Great place, lots of room for family and grand kids. Wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights so to experience all the stuff on property. My adult kids loved it. Probably stay again.

Beautiful views in nice location

We loved the house. It was just perfect for my family and all the little ones. We had a lot of room and the house was definitely close to all the attractions. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Branson.

We loved this house! Plenty of space for our family and bathrooms in every bedroom! The deck was a great place to eat breakfast. The media room was a great place for the teens to hangout and the owner was pleasant to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and clean! There was some cobwebs along the corners and the stairs but other than that it was very neat and tidy.

We took a nice trip to Branson with my wife and kids, my sister and her husband with their kids, along with my 70-something year old parents. The house was perfect for us and I would definitely like to stay there again in the future. It was nice having a master bedroom on the main level where you walk in, as my folks don’t like stairs. We put all the kids in the bunkbeds upstairs and we enjoyed having king beds downstairs. The house has one of the best views in the area of the lake and the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice! The host had a complete kitchen along with a variety of seasonings and basic cooking items available to use. The pool and playground were right across the parking lot, and we could watch the kids play from the rocking chairs on the porch. Highly recommend!

Over all the property was at a great location, sit on the back porch and watch the lake, very relaxing. The only complaint was the floors could have been cleaner, after walking around in white socks , they would get pretty dirty, every thing else was great. Yes, I would stay there again !

Check in was nice and easy. The location to Branson shops and entertainment is close. House is well kept and spacious. The way the fridge opens right next to island can be annoying but not a deal breaker by any means.

The property and view are amazing.

Don’t have anything negative to say.. My family really enjoyed our quick stay over 4th of July. The views, the location, pool and the house exceeded our expectations. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked great!! Would definitely stay again., Dot was great to work with.

Everything was perfect no complaints. Everyone in our group was very pleased.

We loved our week!! The house is perfect for so many different situations! My family of 5 loved the house! The kids loved the bunk room the teenager loved the big screen downstairs! We all loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit!! We invited another dance family over for dinner and the house was perfect for entertaining! We spent every morning eating breakfast and having coffee on the back porch taking in the view! And every evening in the hot tub watching for the Branson Belle on the lake!! Then on the weekend my entire family came! There’s plenty of room for all 13 of us! This house is perfect for large groups or a family getaway!! Cant wait to go back!!

The location of this property is so convenient to everything! The view of Table Rock lake is spectacular! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the outdoor fireplace and watching the boats on the lake off in the distance. The house has so much room and yet manages to feel cozy at the same time. I loved all the art work done by a local artist. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality large and small appliances and had everything we needed! Each of the 5 bedrooms has it’s own individual bathroom, plus a couple more half baths. The hot tub was a relaxing way to watch the sunset. And then there’s a fire pit to enjoy! The media room is set up great! We enjoyed all the games and playing shuffleboard also. The hosts were so friendly and easy to work with. I’m hoping to host a full family reunion at this property at some point! I love that it’s a small neighborhood and only 5 houses will be using the pool and children’s playground area! There is plenty of parking available for cars and even for boat trailers. We loved the whole experience with this property and highly recommend it!

This house is amazing! How can you beat watching the sunset over the lake while sitting in the hot tub? The house is perfect for a multigenerational family. With 3 stories you can have one family on each floor and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Upstairs there is 2 twin over full bunk beds in one room with 2 queens in a separate room. Upstairs even has its own washer and dryer. The main floor has 1 King size bedroom that is “senior” accessible with a toilet extender and an electric adjustable bed. The main floor also has a large balcony that overlooks the lake with comfortable furniture, dining, and an inside/outside electric fire place. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king beds, a media room, and shuffleboard. Outside there is a propane grill, firepit, and hot tub. 5 houses share a large pool and playground. The property is very close to Silver Dollar City and the Branson Belle. It takes no time to make it to a show or down to the Landing. The host was very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. We LOVED staying at this house and can’t wait to return!

We loved our experience at Bluebird Cottage. Our family was looking for a large place to just relax and enjoy each other’s presence for a few days during Christmas. We travel with several toddlers, teens, and an elderly Great Granddaddy. The kitchen was perfect for many cooks to join around the bar and prep meals and had everything that we needed and more to be able to enjoy the cooking process.
