Our family really enjoyed a few days to get out and away from it all. This house poses a perfect place for that. Thanks for the time away.

I rented the house to stay at while in town visiting my parents and sister. My parents and sister (and her dog) came and went as their schedule allowed the week I was there (with my dog). The house was spacious. I liked that the master bedroom and master bath was located on one side of the house and the the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms located on the other as I am a very early riser and like to get ready first thing and my parents and sister are late risers and like to get ready later in the day. I stayed in the master and didn't disturb them with my early morning routine. The kitchen was well appointed. Master bed was hard, so bring a topper if you don't like that. The living room had a wall of windows and a glass door. The weather was such that we kept the door open and let the dogs go in and out on the porch, sunbathing. The fall trees were beautiful. The house in on a finger of Lake Murray, and the water was down when we were there - nothing the owner can control. But when sitting on the couch or porch, all you see are the beautiful trees anyways. You don't see the water unless you are leaning on the porch railing or on the ground outside, so you're not missing out. The neighborhood was quite and fine for walking dogs. The grocery stores are 25 min away, but there are plenty of store choices. We ate at the recommended pizza place and it was excellent. We also ate at a local Greek place, and it was also excellent. We used the grill on the deck one night.

We went to attend my son’s ARMY graduation and we stayed at this property. We haven’t been to a place so peaceful in a long time. The house was great. Easy check in and everything was like it was posted. We would really recommend this place. And also make time to check out Na’cho Margarita restaurant. Thanks for everything.

Property was very nice and clean with lots of room to explore.

The property was as shown. It was spacious and the kitchen was good with newer appliances. It was simple to communicate with property owner who was responsive and accommodating to our needs. The area is about 10 to 20 minutes from grocery shopping but we were aware of that ahead of time. Good spot to chill!

Wonderful home. Close to some great parks and the water. Only downside was private sand area and water in the cove. The cove in the picture is much clearer than the what was actually available. There was too much grass because of Summer growth.

Loved the place

Great location, far but not too far from any towns or cities, which is exactly what we were looking for. Kids loves the little sand area by the water and kayaks were included with the rental! Home lay out was perfect for our family, my wife loved the shower in the master bedroom. Overall perfect for our family and will definitely book again.

I came here on vacation,visiting my older brother and his kids . The place was big enough for us to all have dinner there and kids to play in yard and fish on lake. Very nice open layout. It was very important to get a place big enough for us last time I came I stayed in a motel almost as big as just 1 of the rooms in this house was amazing and not much more price wise than the little motel I originally had. When we arrived there was a information packet that had local grocery stores and restaurants which was nice didn’t have to search for anything. Overall great experience would recommend!!

Overall, we had a great time there. A few issues were not worth writing about that were taken care of. There is plenty of space if you need to stay indoors because of the weather, as was the case with us.

Our second time staying here and we enjoyed it both times. Spacious house with large deck overlooking peaceful quiet cove.

Just what we were looking for, quiet little spot. The kids had fun on the private beach. It's a little out of the way from groceries but we're used to that. Nice place overall.

This home was very close to the wedding venue we were visiting - the neighbors were so friendly and quiet. Kenny was very responsive to any questions that arose and quickly resolved any issues. We loved having internet and tv in the rooms!

We had an amazing time at the vacation home. It was in a perfect location with lake access. We used the kayaks and were able to explore around the area. The inside was also excellent! Very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and the whole stay was comfortable and fun for the whole family! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Everything was as advertised. All the essentials and some extras provided. Beds were comfortable. A little dock would be nice added touch but we knew there wasn’t one when we booked. Had a great stay. Overall very satisfied.

Great communication from the owner. The kids had fun with the kayaks. It’s in a nice, quiet spot on the lake.

Nice location and quiet

My family of 7 stayed here, and we had lots of room to relax. The house was updated and spacious, and the grandkids loved looking on the lake every morning for birds and ducks. We used the kayaks and the bikes, and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Definitely a nature lovers paradise, and Dreher Island close by was a real bonus. Best of all, communication with Kenny was fast, attentive, and gracious.

Great quiet lake house with plenty of room for three families.

This house is outside the city and on a quiet section of Lake Murray. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. It was clean and the perfect size for our family. We absolutely loved the backyard with the lake, private beach, fire pit and kayaks. From the house, we explored Congaree National Park, Dreher Island State park, nearby hiking trails and Columbia downtown. It is a drive from everything, but the house and yard are worth it!

We wanted to explore the Two River areas of Lake Murray and this property was perfectly located for our third trip to that lake. We would recommend it to anyone.

We are a family of 6 with a friendly dog. We chose this place because we were able to have all of us, plus the dog, comfortably. We had a great stay. We rented a boat over at Lake Murray boat rental, which was not too far away, and enjoyed the weather that way. We also enjoyed the kayaks provided and went out a couple of times on those. Owner was friendly and responsive to requests.

Great house, quiet neighborhood, lots of restrictions, house was clean and comfortable, would stay there again for a quiet get away.

We enjoyed. Did spend a few hours clearing trees out of the water to safely bring in pontoon, but then enjoyed the seclusion (cool stream to left of beach and back into woods) Funky neighborhood w nice neighbors. Kayaks great for exploring nearby coves and viewing wildlife. Dogs enjoyed all. Used two baby gates to keep on back porch a good bit, but otherwise loved the secluded Cove and the nearby woods. Deer in woods every day (and in neighbors backyard). Overall enjoyable stay
