This is our second year at the facility which was enjoyed greatly by everyone. We appreciated the improvements.to the facility that were made since our stay last year. Everyone voted that this was the best place for us to meet. We are looking forward to our visit in 2024. We spent a many happy hours on the back porch and in the camp visiting.

We had a party of 9 stay at this location for the Big Bass Splash. It was a great central location close to the grocery and dollar store, but also tucked away in a private cove. No swimming area, but there is one just minutes down the road. Nice big yard for the kids to run and play. The house is very big and spacious, and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is very easy to contact and communicate with. It was nice to have a private boat ramp within walking distance. Will definitely stay again! We had an amazing stay with no complaints! :)

Home was clean and equipped just as described. Location was exactly where we needed to be. Host communicated very well before, during and after our stay. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

My family and some friends came down for a fishing trip with LTD Guide Service and had the best time. This house was more than accommodating for us, super spacious and very clean. Rooms and beds were great along with all the bathrooms, we will be reserving on our next trip for sure. The decks were a nice plus also as well as the covered parking. The host was amazing, and was available if we needed anything, This was an overall 5 star. And we caught a ton of fish!

We had a group of 10 adults. The camp was comfortable, spacious, clean, and centrally located to the areas we were going to fish. We also had access to a good boat launch and had parking for 5 vehicles with trailers at the camp. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. Will definitely use again if available.

Great space, comfy beds, open floor plan. Excellent communication with host! We had a blast! Close to the water, close to grocery stores and restaurants. But just secluded enough! We will be back for sure!!

We were here for a short stay to visit some family in the area. The property was roomy and clean and we really enjoyed it. Craig was a top notch host, friendly and great communication. It was truly an exceptional experience. We will definitely be checking this the next time we are there, we didn't do any fishing this trip, but this place would have been excellent for that. We rented the Triple Forbes Fish Camp while attending a family reunion in the area. It was very clean, great space, convenient location and had a comfort we needed for our trip. Great communication from hosts and easy check-in. A++

We were very fortunate to find this camp when our reservation for another facility was cancelled due to maintenance issues. The camp was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms likewise with the den and living room. The location worked out great for our needs. Our visitors were impressed by the camp. Everyone enjoyed the back deck area and its view. We found one issue upon arriving at the camp but Craig had a repairman there quickly to address the issue. The rest of the time was without any other issues. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We planned this trip for my 88 year old Dad and Mom. We wanted them to be able to enjoy a fishing trip to Toledo Bend and create some more memories as a family. We had a great time. The home was spacious and clean. There are perfect gathering areas in the large kitchen, the two dens or the back porch. One of the reasons I selected this home is the need to have one level living areas and few outdoor steps for my parents. They would never have been able to negotiate terraced decks or steep hills. In this home the outdoor areas gently slope to the water. We enjoyed fishing from the banks right at the home. The boat launch into Unity bay is about 100 yards from the home. There are chartered fishing trips available within a mile of the home. We needed a pontoon charter for 6 and chose Bent Rods that launched a pontoon from Cypress Bend. Matt took great care of my parents and us too! Craig and Pam were great communicators and the check in and check out was a breeze. The Forbes Camp is close to hardware, tackle and grocery stores but it feels very private located near the end of Shag Bark Lane with a view of the water. It has a laid back atmosphere where it is easy to relax in between those memorable fishing trips.

Such a beautiful camp and in a very convenient location. It’s only minutes away from Toledo tackle and restaurants. It shares a launch with the rest of the homes on the street but it’s only 3 houses away and has a private dock that my husband was able to tie up to over night. We will definitely be back soon with the rest of our family!

We had a very comfortable stay here! Owner supplied everything needed and more to make our stay enjoyable. There was only 3 of us, but there is plenty room for more. Boat launch located in the neighborhood, but due to low water levels, we weren’t able to use it. But would definitely consider staying here again when water is higher to use convenient launch! Very much enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the backyard. Great communication with the owner and would definitely stay again!
