Property was as described. Everything g we needed for our 2-month stay was provided. Our Hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious. They were attentive without being intrusive. The heated pool was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet. Parks just a 10 minute walk away, which our dogs enjoyed. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Every detail was considered and it made it so easy for us to have a quick stay in Las Cruces with our 4 year old son. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the heated pool was perfect entertainment for our little guy. The hosts were so gracious and provided excellent advice on what to do and where to eat. We miss the house already and will definitely return if we are in the area!

This house was so comfortable and relaxing. The photos are nice but the house is much nicer in person. The beds were all so comfortable. Coffee, snacks, sunscreen, basic soaps were all provided. The outside spaces were also so comfortable and inviting. We couldn't have been more pleased!

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. The house was so comfortable with our small Australian Terrier. Doggy doors and everything. I told my 7 yr old granddaughter to have one more look around to keep the memories in her heart. She said, “Good bye bedroom with a tv.” The pool is small but was perfect for our fun.

Lisa is an amazing host and I will definitely be recommending it to everyone 💙

Amazing home set in a private oasis

Our family has gathered during this time of year for some time. This is by far our most favorite home to stay at. Everything was absolutely perfect!!

We chose this home to accommodate our family of 5 (3 boys ages 10-14, and our dog. It was everything we hoped for and as advertised in the VRBO app.! The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated and full of amenities such as the pool, outdoor eating area with tv, flat top grill, whirlpool tub in master bath and tvs in each bedroom. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and a relief to come home to after our daily travels. We chose this location because it was in reach of multiple National Parks. Despite hot temps and occasional rain, we did everything in the area we hoped to. Even with 100 degree temps outside, the house remained a cool 72 and the evenings and mornings on the patio we so enjoyable! The pool was perfect for midday swimming! Our host Lisa, was a wonderful representative of New Mexico hospitality and answered messages so promptly! She gave us great advice for things we were looking for and their hospitality book was very thorough with information for the area. They have thought of everything! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time here! We fit 3 different families comfortably. The property was set up perfectly, with large tables and gathering spaces if everyone wanted to be together and spacious enough if everyone wanted to be apart. The pool was a welcome reprieve from the heat wave. Stocked with all the essentials, like coffee, to those extras, like hair pins. Thanks for providing the location for the making of wonderful memories!

This property was great for an extended family gathering! Plenty of space and things to do! The kitchen was beautiful and they had everything we could need. The outdoor space was fantastic! Kids loved the pool and lots of places to sit around and catch up!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay than this! Will stay here again! It was a perfect location for us close to everything (including family) Listing all the perks: 4 bedrooms and all beds were comfy, Kitchen had everything we needed, laundry supply’s, pool was heated and refreshing, hot tub perfect (owners even came and serviced pool and hot tub while we were there), outside back area with table so nice to all sit around and visit, Blackstone for cooking, plenty of towels, sleds for white sands, air conditioning worked great even kept the upstairs cool, pups were all fenced in and could go outside anytime. Thank you for offering a great place!

Wow! We had such a great stay at Lisa's place. It easily accomodated my mom and sisters - each of us in our own bedroom. We loved the pool and hot tub and everything about our stay. Lisa was super responsive to any questions we had and even brought us an extra lawn chair for lounging by the pool. The location was great, about 10 minutes to down town, 20 to Mesilla. We ended up eating all of our meals in the many great restaurants in Mesilla. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as described. It was nicely decorated, the pool was heated and there was a spa too. The bedrooms were very nice and the kids zone (bunk beds) would be perfect for the kids. The house was fully supplied with tissues, paper towels, toilet paper; we usually have to buy those items. Plenty of dishes and other utencils to prepare meals. It was a wonderful place that we all loved.

We were amazed with the home. Lisa has thought of everything! You really only need to pack your clothes, everything else is provided,even dog treats.The bed is comfy, my husband has back issues, he slept great and no back trouble! The house was clean, lots of room. Checking in and out were fast and simple. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub just about every day, they are so warm and clean. We loved the location, quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdesac. Yet, we were only minutes away from everything,3 golf courses, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and hiking. I don’t know what more you could ask for. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent communication process with Lisa. Beautiful outdoor space, especially the pool. We really enjoyed the indoor fireplace. The best fireplace ever. Great property for.several couples or families. TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the main living area. Very quiet.neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in Las Cruces!

We enjoyed our stay. The house easily accommodated our group which consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. We didn't end up using the hottub and even though it was cold my 9 year old nephew enjoyed the pool!

We had a great time as this home has so much to offer! It is very cozy and stocked up with pretty much everything you can think of. Lisa is an amazing host who takes great care of every small detail. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Don't think twice about booking this property!

The property was wonderful, homey and obviously well cared for by Lisa directly rather than a mgt company. She had decorated for the fall/Halloween season and had candy and snacks waiting for us. Everywhere we turned there were thoughtful touches (bathroom amenities, coffee, extra blankets, even sleds for us to take to White Sands!). She was very responsive to every communication including helping us choose between 2 local hikes. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. It was a welcome respite for 3 60ish moms enjoying a get-away, but would be awesome for a family as well. I will definitely look for an opportunity to return. Thank you Lisa!!

We had a great stay. We booked with two families and there was plenty of room (three teenagers and a 10y.o). Great layout to provided privacy for kids and adults to have their own space. Amenities are great. Owners do a great job thinking of all things you will need from kitchen to bath needs to TVs and apps! The pool was small, however we were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked for us—it didn’t seem overwhelming and really nice to cool off in the Cruces heat. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. (There was a birthday party next door with quite a crowd and we did not hear a thing.) Looking forward to going back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. From the booking till the end, Lisa communicated well and responds very quickly. Her home not only felt warm and welcome but she went above and beyond to supply every day necessities. The home has everything and then some. We really enjoyed the outside living space and grilled a couple times and enjoyed dinner together as a family outside- which doesn’t happen often. We will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. With lots of hugs- Oklahoma Family

My grandsons loved the Kid Cave and the pool. The family room was comfy with many different options for television viewing. The kitchen easily met our needs. The beds were very welcome after our days sightseeing, etc. Overall, a very nice stay!

Place was just what it looked like in the photos. The owner was very accommodating and the house was full a little details for example hair ties and q-tips ect. The pool was small but was wondering and and we enjoyed it. Thank you for having this home for people to stay.

I absolutely loved this property! They've made you feel super pampered. It's really convenient, the beds are super comfy, the kitchen is wonderful and then there's the incredible yard with such a nice little pool! I highly recommend staying here!
