The listing was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. The guys had a lot of fun with the game table.
Be advised that there are ants. Secure your food. I've stayed in a few coastal rentals and this tends to be an issue. I think it just comes with the territory. Not much you can do about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! I appreciated how communicative Monica was throughout the process. The ocean view from the main room and master bedroom made its so peaceful! Everything was super clean and spacious! Can’t wait to go back!!!

The rental property was in a great location, was very clean, and had all the amenities. The house had the fealing of a full-time rental, so if you are looking for a place with personal touches, not a house for you. Everything had labels, instructions, and warnings. We had zero issues during our stay, so we didn't need to contact the property manager. Great view from the sunroom and a quick walk to a trail leading to the ocean. The property is on the outskirts of the development, so very little cars passing by. The pictures of the house are very accurate.

An unexpected family illness meant that my husband and I stayed alone for the weekend in this beautiful home. No complaining there; if you’re looking for a single story- accessible home this is great. Beautiful views. This observation isn’t specific to this home- most rentals have lower toilets which may make it more difficult if you’re traveling with someone with mobility problems. Plenty of linens which I always appreciate. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds are firm; my husband loved the feel of the firmness while I adjusted by using more pillows. I still slept great. We also really enjoyed the infinity game table- lots of fun while looking at the gorgeous ocean! Overall a great experience

We wanted a weekend at Bodega Bay where we could celebrate my husband and best friend's 60th bdays. It was a perfect week. The house was very clean and Monica was very responsive with all communication. Mother nature was also very co-operative giving us lots of sunshine and a nice sunset! Loved this house. Thanks Monica

We really enjoyed out stay at Monica's house. We've stayed at several VRBO houses in Bodega Bay, and this house has the most remarkable ocean view by far. The rooms are warm, clean and spacious, with a super "open concept" area in the kitchen/living room space. An added bonus, for those with difficulty climbing stairs, there are no steps at all getting into the house. This was very much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended!

Very spacious with pleasant decor. Comfortable, temperature-controlled interior with scenic ocean view. Our host, Monica, was very responsive with our inquiries.

We stayed here last May, and couldn’t wait to come back. We love how the house feels clean, it has amazing ocean views, and bright open floor plan. We didn’t know what to expect with the weather in February. Although it was cold and windy, there were some nice days and no fog for the entire trip, so we got to enjoy the ocean views whenever we were at the house. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely, thoughtfully updated and comfortable home in the best neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again. Comfortable beds, gorgeous views, long but possible walk to beach. Game table was a big hit with our kids. Kitchen has minimal but functional supplies. Absolutely great place.

Great property, very clean and nice open floor layout. We were there for 5 days of torrential rain which admittedly was a bummer but we liked the property and area and would return.

This is a lovely home with gorgeous views and access to trails and the beach. Being on the southern end of the development made it feel even more rural. The expansive open floor plan on a single story appealed to us, too.

The only thing missing was better cookware and cooking utensils in the kitchen.. and perhaps some kitchen appliances such as hand mixer and more baking dishes. Being more of a gourmet cook and preparing a special meal for my sons 42nd birthday it would have made it easier. Other than that the home was perfect for my family with the spectacular views.

We arrived an hour before scheduled check-in, but a phone call to Monica let us in. We were greeted by a a view of the bay through the windows at the back of the house, nice wood floors, plenty of skylights and a modern kitchen with a 5 burner gas range. We were able to park my 21' boat and two cars in the garage/driveway. The furniture is nice, the dining table easily accommodates 8, with plenty of dinnerware available in the cupboards. The entrance is through an enclosed patio with table and chairs. There is a small patio in the back overlooking the bay. The bed rooms are comfortable, one with a bay view. Best of all, across the street in the front, there are no houses: just rolling hills, trees, cows and coyotes. Nice place.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for, and then some. Multi-generation family trip and we were all delighted with the views, the cleanliness, the thoughtful touches throughout the house, like kids’ books, a ukulele, games and game table for the kids. Monica was great to work with and everything went smoothly. Took some beautiful early morning runs and discovered two trails to the beach all within easy walking distance. Just breathtaking. You won’t regret staying here.

Great house for family vacation
We had a great week with family at this home. The location is gorgeous, and it was wonderful to be able to hike to the local beach or drive a short distance to Doran. The electronic game table was a huge hit. Beds and bedding were comfortable.

They provide all of the home supplies you’ll need for your stay (paper towels, toilet paper, clean sponge, laundry soap, etc). On the sunny days, you get beautiful ocean views - we even got to see whales! Doran beach is right outside of the development, and it’s a quick drive to bodega head. There were a few books and toys for our kids, plus the game table. All you need to bring is beach towels and toys, and maybe a game or puzzle.

Beautiful furnishings and super clean. Well stocked kitchen that allowed us to save a lot of money by eating at the house for most of our meals. And the location is absolutely gorgeous. There are two trails to get to the lovely sandy beach, both less than a mile; it's definitely a hike back up, but great exercise along picturesque trails. The manager was also fantastic to work with and super responsive. We can very highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful stay!
We celebrated my 50th birthday at this beautiful house. We had family members ranging in age from 13 to 83. Everyone enjoyed this house and the location. Fantastic! I can’t say enough great things about it. My most sincere gratitude 🙏🏻

great views and beach nearby
The sunsets and evening stars were spectacular! Our boys loved the gameboard. My gratitude goes to Monica and the cleaners, for finding two coats we left, and coordinating their return to us. They went the extra distance to get these back, after our mistake. Thanks again

Lovely home, lovely View
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed home. It makes the most of the view, but some outdoor furniture on the bay side would have been nice. Large windows looking out from the sunroom made for some spectacular sunsets. Nice washer dryer, and we used the kitchen a fair amount. Having a decent knife set with sharp knives was definitely a plus! It's often sorely lacking in rentals. It was a great last minute trip, and the manager was very communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay!
