened. I was concerned about all this spray, as my daughter staying with us is pregnant. The last day/night, when it was raining outside, we found and killed 40+ roaches in our living space. It created a very disgusting and stressful environment for our vacation. I have photo and video documentation of these conditions, and I do expect compensation for these unlivable conditions at a vacation property.

We loved the location! We walked to beaches, stores, and to every meal. This place was perfect for our family of 5. 3 full bathrooms was amazing! The view from the terrace is beautiful!

Perfect landing pad
We loved the location! We walked to beaches, stores, and to every meal. This place was perfect for our family of 5. 3 full bathrooms was amazing! The view from the terrace is beautiful!

the 2 story condo was very spacious with a private back deck. It's listed as being able to accommodate up to 16 but would be crowded with every futon pulled out. It is perfect for up to 6 with 3 comfortable bedrooms. It would be a $500+ condo in Hawaii. you will be right across the street from the . city beach park. the beach was spectacular with some of the best sunsets ever and even during busy hours it is uncrowded. You can also walk the beach all the way to the restaurants and shops. During the day we also hit all of the beaches within walking distance and spent alot of time at domes beach and the lighthouse. Great little beach bar with incredible view and good food. Great communication from Shariol . It was much appreciated when we had to leave a day early and she offered to refund our last night. Thanks!
