Home's location is amazing...directly on the most beautiful beach and close to town. Interior is nicely furnished and stocked with necessities. We only wish the property had been maintained before our visit because it was very grown. And the closets need to be cleaned out (possibly invest in under bed storage). They were so full we were unable to hang our clothes. I highly recommend and would stay again.

The location was perfect! The view, of course, was awesome! The property and all its amenities were exactly what we needed! The whole process was easy and we would do it again in a minute! There were 10 of us and the girls had a fabulous weekend!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Had the most perfect views. Exactly as pictured and included anything you might need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Close to all the St. Augustine attractions and tucked away perfectly for the most peaceful time after a day out enjoying all that the area had to offer!

I came here with my family of seven and we had an incredible stay. The big picture windows, the deck views and the access to the beach really make this house worth it. Because of our direct access to the beach our last morning we were able to hang at the beach, watch dolphins in the waves and still be packed up by 10am. I highly recommend this house.

We've used this property twice now for our Christmas week get away. The location is close to everything you need but away from the busy part of the area. Once in the property, you'll know why you chose to stay there. The back deck and view of the ocean is perfect for a family or personal time.
The kitchen has all the standard items you need, the beds were perfect and updated, bath/shower space fit the occupancy and the dining area gave a beautiful view.
We enjoyed this location so much that we chose it for our 40th anniversary trip this year. Nothing more relaxing than the view from every room in the house.

This was an amazing clean, fully equipped home. It was all that and more. We are three sisters that can’t say enough wonderful things. Point of contact was on it, everything was already there . Most relaxing vacation we have had. I would love to go back. If there is a con I guess it would be how hidden and when you find it you are amazed.

The house was in good condition and very clean. The view is just awesome and we had a great time at the beach. Overall great fun. The house had lots of seating and it was very comfortable. The only negative is that the beach gets very busy on the weekends. The days were very nice so many people came out.

This house has it all and was close to everything we needed. Everything was updated and the back porch hammock was a favorite. Big enough for 6 adults to be comfortable. Will definitely look to stay again!

Amazing property! House was clean, spacious, and perfectly stocked. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family to relax. Nice touches included tons of cushions for the deck chairs, well-lit bathrooms, and all sorts of kitchen gadgets and tools needed to cook pretty much anything. And the location! Absolutely stunning views.

Absolutely the perfect property for our family holiday! It was decorated beautifully. Very Clean, cozy, and had all of the things we needed. I would definitely stay here again! The one and only thing that I can think of that could be improved is the water pressure. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!

Plenty of parking in front, great beach and ocean views from inside the house and back porch. Lots of room for everyone and great Internet access for those who had zoom calls to attend. Restaurants and entertainment are just a few easy miles away.

We were looking for to our stay at this beach house, however, Hurricane Ian had other plans for us. Unfortunately, due to the path of the storm, the owner had to cancel our trip because of the flooding potential in that area, so we can’t accurately rate the property.

We had a great time. The beach is right there and is very clean. The back porch of the house was great, especially in the evening. We watched storms around us and even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. We would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous location. The view was spectacular.
The property had some minor plumbing issues but it was taken care of while we were there. The house was so well stocked with everything you would need. The views were wonderful. The back porch h was awesome …. Could use fans however. Overall great rental. We would book again.

Great Views From The Deck
As soon as you open the front door you see through the dining area out the large sliding doors directly to the ocean! This is a great location and we had a great stay. The back covered deck was perfect for shade from mid-morning through the rest of the day. The oversized hammock got lots of use while we were there!
The beach in this area is very clean and the sand is comparable to what you find over on the Treasure Coast. Access to the beach was super easy down the private boardwalk.
Everything inside was clean and well kept. The furnishings were all comfortable and the beds slept well. The kitchen was adequately stocked and had everything that we needed.
This was a great stay and would recommend it for sure!

Perfect weekend get-a-way
My husband and I brought our four kids to this property, 12,7,5, 11 months and it was a perfect weekend. The property was clean and and perfect. Distance from everything we needed. We will def stay at this property again!!

The Perfect Beach House
Property was perfect for our needs! It was very clean, perfectly furnished, great location on the beach, and the beautiful deck facing the ocean that I could have just sat there for the week! The Owner/Mgr was very helpful!!! We hope to be able to rent this House again! This one is definitely going on our "lets go back there list"!
