Getting to this studio was a bit challenging if using Google maps. If using MAPS use Apple Maps and you will drive to the right gate. Once we figured this out it was no problem. Mona was extremely helpful and the studio spotless. It smelled fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding high end. They offer lots of fresh towels and beach towels along w a big beach bag. They also offer coffee pods cream sugar and lemonade packs. There were cards, dominos Jenga and backgammon. I would give the place a 4 star only because the shower water was a wee bit cold, it never seemed to warm up. If I could suggest one thing to add it would be beach chairs.

Mona was most accommodating! We were (obviously) new to the area, and Mona volunteered to meet my wife and I at a local gas station and escort us to her estate personally! My wife and I have "Air-BNB-ed" and now VRBO'd and we'll be VRBO-ing from now on with experiences that we've had with Mona! OUTSTANDING hostess, and individual!

The pictures doesn't do this property Justice! Beautiful and amazing views, very clean the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for a nice getaway quiet and peaceful. I will be staying again!

Everything as expected. Wonderful host. Modern, spacious, and clean accommodations with plenty of towels for bath and beach. Kitchenette with indoor and outdoor seating was nice for breakfasts. Air conditioning was great when needed. View was fantastic! No issues during stay. Really happy to have met the host during my stay! Thank you.

The views from the property were spectacular. The property was clean and bright. The property owner was very responsive to all my inquiries. I would recommend this location to anyone. We will be reaching out again for future trips.

We have vacationed in St. .Croix each of the last ten years. This stay was by fr the best location with panoramic views of Christiansted harbor all the way to Point Udall. The villa was nicely furnished and the host very pleasant.

The 180 degree view is amazing! Very clean and spacious king suite. Beautiful large walk in shower.
No sink in the kitchen was the not drawback.

The property was as advertised. It is in a gated neighborhood - up a hill from the grocery store and bar/restaurant (walkable) and 5-minute drive from Christainsted. Opening the shades allows you to see the water from everywhere in the room. Very clean and new-looking.

The area was very clean and spacious to accommodate us. We mostly enjoyed the view overlooking the ocean and the cool island breeze; it is truly a sight to see during the day and night.

Had a wonderful stay. Mona was quick to respond to my questions when I had some issues with Vrbo and helped me out. The views from the room were incredible. And the room was very classy and luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Estate Saint Peter’s. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The breeze felt so good on top of the hill that I felt like I was in heaven. I will definitely come back here and stay again. 😊 For sure 😊

Mona was such an awesome host & everything else was perfect! The view is beautiful and she was so kind. She gave us a tour of town and sent us lists of things to do, places to eat, and things to see! Along with addresses and contact information! The house was very clean and was such an enjoyable stay, we would easily come back! 10/10

Amazing Stay!
I'm gonna be honest, wasn't expecting much since it was a studio type place. However, this place passed my expectations. The view was breathtaking and I looked forward to seeing it every morning. The interior was beautiful and Ms. Yusuf was very attentive ant issues such as with with the door. I would definitely recommend this place again. One things to note is that there is no sink but there are dishes, so If you plan to use them just bring a rag to wash them in the bathroom with.
