Convenient spot in Suncadia. Good for about 6.adults and 4 kids. Nice that it's pet friendly.

House was clean and well stocked, rooms and beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and well stocked, the only thing we didnt realize is all bedrooms are upstairs with a pretty steep stairway which made it a little tricky for our grandparents but they managed, there is a bathroom downstairs so they were able to stay downstairs most of the time. Had a great time relaxing in the hottub, house is convenient location to the lodge, and fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We found a couple things that needed maintenence but overall great stay!

Clean. A few things not working. For a pet friendly home the doggie waste bag container being empty was a surprise.

We had 4 kids under 5 with us during our stay and 3 couples, we were able to get around to all the amenities that Suncadia offers and enjoy the evenings in the backyard.

The Zen Den in Suncadia proved to be an excellent rental for our three families. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with private bathrooms that were perfect for our needs. The kids were especially thrilled with their own bunk room and bathroom. However, we did encounter a few minor issues in the kitchen, as there was no griddle or flat pan for making pancakes, and kid-friendly plates and cups were not available. Despite that, the kitchen was well-stocked overall. The hot tub was clean and provided a relaxing experience, but the outdoor space could have been better maintained, with dirty tables and an unkempt lawn. On the positive side, we enjoyed the fire table and had a fantastic time with the garage activities, particularly playing pong. The rental's proximity to the lodge and golfing facilities made it convenient for our activities. While we were disappointed that the promised reimbursement for the pet fee was not received, we still had a great experience overall. We would definitely consider renting the Zen Den again when traveling with other families and children.

Loved that every bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom. Great location, great house, super clean and comfortable. Be prepared for an onslaught of emails and instructions. rules etc. from the rental company leading up to your stay lol. We got a welcome/enjoy your stay email and a so sorry to see you go email with a very full checklist of what needed to be done upon departure (no later than 11) within about 3 hours of each other. That aside, we did love the place, followed all the rules - stripped beds, towels to laundry, dishes cleaned, every trash can emptied throughout the house, food emptied from fridge etc. and deposited to the outside garbage bin - not too much trash (the allowable amount) and we didn't park on the grass! We hope we got it all right! Worth it, we'll be back :).

The backyard was nice but it was rainy outside so we didn’t get to use it much. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is we had planned to cook burgers on the grill but it would not go above 250 degrees so we ended up not using it.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It worked well for our family and was dog friendly (except for the fact that the previous renters had not cleaned up after their dog in the backyard). My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have coffee available - there was only tea. It worked out perfectly for us.

We were pretty excited that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom - so extra but very convenient! Loved the hottub and the close proximity to the golf course for snowy play with the kids, walking distance to ice skating and cocoa at the lodge.

My husband and I took a quick trip out of town for the weekend. It was great our two boys (dogs) were able to join us. The home was in a great location, very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the yard was mostly fenced with the exception of a small gap on the side of the house. With the recommendation of the property manager, we were able to seal the gap by moving one of the outdoor chairs. They even provided a doggie starter basket with pet friendly towels (all marked with the word pet), a couple of dog treats and doggie bags. I thought that was super cute for a pet friendly home. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic home for two families to stay in! Great location and had everything you need!

Very tidy and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Such a great host and there when you need. Location is incredible we had a great stay!

Great location walkable to Suncadia Lodge and next to two condo buildings, perfect for extended family to have their own condos nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed; instructions were clear; hosts were prompt to reboot Hulu for us. Clean and ready for us and our pets, with separate pet towels and amenities.

This was a perfect location to the lodge and spa. The house was super clean, well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi was perfect, and garage games were super fun. We would definitely rent from here again. Back yard has a small open area on the side. We had to block it off as our two pets found the opening.

Back yard was *mostly* fenced - we slid over a large outdoor chair to block one large gap in fencing - worked great for our dog and hard to find secure outdoor spaces like this in Suncadia, so big plus and a reason I'd choose this home again! The location is a 5-minute walk to the main lodge which was great for grabbing coffee and soaking in that view!

The house was in a great spot for walking across to the lodge or up to the golf range. We loved the layout, the open aspect of the yard and the many nice touches inside the home. The propane gas table was a big plus, we used it almost every night. Would recommend this property, we would stay again. Communication was fast and easy with the property managers.

This was the perfect house for my whole family including our dogs and grand kids!!! Everything was very easy and straight forward with checking in and out. House was super clean and had everything we needed and more.

The town home was well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shuffle board in the garage.

Great location and set-up

I rented this house with 7 girlfriends and we had a great time chilling, cooking and jacuzziing at the house. We kept remarking on how absolutely silent the neighborhood and house was. It was very plush and comfortable and no one wanted to leave the big beds. Would highly recommend.

The communication was very good throughout the entire stay. We lodged in this same town home last year, but under different owners. The current owners improved the home by adding more patio furniture, a new bbq, and a hot tub. The place was very clean and appropriately stocked with the necessities for keeping it clean. The patio furniture was the only thing that was somewhat stained and dirty. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your property with us. -Tim and Linda
