Condo very clean , beautiful location, kids loved splash pad. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful updated condo. It was very well appointed, the beds were comfortable the common area was spacious and it accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. The views were amazing, we watched dolphins almost daily and the blue angels flew by once! We collected many shells as well.

Really enjoyed staying here, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Can't beat the view!! Only reason not all 5 stars was that some of the dishes were put away dirty

From the work that Abby did to make our experience flawless to the minute we fell into the comfy bed at the end of the days, it was a fantastic experience. The condo was very clean, just as advertised with everything we needed readily available. Internet was quick and easy. While the condo building exterior could use a little attention, the condo itself had obviously been treated with a great deal of care, nicely appointed and very cozy. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants in the area unbelievable. We’d visit again in a heartbeat.

Dont hesitate to rent this property. Absolutely beautiful condo. Perfect location, very close to the water. Splash pad was a hit with the littles. Fully stocked kitchen. The blender was missing but after contacting Abby, she had one delivered right to the door promptly. Master bed was very comfortable. Cant speak for the other beds as i didn't sleep in them but noone who did complained. Plently of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. I would absolutely rent this condo again. Thank you Abby for a fabulous family vacation!

Our stay was great, everyone in the group said they would come back. Everyone we crossed paths with during our stay were very nice. Communication with host was great and the combo cleaning and maintenance crew responded right away to our minor issues.

Parking spot in the garage was really nice and convenient. The condo was very spacious and the beds/bedding were the most comfortable beds ever! Made it really easy to relax and feel like home. Beautiful views from the balcony. Only complaint I would have had nothing to do with the condo itself but regarding the elevators. the elevators were extremely busy, so wait times can be a lot. We even took stairs a few times to avoid the congestion /wait. Thankfully it was only 6 floors. We would definitely stay again.

We would definitely stay here again. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The ocean view from the balcony was awesome! It was a short walk to the ocean and a very nice pool area.

Family vacation for spring break was great staying here. Abby was very responsive to questions and communicated just the right amount. Condo is very clean, well maintained and well stocked with cookware. Lots of activities available on the condo property (tennis, shuffle board, pickle, racquetball) with all free equipment rentals. My family had a pleasant experience and great time. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was amazing! Great space with comfortable beds, the kids loved the bunk beds. Everything was provided and the kitchen was well stocked including two coffee makers, one for K-Cups and another for brewing large pots. Living room tv and entertainment center was awesome and you could not beat the great views of the Ocean. Indoor and outdoor pools were great to change up things, and the kids loved the splash pad, but the best feature was the beach, where we spent most of our time.

Owner went to extra efforts to make our stay better.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Only thing which was communicated from the host prior to arrival was the construction on going during our stay. Host fabulous in letting us know of the situation and open to any changes if needed due to this, which was great communication and openness.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we loved it. The condo was updated beautifully and Abby was such a delight to work with. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy.

We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. The condo was beautiful and we loved watching the sunrise from our balcony and living room each morning. The condo was very clean and furnished very nicely. The furniture was very nice and the kitchen was well furnished. The beach was beautiful and the weather was nearly perfect. Who knew October at the beach could be so nice!!

Condo was as pictured. Very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you would need. We even made brownies and cupcakes. There was a pan for that! I loved that there was a washer and dryer… with 3 kiddos… that’s always a must. There were no bugs whatsoever, which was wonderful. I didn’t even see a fly. We spent most of our time on the patio after leaving the beach for the day. My 2 year old loved the splash pad. It was helpful because it was gated in and she could run around without us hovering over her. Overall… a wonderful stay. Thank you!

If I could give higher than a 5 star rating, I would! First let me say that Abby is a great communicator and was very responsive to my questions. She also gave us some very helpful suggestions about restaurants and activities in the area. The condo is gorgeous and exactly as pictured on Vrbo!! The furniture is comfortable and the unit is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The bath linens were more than enough for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. My only suggestion is to include some pot holders. The beds were comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. The unit was quiet and we never heard any noise from neighboring units or in the hallways. Never any issue with waiting on elevators. This unit has a dedicated parking space in the garage right outside the elevators. Super convenient when bringing in groceries and luggage. Phoenix V is very well maintained and has great indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to the beach. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and fun activities. This was a family vacation and we could not have found a more perfect unit to stay in to enjoy beautiful Orange Beach! Abby, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo!

The condo was very nice. Everything worked great. No problems at all. We only had 4 adults and 1 infant but this condo would easily accommodate 4 additional children with the third bedroom having double beds AND bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners provided clear details and responded in a timely manner. The condo (6th floor) was just as described updated, clean, spacious enough for 9 adults, and stocked with the essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. We had easy access to local restaurants and retailers. I would definitely rent this condo again.

The location was perfect. Take the elevator down and in just steps you are on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within 5 minutes and even more within 20. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had literally everything you could ever need in the kitchen. We had a full house and no one felt cramped at all. The balcony was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. If we are ever able to return to the area we would 100% stay here again. Abby was a great communicator and made our stay seamless!

Sometimes photos lie… and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to be walking into. This was NOT the case here. Everything was beautiful and just as pictured! 10 of us stayed for a family vacation and never felt like we were on top of each other. So spacious and literally everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked with probably more things than I have in my own kitchen.! Tervis tumblers, Tupperware for leftovers, even pitchers for making drinks and spices to cook with. The bathrooms were clean and updated and the AC blew very cold! Every room has a remote controlled ceiling fan and a tv. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The parking space attached to the property felt like you were royalty: literally right beside the entrance on the garage level so loading and u loading was a breeze! Luggage and grocery carts were available just inside the door. The cleaning staff Abbey uses is fantastic and super responsive! We didn’t quite have enough towels and they were ON IT! One thing we loved about the The Phoenix V is that there were water hoses on the beach ramp so you could hose off the sand before coming inside! Abbey was an amazing host and so quick to answer any questions we had. Will always choose this condo when we come back to Orange Beach!

This condo was wonderful! The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw dolphins several times throughout the week we were there. The parking right beside the elevator is the best! The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. It didnt have a blended that we could find, but very cheap fix from Walmart. The amount and variety of dishes, pots and pans, Tupperware, utensils, cooking sheets, pizza pans, and more was better than any condo we’ve ever stayed at. We usually cook a lot, so it was very nice for us. We loved that it had charcoal grills down by the splash pad. Very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous find in Orange Beach!! The condo was clean, newly remodeled, with comfortable beds! The kids bedroom had an ideal set up for teenagers. Best of all was the well equipped kitchen!! If you needed it, they had it. The reserved garage parking space located just outside the exit doors made it even easier to unload groceries and luggage. Can’t wait to return!
