Very nice property and location, we enjoyed it very much.
You do need to consider new mattress's for all bedrooms and possible changing out queen for a king. If you did this we would definitely stay again.

We decided to take a family vacation to Saint Simons Island on a spur of the moment. Not knowing anything about the area, the description on VRBO was spot on. The location was 10/10. The property itself was straight out of a catalog, it was beautiful! And so spacious! Having a pool on the property was so necessary when visiting in July and the size was just right. Looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!

The pictures are wonderful, but it's even better in person. This was such a beautiful, luxurious house. We appreciated all of the nice touches, not just toilet paper provided, but tissues, too and things like that. We couldn't believe what a beautiful little street the house was on. Peaceful and residential, yet steps from the beach. It really was the perfect location. We loved it!

House was beautiful great place to stay for families. Our children enjoyed the pool. We had a great time at the beach. The house has amazing location short walk to beach and to the town for restaurants and entertainment.

We loved the Atlantic Cottage! It was in a great location to restaurants and super close to the beach. This was very important for us having 2 kids under the age of 3. We will definitely stay here again!

This house has an upscale beach house vibe. It was clean, the rooms were well kept, and it had a pool. Additionally, it’s walkable to a beach access as well as a few restaurants and a brewery. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns we had.

the house was excellent. very clean and very well appointed. tv's in every room and all worked perfectly. Overall a great house in a great location. a disappointment was that the management company could not get the pool heater to function properly and I am still waiting on a refund for the fee that we paid to have the pool heated.

The house was terrific. We cooked Christmas dinner easily in the great kitchen and watched bowl games together. The weather was cold, so we were in the house more than anticipated and it was better than expected.

We could not have asked for a better house for a short weekend getaway to St. Simons. The house was immaculate and quite-honestly more impressive than the photos online. The location with public beach access and restaurants all within a 2-block radius is hard to beat. I have already recommended this property to friends and will look to stay here again on my next trip to SSI.

The Atlantic Cottage in St. Simons Island is the perfect vacation rental for a family. We stayed with our 4 young children 5 and under, and were so impressed with the space, layout, and cleanliness of the house. The home looks like it is brand new, all of the amenities were as listed plus more. The pool was the perfect size for our little ones to enjoy and the street the house is on is so quiet and private. The beach is a 2 minute walk or 30 second golf cart ride away, and so many amazing restaurants are all within a 5 minute radius of the house. This rental is an absolute dream on the amazing St. Simons Island, we hope to be back again soon!

The Atlantic Cottage is a great vacation rental. Excellent location and accurate to the pictures posted. The cottage was close in proximity to the beach and local attractions. I would definitely rent this property again.

We loved this house. And the island was wonderful. This is definitely a new favorite area for my family. The house was beautiful and very spacious. There were 9 of us and we never felt cramped.
Several restaurants and the beach were within walking distance. We also rented bikes... Walking distance as well.

This is not about the property but a note about the beach - currently a large river (overflow) is running thru the beach so cuts the beach off most of the day.

This house was amazing! So spacious and clean and having a small dip pool was just what we needed! All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds. Perfect, short walk to the beach and to restaurants near by. Perfect location and our family had a blast! We will be back soon

This Cottage at the beach has it all. Everything from the amenities to the short walk to the beach was perfect. The pool in the back was perfect for our 6 and 3 year old. We definitely will be staying here again. There was 4 adults, 1 teen and two littles and we never felt cramped in this spacious home.

We were in town for my son's wedding. The house was absolutely perfect! We had 5 adults and 2 grandchildren and had plenty of space. It is an absolutely gorgeous home with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was great as it was close to everything. The heated pool was a bonus for my two grandchildren who enjoyed it thoroughly. We LOVED this rental and hope to be back!!

Wedding weekend
We rented this beautiful home for our weekend stay celebrating our daughter’s wedding at the King and Prince. Although it rained all weekend, we were very comfortable in this over the top house. It accommodated our wedding party while we got hair and makeup done. Some amazing photos were taken inside also. This location was perfect for us and our needs. It made a less than desirable weather day actually a beautiful wedding day! Perfectly pleased with our choice to stay here.

Fantastic house + location. Super clean. The layout is great- pool area and screened porch w TV was great . Beds were very comfortable. Rainhead shower in master was 10 out of 10. This is what a vacation house should be. Best house we’ve ever rented in SSI.

This home is wonderful. We had 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. It is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is small but big enough for small children. The house is beautifully decorated and very well supplied. We will return.

Our family of 4 had the most relaxing week in SSI. This rental property was perfect for us! The house was conveniently located to the beach, Village, restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it & can't wait to go back!

Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the downstairs master bedroom’s king mattress.

Beautiful home one block from the beach. Home was well furnished with lots of room for our family. Enjoyed pool, TVs in each room and well stocked kitchen on quiet street. Easy beach access and within walking distance to several restaurants. Highly recommend!

This house has it all—great kitchen, pool, two master suites with king beds and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I walked to the yoga studio for a hot yoga class on day. Only had two complaints—one of the receptacles for recycling was missing so when we had separated our recyclables from trash we had to trash everything because there was only the trash bin also the grill on the side of the house needs to be looked at we tried to grill BBQ chicken and it went from slowly grilling to being burned. May want to check out that it is working properly for safety reasons. Other than that the owners checked in on us and were very accommodating. Would stay here again so relaxed and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved staying at the Atlantic Cottage for our summer family vacation! The pool was absolutely perfect for my one year old nephew. He loved it! The location can't be beat...walking distance to the best beach and restaurants. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you for having us and making our trip so enjoyable!
