Read the other reviews. Ours is the same. The hosts were beyond Super hosts. The property was beyond our expectations. Really it’s that good. This is now our go to in LA.

We loved the place! Only 10-15 mins to Universal, warm pool to relax the muscles after long day of walking, plenty of space inside appartment for a family. Wish a/c was working for the bedroom and bathroom, but kids didn’t mind. The hosts was sooo nice to leave so much food: eggs, cereal, milk, water, coffee, tea, etc. Would love to come back if we are in the area!

Everything was provided from supplying many grocery items and household supplies that enabled us to settle quickly in to this lovely home

Nice areas close to different things

I often pass through LA and this will always be my go to for accommodation. Ray and Sandy are so wonderful, very helpful. The apartments are clean, accommodating. I just LOVE IT!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone, we had a great 2 night stay. The apartment was stocked with coffee, snacks, and breakfast essentials, almost TOO good to be true. Would definitely stay again next time we travel to LA.

This property was ideal for us. Super clean throughout the entire place and in a quiet neighborhood. We were arriving super late and there snacks waiting for us after our long drive to LA. Communication was easy and we could tell the great care that has been taken to make sure the apartment is in great condition. We would definitely book this place again.

Very cute little apartment and excellent communication from our hosts. The kids had fun in the pool, even though the water was pretty cold. We had a few cleanliness issues but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We come from Germany and went on vacation with the family to California. We quickly felt at home in the apartment. The apartment is well located and quiet. Ray and Sandy are always available and can help you with any questions. We also liked that there was a basic supply of groceries in the apartment.

This is an excellent place to stay for a family trip to LA! 5 min drive to Warner Bros. Studio tour, 12 min to the hike to the Hollywood sign. The apartment is super clean and exactly as advertised. All appliances work, kitchen is well stocked and the provided snacks were very nice after getting in on a late flight. The apartment is very quiet, safe neighborhood and the pool is in great condition. I would highly recommend staying here- in fact we plan to again next year.

We visited to attend Universal Studios and the Hollywood sign. The location was perfect for all our needs. Close to all the attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was great to have a reserved parking spot included in the rental too. The communication with Ray and Sandy was great- easy to text them anything we needed or had questions about. They stocked the fridge and cupboards with some basics and snacks, which we found really thoughtful. Only downfall to this place is the water pressure and temp consistency in the shower, but that isn't something the owners can control and it didn't ruin our stay by any means. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the accomodations Ray and Sandy.

My loved our stay here. It is in a great area, not far from Hollywood and close enough to the major highways, but far enough to be quiet. The condo was clean with a well stocked fridge. I would stay there again if we go back to LA.

Wow. This place was an absolute gem and the hosts are amazing. They supply snacks and some basic groceries for guests, so incredibly thoughtful. Everything was clean, well laid out and better than the pictures. Highly recommend this place!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit had all the amenities and more that you could think of. The fresh milk and eggs along with other snacks and cereal were all wonderful touches. The only small bummer was the low water pressure in the showers but otherwise this is a wonderful unit and only a 10-15 minute drive to Universal Studios and Griffith Park (assuming no heavy rush hour traffic).

Overall it was good but couple of things that need attention are 1. Shower water is very unpredictable i.e someone cold water starts and sometimes water becomes to hot while taking shower. 2. The bed in the main bedroom is squeaky as the head board hits against the wall Other than that...the fridge was very nicely stocked and communication was super easy with the host

This is a great place in Glendale. A typical Mid Century Modern valley apartment complex that is very well kept. Descriptions are spot-on. Raymond and Sandy are excellent hosts and make the check-in process very simple. They make you feel at home like family with stocking essentials in the kitchen to keeping you informed via text if you have questions or concerns. Close to all things you want to do in the area. We plan to stay here again next year! Communication was stellar! Just wish there was an In N Out Burger in walking distance.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights as we had plans to go to Universal Studios. We arrived late on a Thursday evening and informed the host who got back to us right away. It was so clean and comfortable! Didn’t get time to use the pool. I would definitely book here again when I come back to ca!

A great location. Minimal traffic, quiet neighborhood, and close to the freeway. Close to many attractions. We felt safe and comfortable. Parking was very easy. A little bit of a walk from the car to the unit and there are some stairs but nothing too crazy.

The property was very nicely decorated and clean. It suited our family just fine as we explored the surrounding areas.

This listing had everything we wanted in a rental for our five-day trip to Los Angeles: proximity to friends in the north, kitchen, reserved parking. It def and then some. Thanks for the breakfast supplies, Ray and Sandy!

This apartment is giving neat, old school, mid-century, vintage Hollywood, palm tree mountain view vibes and we were totally here for all of it! Location was perfect for our Hollywood Bowl concert, and my dad and I loved the neighborhood. We walked to breakfast at V Boulevard Cafe and delicious Cuban dinner at Mambos. Plus a corner store a block away. My dad took a dip in the pool which was serene and quiet. I was loving the balcony off the bedroom. Ray and Sandy included some awesome little touches and amenities, plus the decor was so on-theme that it made our stay memorable and special. Communication was fast and they're kind and accommodating. This spot is close to freeways to go any direction, and not a bad drive to the ocean. Beautiful weekend, in part thanks to this great VRBO gem!

Its a perfect spot to stay if you're headed to Los Feliz or Greek Theatre. The kitchen was fully stocked and the property is nice with mountain views in multiple windows (including from bed). I would stay again and enjoy the pool next time

We had a great stay! I was skeptical about the parking and stairs because of other reviews I read but its was fine. It isnt a million stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment. The host left a few essentials like eggs and milk, coffee and creamer! There were even pop tarts a cereal! Water! And cuties my children love mandarin oranges, they loved the snacks. Water pressure was low but its manageable and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash! I would love to stay there again if we decide to spend the night in LA county. We live in Anaheim but hate to commute. Overall very happy with our stay!

I liked how everything was nearby and if I needed anything in the apartment, it was there. The 8ft pool is very clean and big. I really liked the area and my stay in this cozy apartment!

The apartment was clean, well decorate, full equiped with everything we needed to make food and we also had food left for us in the fridge ! (Eggs, milk, butter, mayo, jam….). The pool was a little too warm for us during the hot days but in the evening it felt better! Bus is taking us just at the next corner so it was easy to visit areas around. I recommand you this nice place!
