Safety was a concern for me. The outside gate didn’t lock and it was very loud in the evening. The windows are very thin and on the last night I heard a bottle being smashed on the concrete that woke me out of my sleep. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Close to beach, clean and cozy

I spent a LOT of time reporting the issues we have right after our stay there and never heard back from anyone, so I won't take the time again and requesting that the previous review be located and a response sent to me. Thank you, John

This location is awesome! Literally steps from the beach. Lots to do with the amusement park across the street, a park just up the street and lots of quick food options all around. It is lacking beach supplies. There are towels and 1 chair. You can rent chairs and an umbrella just down the street, and you can buy sand toys at all the shops. The condo is pretty small but was comfortable enough for our family of 4. I would probably stay here again, but not with my kids. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s noisy. You can hear the people in the shops below like they’re standing right next to you. You’ll also hear loud music and rollercoaster noise until 11pm each night. The last thing is that was a major let down is that it DOESN’T HAVE A TRAVEL CRIB, even though it is listed on the listing. We had to rent one, which fit fine in the bedroom slightly under the desk area. The property management was no help when it came to rectifying the issue. They don’t respond to Vrbo messages for days, so if you need to contact them you have to call. You’ll then have to work your way through the answering service until you finally find someone who knows anything about the property. We had to contact them several times because there is no guest book. We needed instructions for how to work the shower, and where to find the outside garbage. In conclusion, great location, loud, not great for young kids, bad management.

Apartment was extremely difficult to find without extra instructions. Small gate in between shops on boardwalk. Very noisy given location. But apartment was cute & clean. Liked how close it was to the beach but neighborhood was a little questionable. Most likely won’t return.

This property was perfect. The owner and designer were amazing. If I could have stayed I would have.

Location was great to Belmont, beach, food, shops. A little noisy but I had noise canceling app. Parking (not super convenient but ok) was fine as there is an overnight parking lot a 1/2 block away

This was our first time in California, so we were nervous about booking, but everything was great. The room was perfect for just us two. There was so many things in walking distance. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.
