We had a family of 5 visiting, 3 kids, ages 10-15 and 2 adults. The sleeping arrangements worked, however if we all 5 wanted to be in the living room watching tv for the night, we had to pull out the sofa bed for us all to sit comfortably for a movie. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, but the cooking utensils could be replaced as many rubber spatulas were chipping. The back porch was roomy and had a great couch and table/chairs. The location was good - grocery stores nearby - our favorite was the local Farm Store, but there was also a Publix nearby. The beach and downtown Venice were a short drive. The rental company was very communicative - even gave suggestions on what to do and where to go.

Everything was great. Love the house. Had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Convinced us to move to Venice. Actually interested in buying the property.

We loved this house and all the amenities. They were able to get us in extremely quickly and on a holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to communicate all things with us and the check in and check out was so easy. My kiddos loved the pool (perfect size for our 3) and the house was easily located! Will rent again in the future!!

Great location, convenient to a lot of places. Communication a little off… Continue to get text about using the pool through April for a $20 nightly charge. Our booking was for May so it did not apply yet. I continued to get messages. I had sent a message asking about the bikes that was in the description And also asked what type of coffee maker and did not get a response to either question. Nothing that was a dealbreaker, and I would consider renting again.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this home while visiting Venice, FL. The location is a quick drive to the beach and restaurants. The owner helped us with all our needs and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay around Venice. Thanks again!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The communication from the host was amazing. House and pool was very clean. There were even beach chairs for us to use! Close to all the beaches! Highly recommend staying here!

The property was perfect and very clean.We enjoyed the heated pool. It had everything we needed for our Spring Break trip.
