Great location, amazing house, fun atmosphere. We had an awesome stay!

The pool was the big hit with all the kids. The pre-teens liked riding the little scooters around the neighbors. It was very close to the ball field where we had a baseball tournament.

The house was great. Lots of space for us to hang out and relax. Everything was clean and organized. The toys and games were perfect for the kids. The house had many amenities that were useful while staying.

My daughter and I were in St George pursing Lyme disease treatment for her through Dr Vosloo. This home was the perfect environment for healing: they have ALL the amenities and the BEST pillows and comfy beds. The house is spacious and has tvs in every room! I highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Everything was just as listed and we had so much fun inside because of all the awesome entertainment options and out (what a beautiful area) while visiting. We’d love to come back when the pool gets finished!!

This poperty was Awesome! The kids loved the air hockey. ping pong and fooseball tables, lawn games and scooters provided for their use! The house was very clean, which we appreciated immensely. It was big enough to fit our extended family of 11, comfortably . Rachel was a great host and easy to work with! Thanks!

We had our kids and grandkids all meet us up in Saint George there were 16 of us plenty of room. They thought of everything there was so much for the kids to do there I loved all the games and toys and activities that they could do right in the Beautiful condo!

This house was great! Very clean, easy check in, the host was amazing and returned messages quickly and was very accommodating!! Had games for the kids and was awesome all around!!

We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the location of this property in Washington, Utah. The home was super clean and we had every amenity, including plenty of kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, and a big garage to store our gear. But we were very disappointed with the bedroom situation. Two of the bedrooms were terrific -- one had a queen bed and one had a king bed. The third bedroom had a day bed, which was only suitable for one person. The fourth bedroom had bunk beds. And the fifth bedroom had only a pullout couch. This would be a fantastic home for two families with lots of kids. But several couples in our group were short-changed.

We had a party if 16 with a family of 6, family of 5, 2 couples and one lone wolf. The grandparents chose to sleep with the grandkids. The 4 full bathrooms were great and the loft away from the family room and kitchen was helpful for the kids to play and the adults be able to hear each other talking. They layout was better then we thought it would be based off the pictures. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend this property. This property is well-kept very clean and well equipped. Its very spacious, comfortable and relaxing. It’s conveniently located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. I’m hoping to return next year!

This property is absolutely great has plenty of towels and is kept very clean. One of the best we have stayed at.

We had a great stay here. With ages from 2 to 35 everyone was happy, comfortable, and entertained. Very easy access to the freeway, and a short drive to lots of landmarks and attractions. We would stay again!

My wife needed to come down to St. George for work. We came down early for a little vacation. This house was in a great location. We had no problems getting to all the different activities that we wanted to with short 10 to 15 minute drives. The place was just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again

This was such an incredible weekend of much needed friend time, and this was an incredible place for fun, music, tears and lots of laughter! We had planned to just go out for all of our meals but this was such a warm and inviting place that we ordered in everything! The weather was perfect and this place was perfect for a much needed get away!

We had such a great experience here! The home was immaculate and very well appointed. We loved having more than enough towels, many extra cozy blankets and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need. We had a great time playing pickleball and spent plenty of time in the garage playing games. The pool looks like it will be amazing when it’s finished! The location was great for access to outdoor recreation. Rachel was a great host. She was quick to answer and easy to communicate with. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. We LOVED it. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Great layout for hanging out, playing games, eating, etc. My teen and two of his uncles really enjoyed the PS4, while the little ones were in love with the play area. This place will only get better when the pool area is done, which appears to be right next to the pickleball courts. Oh, and we are in love with that sport now! Literally everything is labeled in the condo, and easy to find.

This home was the best equipped with amenities of any vrbo home we have ever stayed in. Great games, toys, and TVs for all ages of our 12 member family group (3 generations) . It is sometimes difficult to find enough beds and bathrooms for our family size. The home was very clean with great appliances and internet. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice playground nearby. Anything we needed like a gas station, grocery store, or restaurant was also closeby. We definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! The home was immaculately clean and had all the necessary utensils and supplies we needed and then some. The beds were so comfortable. There were additional blankets, plenty of pillows, toys and games. The area was beautiful. There are quite a few parks near by and shopping is only 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed the Pickleball courts and the air hockey and ping pong tables as well. Overall, it was just a wonderful gathering place for our family and extended family to get together to celebrate the holiday.

Very comfortable for a large group. We were not a large group, only 10 of us. Plenty of indoor games available. Nice area 7 to 8 minutes by car to downtown St. George. 40 to 45 minutes to Zion National Park.

My guests and I enjoyed our stay at Rachel's property and appreciated her hospitality while we visited Washington/St. George for the Ironman triathlon. Rachel was very proactive with information about the property/area & provided check-in instructions ahead of time. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated with stylish furnishings. Organization of the house is perfect for accommodating plenty of guests. Both the first and second floor are arranged thoughtfully. The main entertaining areas are bright & open with tons of space for guests. The kitchen is super functional with a large amount of counter space and an amazing supply of cookware, utensils, and gadgets. The bedrooms were very comfortable and provided a nice retreat at the end of the day. My guests and I had to work remotely throughout the workdays of our stay. Thankfully there was more than enough space for all of us to work in separate areas of the house without hearing each other's conference calls. I highly recommend this property for families. The house is furnished with tons of games and activities for children. There are also two living spaces that offer separation from adults and kids. Location was also perfect. The expressway was only a couple minutes drive which made getting around super easy. Grocery stores and restaurants are also in very close proximity. There are awesome hiking/running trails nearby with breathtaking views. The location also worked really well for the triathlon since it was close to the race course and a short drive to both the swim venue at Sand Hollow Reservoir and the finish line in downtown St. George. Rachel's home was absolutely perfect for our stay. It provided everything we needed and was in close proximity to tons of activities. Big thank you to Rachel for her hospitality!
