This unit was perfect for my husband and me and our 2 young boys! It was very clean and comfortable. You can hear the upstairs neighbors quite a bit, but it didn’t really bother us. The location is great, very easy to get everywhere. We loved walking downtown and visiting the Powerhouse museum with the boys. A master bed that doesn’t sag in the middle and black out curtains would make this a 5 star place!

Although we ran out of the time to use it, the real wood fireplace was an unexpected treat. The actual unit was a bit difficult to find (though there was a snow storm in progress), and could have been a bit cleaner (sheets and pillows thrown on upper shelf of closet but not enough to justify less than 5 stars - still quite clean). The management company was communicative (perhaps 1 or 2 too many texts), prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great property, good floor plan, comfy furniture, nice decor, and quiet. My wife loved that all the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were labeled. She also appreciated the amenities in kitchen and laundry (could use a pantry though). Pool was closed but we did use the hot tub. Would stay again. Thank you!

Property is clean and well maintained. Very quiet too. Easy access in and out. Local shops were about a 5min drive, 15 walk. Grocery store was about a 10min drive. Highly recommend

The layout was perfect for our Friends, couple, meeting us there. I had searched the Internet for a couple of hours to find the best accomodations with value and location without skimping on comfort. This place did it for us. We cooked a few times and only needed the groceries as it comes with all needed for cooking. We gathered at night in the big living area and had our meals at a large table. We sat outside on the nice sized private deck overlooking a small well manicured court yard Thank you to the owners who made this such a great place to rest after a long days of site seeing. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. It wasnt to far from down town. Everyone we came across at the property was very nice. It had a very homie feel.

This is a good location that was convenient to Main Street in Durango. The condo was quiet, and had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of bath linens. The only downside was the thin blinds in both bedrooms that made the rooms as bright as day. We never got a good night’s sleep the entire week. Some blackout blinds in both bedrooms would make the place a perfect retreat.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to downtown Durango and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.

The condo was spacious, well stocked, clean. Aveda hair products. Felt very safe. The mattresses were adequate but not great. Pleasant location for my morning walks. Really appreciated being able to do laundry in the residence. Spacious kitchen for cooking meals. This is the first floor of a multi level unit and we sometimes heard noise from the floor above. Parking is not covered. We never had a problem finding a parking spot near our condo. The pool and hot tub are not far from this unit and are secured. A pool gate key was provided.

The home is closely located to many activities in Durango. The place is clean and had plenty of space for my family to gather. We will consider booking here again in the future

Needs updating. Sofa springs gone.. can’t get up and out of sofa and other living room chairs. Bed pillows hard as rock and smell like used foam rubber. Nice new toilets. Kitchen well equipped and nice to cook in. Herd of buffalo living over master bedroom and rally late at night. All cabinets need a coat of paint. No bugs..nice laundry and ironing board..

Location is perfect if you want be close to Downtown Durango

Clean and well stocked with things you need. Easy to get to and close to everything. A second tv would have been good with two teens. Bed in master bedroom needs upgrading. Would definitely stay here again

Our place was very clean and had plenty of extra towels, supplies, pots and pans, etc. Comfy rooms for the kids and parents. We loved the added touch of books and movies. Overall very quiet and peaceful. It's the 1st floor of a condo so you can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs. The condo didn't have much of a view except of other condos, but we thought the location was excellent. The road leads straight into downtown Historic Durango and you can be there in less than 5 minutes (driving). We would stay definitely stay here again!

Central location to explore Durango. Great for multiple families and my 2 year old loved the bunk beds and books!

We stayed at this condo while teaching a week long workshop at FLC. The kitchen had all you need, and the cable tv was a fun throwback. The space was great for two of us! However, it was very hot to sleep in the master bedroom and have the pipes not freeze.

Very close to downtown restaurants, coffee, train and Fort Lewis.

The condo area was surprisingly not busy in Sept. We could hear an upstairs neighbor as you would expect in a condo but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The condo was as advertised, clean, supplied and cozy.
