Cute condo, had everything we needed. Clean and spacious. Host was very responsive to any issues we had. Great location. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great property for 5 or more adults. 3 separate bedrooms. 2 queen beds, 2 king beds, and a pullout couch. We enjoyed the views and the property

Condo was great, had everything we needed except the ice machine on the counter did not ever work and the TV’s don’t really work they are hard to get working don’t know if the batteries in the remotes needed changed or what but just had to stream from our phones to the tv so the kids hated that. Other than that the condo was great!

Took our son and seven of his friends. Accommodations were great with plenty of room. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, bowls and utensils we needed. Wal mart marketplace close by. Things to do within walking distance. Had a great time.

Condo is beautiful and is fully equipped with everything you need. We are senior citizens who travel frequently and can be hard to please, but we loved this condo. Property owner and manager were very fast to answer our questions.

Orange beach was a beautiful, clean beach and this rental was a great value. We are very pleased with our stay.

The property owners have really outdone themselves with this unit. We had over 30 family members staying in this building in 4 different units. All of the other families were jealous of our unit. The owners really put in a lot of thought into what you might need when staying. Very well stocked and very clean and updated. The other 3 units were outdated and didn’t have near the stuff in them. The countertop ice make was such a hit. It actually kept up with our needs as well. I have this unit saved for our next visit. Thank you for the memories that we were able to create in Orange Beach in July 2023.

It was a very nice location. The only issue was we didnt get to check in until almost 5pm and the construction going on. Other then that it was good.

The condo was very nice. We did not have access to the balcony due to construction that was going on, which was disappointing. But the condo is very nice. And the location is great!

just absolutely amazing!!!!!
Everything was perfect... I was a little nervous about having construction and almost changed our minds but other than a few grumpy teens in the morning it was just fine we was away most of the day... Later for a start time would have been great hahahha... but even with that our trip was perfect and our first Mardi Gras at Orange Beach and that was sooo much fun thank you for making things sooo easy for us

7 Ladies had a wonderful 3 nights at this beautiful Condo! It is decorated so cute. Everything is new and fresh! Plenty of seating for meals and living area has a great sectional! The master bed was super comfy! The development is not too crowded and is centrally located! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Property was right on the beach! Beautiful views and awesome to hear the ocean. The condo was equipped with everything you would need. Coffee maker, ice maker, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, etc....

The condo was very pretty but we did run into several things during our vacation that were upsetting. The light switches were all on remotes and very difficult to figure out, our light would randomly turn on in the middle of the night also. The rooms were very small so it was hard to get around when you had suitcases. Some of the kitchen drawers were very difficult to open. Other than that the building it’s self was very clean and perfect location. We love orange beach and come back every year but for this family if 7 we would probably not come back to this condo.

Very Clean
This condo has been recently updated. Furniture is comfortable. Bed is nice. It is being very well taken care of. The building is older but it is maintained well. My only complaint was you had to go to a separate building to get to the workout, pool and hot tub.

This condo is so well out together. Anything you could want is there and so attractively decorated. The view and balcony are amazing, too! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous view from 7th floor to watch the dolphins play in the mornings. The beach was pristine and family oriented with kids/teens/ young adults/parents/grandparents enjoying their time in the sun. The loungers/umbrellas were colorful and a welcome respite from the sun when it became overpowering. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening meals - home away from home! Perfect spot for our family.

Fabulous vacation!
We had a great stay at this condo. It was spacious enough for the 10 of us (4 adults and 6 children). The condo was exactly as described and we loved the large deck. The owners were readily available when needed (unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the cleaners and when we arrived the condo was not cleaned. However cleaners were there within 20 minutes). We would absolutely return!

We had such a great time! Wonderful condo with everything you need. Plenty of bath towels, very comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Owners very responsive when I had a question. We would definitely book again!

Highly recommend
We had a great time at this property with our teens and college-aged kids. The room setups were perfect. We never had to wait long for an elevator, the fabulous views, great location, and ease of renting chairs on the beach makes this place a winner. Donna and Larry are awesome communicators and do everything to ensure you have a great experience!

Great Time!
We enjoyed our stay.. but now we are being charge extra for a broken dishwasher that we never used, smoking cigarettes- which we do not smoke. (they found a pack of matches and make the assumption that we had smoked.) & food being left when we left 4 popsicles in the freezer for possible next renters. We loved this place.. but the accusations and ridiculous charges have changed my mind.

Great Condo for Family Vacation
This is a great place for anyone to take their family. We took our adult family of eight and had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the patio furniture made it a great place for us to eat meals or just enjoy the time together. If we had any questions about the condo, the owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Our stay included some terrible weather, but we felt safe at all times. We even got to enjoy dining in and playing some of the board games supplied by the host. I would highly recommend this condo! Great couple to work with!

Week in Paradise`
This condo was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Larry and Donna were great hosts and very easy to talk to and have our questions answered. We were a group of friends that we graduated high school with 10 years ago and wanted to celebrate our friendship. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a condo for a larger group!

Orange Beach girls trip
Our first time at Orange Beach and it was a great time! A big positive was with the condo we picked- Larry and Donna were a delight to work with. The pictures and description of the condo is very accurate and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. They truly want to make the your experience at Orange Beach a memorable one! Condo is very nice and clean and the balcony was awesome and where we spent every morning and night . Literally the beach right outside your window- i would highly recommend this place and know this will be the only condo we pick when returning!!

Better than expected!
The photos really don’t do this condo justice. It was much roomier than expected. We had easy access to the beach and incredible views from the balcony. Donna and Larry were fantastic hosts who even called to check in. They were also readily available if needed. The beaches were gorgeous and never over crowded.
We will definitely be visiting 705 again!

We enjoyed the condo, it was comfortable and very well stocked. We spent most of our time on the beach and the wonderfully large deck. Will recommend to others.
