Thank you for the clean, quiet place to land

This is an annual event and we love to stay in a house together, cook our meals and spend quality time. This house was perfect for that, especially the amazing outdoor space. And, there was plenty of seating inside as well. Plus, I was able to bring my 9 pound Yorky poo which made the stay complete. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and cozy home, equipped for kids! I didn’t realize they had a crib and high chair, so I had rented those through another company but they did have both available to use. They also had kids plates, cups and silverware- helpful for our toddlers! Jacuzzi was hot and ready to use with towels. Convenient to store, restaurants, and wineries. Plenty of space to sleep and multiple bathrooms. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay again!

This place looked great from the photos, but once you got it and saw it up close it was not so nice. There are nice touches that make it look fancy and nice but really just an ok place. It could really use a deep cleaning. It said it was well stocked but there were 2 pans and 8” and 10” and 3 pots. If you were going to really cook a meal for like 4-6 people it would be tough. There is a take and bake pizza place just down the road. Would be nice to have a cookie sheet or a pizza pan in the house. They left snacks out and coffee/cocoa but some were past date and other were going to be in just a few day. They could leave extra towels and maybe extra blankets for the beds. It was pretty cold when we were there. Each bed had a sheet, a think quilt and a throw that only covered half the bed.

House was very clean and exactly what was advertised. Property manager was very responsive. The weather made the door difficult to open and lock and they were great help.

Overall, we loved staying here, and have returned a second time. The house is close enough to Hwy 12 that getting around Santa Rosa is easy, but not so close that traffic or noise is an issue. It's also down the street from a grocery store and shopping center. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The hot/cold water is weirdly reversed, but once you get the hang of it it's not a big deal at all. The only real downside is that there is no laundry. But for a quick stay it's not that important. I would (and have) return to stay here again.

Great location and layout, just be aware the stairs are steep. Perfect for our girls weekend, close to wine tasting or just door dash good food! Hot tub was a real bonus. Would totally rent again.

We went to visit our son and explore the Sonoma County wine country. The house was well equipped for our stay and a very nice, central location for all of our day trips.

Two couples visiting local wineries. Houston couple and Los Angeles couple. Morning walks around the neighborhood. Weather was a great break from our Texas heat.

We like the place overall. It had what we needed as a family that likes to go out and adventure for most of the days. If you're bringing an infant - there's no tub so either sink baths or BYO little tubby. Loved that it was dog friendly.

Kristi’s house had everything you need we you’re on vacation. The beds are all super comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus.

My family and I stayed here while we attended a wedding in Santa Rosa. We were a group of six adults. The property was nice and clean with a hot tub and fire place in the back yard. It worked out great for us!

The family and I were able to visit Sonoma and Napa valley wineries during our stay. The home was spacious and clean and had all that we needed.

The listing was as described. The house is well-maintained and very clean. We really enjoyed the landscaping, there is fresh mint, lemon, and an overhanging peach tree in the yard. The hot tub is a great bonus touch. A couple of areas of improvement, I messaged the property manager about access to a laundry machine or recommended laundry services and didn't receive a response. The other thing is that guest bathroom on the 2nd floor didn't close (let alone lock), the latch of the door wouldn't fit into notch. Otherwise my parents and I had a lovely stay. The house is located within 30 min of most vinters and there is a Safeway a 3 min drive from the house.

Wonderful property to stay at! They had everything that we needed to stay comfortably. Everything was very clean and organized. The hot tub was heavenly. The only thing is that some of the doors do not latch very easy, but that’s only a minor issue. Other than that, it was great! Highly recommend!

Immaculate house with a condo/townhouse feel. Really beautiful neighborhood great for a quiet morning walk. My only complaint was that the house was sort of minimally stocked, for example we couldn’t find a pen anywhere and wished there were tissue boxes. But overall it was nice to have everything be so brand new.

The heater is finicky, and hard to use. When we arrived the house was freezing and it stayed cold the entire first night and day, until the property manager helped us turn off the timer which was not allowing heat to come on. The fireplace also don’t work. Many little things weren’t working like outer lights at hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spacious, clean and the perfect relaxation in wine country. We were able to go north to Healdsburg one day, then head down towards Sonoma for another day. Perfect location and very clean!
