Our extended family of 15 loved this cabin. The very quick response and quick action during our stay was far above any we have experienced. The attention to little details was also far and above any other place. We were never in need of any little items--laundry and dish soap, coffee, trash bags, q-tips, etc. Will certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Bear Moon Rising. The beds were comfy, living and dining areas were fine. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathroom. The game room was a hit with the children. Pool, hot tub, theater, and games were all enjoyed. Parking was plentiful. We’re so glad we stayed there!

We had a great time, plenty of room for 18 people. Game room was great, hot tubs, porch swing.

Our stay at this gorgeous cabin was everything I expected and more. We loved the location as it was close to hiking trails and to Gatlinburg. We had 15 persons in our group ranging in ages from 5- 69. Bear Moon Rising had something for all of us. . Jaime the owner supplied all the essentials we needed and her customer service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend anyone with a large group to stay here when visiting Gatlinburg.

cabin was immaculate. Rooms were huge. Did have issues with fire alarm one night and a flying sayin the house, but other than that it was a great family vacation. Kids loved it. All the games and pool. Can’t wait to book again

My family and I are happy that we chose this place for our vacation. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The cabin has everything, the time we spend in it we never get bored. Between the pool, the two jacuzzis, the games room and the cinema, there was no time for boredom. The place is new, well decorated and very spacious, which makes it very comfortable. It has many bathrooms and many details. the hosts were always quick to reply if I had any questions. The price was also good. In short, it is a place that we will recommend to our family in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to host us.

Stayed last year and loved it. So we came again. You can't find a more accommodating host, spacious and clean cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg. You won't be disappointed if you book it.

The cabin was great, beautiful, spacious!! Everything we needed was there. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Cabin is in a great location. Super close to downtown Gatlinburg.

The Home is absolutely fabulous. There is something in it f or everyone, whether you are a swimmer, game player, movie watcher or just want to enjoy nature this property had it all. We were able to spread out and enjoy the space as well as the surrounding areas. We would definitely rent again.

It was perfect! There were 15 of us, 2 to 74. There was plenty of space to get together, but plenty of space to get away, also. Kids of all ages loved the lower level, the readers had great space on the decks and porches. TV's in every room, which none of us used, as there was so much much else to do...including relax!

The cabin met all expectations. I loved the fact that we could all eat together at the same table. All bedrooms had their own bath plus there are additional bathrooms too. The hosts/owners were very accommodating And very quck to answer any and all questions before and during our stay. This house is great for larger groups and kids would love it too. Our family of 21 stayed at Bear Moon Rising the last week in April and it was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the pool, game room, hot tubs and of course the beautiful views from the many decks. Jaime and Mike thought of everything and were so accommodating. Thank you again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin! Definitely would love to make it back to stay again! The location is great and the kids loved the games and pool! Very clean and comfortable. Pool was a little smaller than expected but we still really enjoyed it. Also had a few issues with the door locks but one was our fault and property manager was easy to get a hold of and helped us quickly.

We had a group of couples for our birthday get away & everyone loved it so much. There is So much to rave about! The amenities were through the roof from the privacy, to the attention of detail with decor & coziness, superbly stocked with everything from the popcorn supplied for your own movie theatre. The Pool & hot tubs were a must and greatly appreciated. Pool table & arcade room was a blast. Having Two refrigerators & ovens were a great thought ! . Beautiful cabin to say the least the outside rocking chairs & swings & fireplace & tv were amazing! We all highly recommend this property for a group of family & friends . The attention to detail was amazing - they even supplied laundry pods. The cabin is beautiful and each of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom and entrance via the wrap around porches. Everything was well stocked and well maintained. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This was one of the nicest Cabins we've ever rented. It was clean and organized with all the essential amenities. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Even had a griddle, air fryer and cast iron skillets in the kitchen. We love cooking with cast iron! We made several breakfast's and dinners at the cabin and all cooking utensils were stocked. Sitting on the porch in front of the fire place with coffee from the Keurig was a morning routine. Location near the top of the community is great with a great view looking down. It's the last cabin on its road so there's no traffic, and only 1 neighboring cabin. It was very peaceful. We are "flatlanders" from Indiana so the wteep grades driving up to the cabin made some a little nervous the first couple times, but we were comfortable with it by the next day. Being just 10 mins to Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge was nice. We didn't have a dull moment and visited many attractions. The game room, pool and 2 hot tubs were great for adults and kids and were enjoyed every night. Watched a couple movies in the theater room with popcorn from the snack cubby in the kitchen. All in all, this was a great family vacation and the cabin was the heart of it!

The cabin was beautiful and we loved the views. The cabin has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a week away from home. We will be back! The only concern we had was some of the bedding/blankets looked like the house keepers just flipped the bedding inside out and put it back on the beds instead of taking a little extra time to put clean sheets and throw blankets on. However, Jaime made sure we were taken care of right away. I believe the cabin itself and the owners are fantastic. Just poor attention to detail on the house keeping side of things.

At first we were thrilled with the place for the price, it was stocked with appliances, cookware, glasses, silverware, all the towels we needed and a fun arcade room. The first night we took the kids to the swimming pool and noticed the alarm for the pool wasn’t set, we tried to set it after use but the water was low and we had no idea how we were supposed to fill it up and set the alarm plus if we had filled it up it would have been much colder than the 79* “heated pool”. We also tried to use one of the hot tubs and it wouldn’t work. No big deal, we used the other one. The restroom in the pool room wasn’t cleaned or sanitized before our stay and the trash can had empty cigarette boxes even though it is supposed to be a non smoking property. Our last night here the other hot tub quit working and had an error code and wouldn’t heat up. The owners had emailed me prior to checking in and let me know the last guest had hid a bear somewhere in the cabin and if we could find it to take a picture and tag them in it on FB so that we could get a prize. My children and I searched for days and could not locate the bear. So my assumption is that the teenagers had taken the bear instead of hiding it.

The Property was very well maintained. The location was peaceful and quite. The bedroom / linens and bathrooms were perfect.

We’ve come to Gatlinburg several times a year for the past 12 years. We are often disappointed by our rentals as listings are sometimes misleading, or the photos overly generous. That was certainly not the case with this cabin. This cabin in person was even nicer than the gorgeous pictures online. The owner thought of everything someone might need while on vacation, even down to the plush towels in the bathrooms and the beach towels near the pool area. We will definitely be back with plenty of friends as this cabin is spacious enough to give everyone plenty of space while providing options to do many activities together. We loved it. Thanks Jaime!
