This was an amazing trip in part to the beautiful cabin we stayed in. Once we walked in, I actually had to pull the reservation back up on my phone because I honestly thought I walked into someone else's cabin - the pictures do not do it justice, it is gorgeous. My girlfriends and I come to Broken Bow every December for our annual girls cabin trip, and this did not disappoint. Several of us mentioned how this was the most amazing cabin we have stayed at.Cannot wait to comeback.

Great place for our 3 generations for Thanksgiving. Perfect location to avoid crowds, but close enough to all of the attractions to make things easy to get to.

Our group of 10 enjoyed our recent weekend getaway. The house was spotless, rooms were comfortable, hot tube was perfect and were happy about all of the accommodations. We truly recommend this stay!

My friends and I wanted a getaway from the stress and drama of everyday life. Choosing a property in the Hochatown area is not easy, but this house was PERFECT! Tastefully decorated, the house took our breath away when we walked in the door. We took advantage of the hot tub (we loved the huge fluffy towels that were provided!), the fire pit (tools for s’mores were in the kitchen!), the game room upstairs (tons of games to choose from, and shuffleboard), and the outdoor lounge area (morning coffee under a blanket, in front of the fire 💕). Minor issues were few - the manual can opener was faulty and the electric wasn’t found. No biggie - we figured out a way around it. I really can’t think of a single thing that could’ve been better. Every one of us were very impressed by the property, and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

This was our first time to this area. We had a VRBO on 30a for years and it takes a lot to impress us— this property was one that we would recommend and return to again. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. We enjoyed the the fire pit out front and watched Cowboys and Rangers on the back patio with the fireplace going. Had a wonderful meal on the back patio as well with plenty of seating for our group of 8 adults.

Our 8 year old decided he wanted to take a family trip rather than have a birthday party. We love coming to Broken Bow, so he chose coming back, and I imagine it’s going to be tough to beat this trip moving forward. The cabin was stunning and in a location close to all that happens, but not in the middle of the weekend madness it can become. We arrived during a rain storm and reached out to the hosts for instructions on how to light the fireplaces. They turn them off during the summer months and had not yet turned them back on. It was no big deal to us, but they had them ready to go by the next morning. All in all, our stay at Smokey Pines reminded us why we are so grateful for the short commute from Dallas to Hochatown to create lifelong memories with our family. We highly recommend this property and appreciate the opportunity to experience it!

This was our first time at this Cabin, but not our first time in Hochatown, we were beyond impressed and with all the building and growth the location was perfect. It was clean, it was gorgeous and everyone was beyond happy with this place. A big thank you to Julian and Amanda for letting us stay at your cabin!

We enjoyed this home very much! Fully stocked with all the amenities! Lacked for nothing. There are two master en-suites on each side of the main living area. Each have a slider out to a beautiful deck. Upstairs there are two opposing bedrooms; one master with a bathroom which also opens to loft. At the opposite side of the loft, there is a great bunk room. All of the beds were comfy. Showers are huge and stocked with great body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Honestly, nothing has been overlooked. We were there on one of the hottest weekends of the summer so we had a small AC issue in one of the bedrooms and Amanda had a tech there in 30 minutes. The outside amenities are fabulous also, hot tub, swing, washers, grill, fire pit, fireplace, TV. If your bringing littles, you need nothing! They’ve thought of it all, high chair, baby gate, pack n play, dishes and cups. Highly recommend this cabin. Location was on the north end of town but still 10-15 min from all the things and away from the traffic.

The hosts for this cabin were so nice and helpful. Before we arrived, we loved experiencing the "grand entrance" as the A/C was already turned on and the place looked beautiful the moment we arrived. They also left the lights on, which was a nice touch to see all the decorations and features the cabin has to offer. I hope we get an opportunity to re-visit this very same cabin again in the future. We enjoyed S'Mores around a campfire. We had a super fun Cornhole tournament in the backyard. Some family members enjoyed the Spa while others enjoyed the Air Hockey and Shuffleboard. Every room was inviting & welcoming, and our stay was both peaceful and relaxing while also super fun at the same time. We took a drive to Broken Bow Lake at Beaver's Bend and rented a Pontoon boat (with the innertube tow for added fun). What an experience, and the memories! The hosts were OUTSTANDING. Every question any of us had were answered, and both hosts were kind and friendly before and during our stay. We also recommend trying Papa Poblano's Mexican restaurant, Abendigo's Steakhouse, and this Burger & Sandwich place (I forgot the name). All 3 were excellent. Long story short, you will NOT regret the decision to stay at this lovely cabin. Five Star experience!

Our family had a wonderful four day weekend at Smokey Pines cabin. Everything was just as advertised. Clean & ready to go. Loved that the shelves were labeled where things belonged. Great personal touch by Amanda & Julian added to the experience. They guided us to many of the venues offered in both Hochatown & Broken Bow. Honestly we can’t say enough kind words about Smokey Pines. It truly was awesome. Thank you Angie

Hochatown is beautiful, and the cabin we stayed at made our trip even better! Plently of outdoor space for 5 adults and three kids to spread out and have fun. The interior was beautiful and very comfortable. The upstairs game area was a favorite of the kiddos.

This condo is amazing! Clean, organized, and beautiful. We didn’t want for anything as the owners seemed to have thought of everything you may need during your stay and had it stocked and ready for us! Their communication was top notch. Also the game room for the kids kept them busy during a few of the rainy days we had inside. Strongly recommend this place!

The house fit all of our needs for 6 adults and 5 kids. Perfect location and great for kids. They loved the bunk beds, swing set and game room. We definitely plan on staying here again next year :)

Everything you can think of is already there. The best stay I've ever had. Incredible, and so beautiful!

We enjoyed the house very much. Very clean, well stocked, lots of activities available at the home. Quiet neighborhood, but not far to get to all of the nearby activities. Owners very responsive when one fireplace was not working.

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Comfy beds and plenty to do for the kiddos they had a blast. We got some great use of the fire pit. Friends around the fire is some of the best times.

Smokey Pines is a wonderful place to stay. We have twice now and plan on returning next year. It is so clean and has all of the amenities.

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We definitely will be booking again sometime soon!

Started right when we pulled up to that beautiful home! From the state of the ark design, 2 masters down stairs, covered hot tub, kids games, shuffle board, tv’s everywhere, Smokey pines did not disappoint. Would highly recommend to everyone! Well done J!!

We had a great time for the weekend at this house. All the amenities you could hope for with fireplaces, hot tub, fire pit, smores materials, games, tvs, internet, etc. Was relaxing to know I didn't need to bring anything and could just show up and have a great time!

What a great place! We had 3 couples and children - this was the PERFECT stay! Games, outdoor play set, hot tub, fire pit and so much more! The cabin itself is beautiful and so cozy! Everyone had the best time at Smokey Pines!

Without question or stay at this location has been our best experience when renting as we did. We had an impromptu family reunion and all-around wonderful time at the grand children and two sides of the family. Everything was exactly as noted in fact, even more so the location was fantastic, the interior, cleanliness and design was very current and I felt 100% comfortable there with my grand children and other family members. The hot tub was a fun extra to have for the kids and the adults and fireplaces everywhere we went outside on the deck. Patio area was fantastic and then inside the living area. Sometimes in life, you can’t re-create an experience like this, and for me, I realize that with that, this property is now our comparable as to what we expect moving forward. The family that came would like to do an annual event at that location and most certainly we will do. The owners were exceptional, in terms of getting back to me with a question, extremely professional, and also kind. Without question, I recommend this property.
