My family and I had a wonderful time. The property and surrounding area are beautiful.

It is a large condo with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. New living room furniture is very comfortable. The pools are awesome and we appreciate the Grill at the pool for food and drinks. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice. Love that it is dog friendly and that dogs are allowed on the beach. The owner quickly responds to all communication and is responsive to whatever is needed. We would love to rent this unit again. It's really beautiful!

This was a repeat visit for us and we love the location, which is truly direct oceanfront. The condo is very spacious, has three full baths, a big kitchen and our favorite, a very large balcony with comfy outdoor furniture to enjoy the view, We will definitely be back!

This property is everything that you could hope for. Located inside a gated community with several restaurants and community swimming pool without having to ever exit the gate. The condo has its own private beach access that is just a short walk to the beach with outside shower heads to rinse off the sand. Located in the condo is almost everything you need for a beach excursion; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sandcastle building toys etc...The unit was immaculately clean, offering a superior view of the beach from the large patio, or out the window of the master suite. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. It boasts a large kitchen with all the utensils, cups, plates, etc.. that will allow you to cook up anything you wish. The condo unit and complex is pet friendly, this unit has a large dog crate inside if you wish to save yourself so room when you pack for this trip. There is more than ample space outside with lush grass areas for pets to play and mingle, all while on a leash. Our dog really enjoyed the long games of fetch that we were able to do inside the unit. There are several books, board games, and TV's to occupy your time while in the condo. The owner was truly amazing in every possible aspect that one can imagine. Communication was always super quick and informative. The owner provides extensive information about restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.. that are around the area. Also, included in your welcome packet is a schedule of the high and low tides for each day. One will be hard pressed to find a more luxurious, reasonably priced rental, and an accommodating owner. Highly recommend!

I was not familiar with this area of Florida but fell in love with it immediately. This amazing property is in a fantastic development — it’s gated and high-end and stunning. It’s an end unit condo and the pics don’t do it justice. It’s HUGE with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. And the balcony was enormous with incredible views of the beach and neighboring championship beachside golf course. The unit is beautifully appointed and the decor is high end. The owners put a lot of effort into making the space comfortable and functional — from beach chairs and umbrellas, to board games to lists of local activities. Eric (owner) was an incredible communicator — sending texts of restaurant ideas, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. If i could give 6 stars i would!

We had a fantastic time staying at the condo. It is exactly as described and the picture do not do it justice! The owner is prompt and very courteous! Excellent location and the direct beach access was great. We will definitely book another trip!

Perfect location and easy access to the beach, beautiful, clean condo and had a very enjoyable time relaxing on the balcony looking at the beach!

The layout of the condo is spacious, with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, each bedroom felt private. The large, round, dining table was wonderful, as we enjoyed breakfast together every morning. Views from the 5th floor corner balcony, were serene and peaceful, and at any time, you could find one or three family members enjoying the sound of the ocean and a good book. The provision of beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and skim boards, were such a nice convince to have onsite. The condo also had games and two 1000-piece puzzles, which 2 family members were determined to finish. The ease of contact & quick response time of the owner, was one of the many features that made this particular condo stand out to me. The secluded beach is just down the path of the condo and when you desire a change of water scenery, there are three pools down the sidewalk. A quiet adult pool, a splash, let’s play Marco Polo pool, and a gated kiddie area with a shallow pool & splash pad. Dry off and enjoy a game of pool, air hockey or foosball in the adjacent clubhouse area. Publix is but a jaunt up the road, so you can fill the condo with food, snacks and Ice Cream. There are many other adventures available, just inquire of the owner and he will graciously give you a list. However, because I did not need to plan any extracurricular running here or there, the family commented that they all felt relaxed and rested.

Our short stay was delightful. The well equipped and pleasantly decorated condo is on the fifth floor of the building. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a lovely balcony to enjoy it from. The owner went out of his was to make our stay most enjoyable. Would rent from them again.

My friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday and truly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Beautiful interior, extremely clean, excellent views from this 5th floor corner unit right on the ocean! Large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunrise and dolphin watching. Liked having a second bedroom with another king bed, and all three bedrooms had their own full bath. Kitchen was well stocked fir making family meals. We have visited this area several times and this condo is by far our favorite, we will be back soon!
