Exactly as the picture and very helpful with any questions about our stay as well as restaurants etc. some parts needed a deep clean inside but otherwise overall stay was a 5!!

The property was exactly as advertised and we all really enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful as were the other amenities. The location was excellent with the neighborhood being very quiet but easy access to shopping, box stores, restaurants etc. Our interactions with the property management team were great. Everyone in our party really enjoyed our stay and we would certainly look at returning again in the future.

Our four grandchildren loved every minute of their stay. The pool, the slide, the water park, they were not bored for a second, and when they got tired of the water, they played in the arcade. Parents and grandparents loved watching them play all day every day.

Wow! This vacation home was amazing! The backyard was a kids dream, the house was very well stocked, very well decorated and great service from the property managers. We had a great time here. Will come again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great communication and something to entertain everyone or just a spot to relax! Property manager even sent out cleaning crew after wind and sand storm to clean the pool and back yard so we could enjoy it the rest of our stay!

Awesome property to stay at. Our group had an amazing time and made great memories while staying at the Splash Pad. Host and property manager are attentive, responsive, and accomodating. Very clean, plenty of amenities, activities available, and great location. Highly recommend staying here!

The outdoor space was excellent with amenities as described. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the back yard and pool. The house itself was smaller than it looked online but we were mostly outside so that was ok. More hangers in closets would have been nice. Shower in downstairs bathroom was very small and hard to get into. Overall property was very clean and well maintained but was overpriced a bit I think for the space. Arcade type games in garage area would probably be great for older kids. A big negative was the lack of space for unpacking in bedrooms. No dressers to unpack into or even have a space to take anything out of our suitcases so had to leave things in suitcase or on the floor for the 9 days we were there. This made bedroom look constantly messy and uncomfortable. A bedside table and lamp on both sides of bed would have been nice. Also a hair dryer in all bathrooms would be nice. We had to search for one and finally found one in a single bathroom. The outdoor eating area was very nice. I thought having to pay an extra $55.00 a day to heat the pool was a bit excessive but we wouldn’t have enjoyed swimming had it not been heated. It was definitely nice and warm!!! I would prefer owners just add that into the price so it wouldn’t feel so onerous. Fire pit area was beautiful to look at but seating was very hard so we didn’t spend any time there. Manager sent the ice cream truck by the house on our first day so our granddaughters were of course thrilled. That was very thoughtful of him. Property manager responded immediately to answer any question we had which was very nice. Overall a great vacation spot but without children I probably wouldn’t rent again. Not many restaurants close by if going out to eat is a priority. We ate in mostly so not an issue for our family. We had a great family experience overall. If renters only care about great outdoor space with lots of recreational activities then this is a great spot!!! Because of the fun our family had in the backyard area I would give a 5 star rating but overall 4 stars because of a few deficiencies inside the house.
