We were welcomed by the host and given a tour of the facilities. K&K are very social and accommodating. The room was very clean, with everything you need. This is the place that you kind of do not want to give a raving review because when the word gets out how nice it is, it may be hard to book it again. Thank you K&K for a great stay in Gilbert AZ.

Room was very nice. The bed set a little high for me, but was quite comfortable. the Host's were very plesant and accomadating . I would stay there again.

Lovely home and room with a great bed and bathroom. Kevin was very welcoming and provided me with everything I needed for an excellent stay. My only concern was that I did not have a car and the closest breakfast place was 2 miles away. I was visiting family and they were not always available. I had brought some cheese and fruit with me on the plane and that sufficed for my breakfast. Also the room has a refrigerator which was great for the real food. Also sweet and salty snacks are provided by the hosts. I enjoyed the sparkling water that was provided.

We had a wonderful experience. Kevin and Kristen were great hosts. The accommodations were comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot tub was awesome. I sometimes have trouble sleeping away from home but the bed was a dream! Winston was a perfect gentleman!

Our stay with Kristin, Kevin, and "Winston" was excellent. The suite we stayed in was part of a beautiful home that they shared with us however, we had total privacy. A spotless and beautifully decorated property. Kevin and Kristin were very informative about local attractions and food places. 8 minutes from Mesa/Gateway Airport. We definitely recommend this property and would enjoy staying here again the next time we are in Phoenix.

Immaculate, comfortable furnishings. A true home away from home, only better! Very comfortable bed. Tons of media entertainment. Spacious ensuite, double sink bathroom with luxury toiletries and linens. Snacks and beverages available.

Great accommodations! Very close to Meas/Gateway airport. Hosts were very detailed oriented. Fresh brewed coffee every morning at our requested time, even had to go cups for our early departure! Will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!

We spent two weeks at this home. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for us. Our hosts were considerate of our space, catered to all our needs and were genuinely nice people.

Impressed would be an understatement. Kevin and Kristen are perfect hosts. The room was beautiful and they went out of their way to accommodate. Spacious with a generously sized ensuite bathroom. Too many special touches to name.

Definitely wasn’t what I thought it was. The Kenastons are very accommodating, very little interaction with them. Kinda like staying with cool parents. In a good way! Even though they are on site it never felt like they were there. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend staying there or other people. Thank you Kevin and Kristen! 😎🤙

The suite is well appointed and owners are attentive and accommodating, but Winston was the best part of the stay… such a sweetheart.
Stay here was with my 13 yo son. The only note for future guests is that the en suite bath does not have a door separating the shower from the rest of the bedroom, which is very awkward for a mom with her teenage son (!!). 😅

The suite accommodated my needs 100%. With the beautiful bedroom size, , soothing decor, ample walk-in closet space and shower area, well-stocked refrigerator beyond my delight. The host served fresh latte or coffee based on my desire each morning. And, a variety of welcome basket snacks, robes. I receive detailed TV streaming instructions - very helpful . I genuinely felt welcomed in their home and curious about the area’s local destination sites to explore that was provided. Thank you.

This is the 1st time we have rented a Vrbo. It was great! Kevin and Kristin were very conscientious and attention to detail was top notch. It was so easy to communicate with them and our accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful! They thought of everything and were so friendly and nice! They also had great suggestions of what to do and where to eat! We loved their dog too. He was so well behaved and friendly! It is a fantastic place to stay! Thank you very much!

Room was ok did not want a room to rent. Verbo description didn’t advise it was a room to rent. Photos show basically a home . Owner of the house were there also had a dog. The reason we wanted a house was to coo a meal for our son’s family.

Great place to relax after exploring!
This was probably the best experience I've had renting a space that's shared with the homeowner. We had the place mostly to ourselves, and the few times we did bump into Kevin we had a good chat and it honestly made the stay even better. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches, and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking or riding dirtbikes. We'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Don’t miss the great opportunity
My wife and I enjoyed this couple’s gracious hospitality and home. From the time we arrived and exited we basked in their home’s decor and wonderful private deck and hot tub. They could not have been nicer and sensed when we wanted times just to ourselves. Don’t pass this one up!!

comfortable king-size bed and cozy atmosphere. They supplied snacks from drinks to chips to a morning barista. Private entry to house. "K" Casa is the best.

My New Jam
Quiet, nice neighborhood but yet close to restaurants, shopping etc. Regional parks for hiking within 30 minutes. There's also a great walking path right in the neighborhood. Hosts were welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home in their home. Gave us lots of good advice for sights to see. (The Olive Mill was one of our favorites.)
