For our needs, the location couldn't be beat. The Florida room & patio provided much needed respite. We found everything we needed on-site. Only 'complaints' I could list would be: - No connected bathroom to any bedroom - The remote lock vs. numerous guests (never delved into how to 'share' it out as we all left/came-back @ the same time) - The setup in the non-master bedroom was odd. The placement of the bed made it 'tight' to move around & the fan could use some oil/balancing. - Road where house is located == speeders galore - The buffering watching live TV drove us all bonkers :) We all would definately stay again

Beautiful well stocked home, wonderful host. Great area close to many beaches and parks. Sitting out back watching the turtles and birds was very peaceful overlooking the water. Very easy checkin/ out process

Staying at this spot was fantastic! Right on the waterway in the backyard, it was a tropical paradise. Lots of beautiful wildlife to see each morning made it extra special. House was clean and well appointed with all the comforts of home. Contact with host was easy and prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So happy I decided to book this. A cute little house right on the canal. Our first morning we got to watch a gator in the canal and the birds are FANTASTIC and so interesting to watch. We really enjoyed sitting outside watching the wildlife. The bed I had was very comfortable. The house was very clean and tidy. Pretty much anything you may need is there. Loved the locking system where I could unlock and lock the door from my phone. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. You would never know you are not far from a major road with any type of store or restaurant you may want. If you are in the area, this is a MUST stay at house, while you are there check out the Epperson Lagoon in Wesley Chapel. The only 'negative' would be there was almost no toilet paper, both bathrooms were near empty when we arrived. No biggie we bought some, we can't all remember everything lol. We really enjoyed the house. It was nice and clean and everything went smoothly. The back yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Minus the mosquitos! Lol

Lovely, pristine property wilth everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The view from the back yard was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife especially the gators! Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

We had a great time in Holiday. The house was great, AC was perfect on the hot days, so clean, nicely decorated. I traveled with my Godson and it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was easy getting around being so close to HWY 19. Very comfy, made traveling and resting very easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the layout especially the sunroom where we drank our coffee each morning and enjoyed observing the birds, alligators and turtles. The circular drive and garage were very nice as we had our boat with us. The road was busy but overall location of the house is convenient to boat landings and groceries.

The house was perfect. Everything we needed and more! We were so comfortable and the house was so great we didn't want to leave. The view from the back was wonderful and I enjoyed watching the wildlife. Check-in and out was clearly communicated and very easy. The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities we could need. Fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. Close to Tarpon and The Sponge Docks or Downtown NPR. We loved our stay. This is definitely my new favorite place when coming down to visit family!

The house is very well kept up and a very nice home. We had a few birds come and land in the back yard. I would highly recommend this house to stay in.

Had a nice stay! Not a good place to do any fishing! Everything went well accept the wifi and internet was out for two days. It got fixed as soon as they could. All in all a enjoyable stay!

Great experience, house is comfortable, full of utensils and useful furniture. The backyard is beautiful with an amazing tree and water view. Very well located, Publix, Aldi, CVS restaurants, McDonald's and a very nice beach (Howard Park) 8 minutes from the house. I'd add a sharper knife 🔪 to the kitchen set. Other than that, great communication from host and impeccable cleanliness. I'm hoping to be back soon!

We enjoyed this super clean, tasteful Florida decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It was on a large canal that lead to a lake. Only drawback was the amount of traffic on the street where the house was located.

Great Rental! It provided everything we needed! Only complaint was the busy road.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located house. Easy distance to Tarpon Springs, parks and beaches. Immaculately clean and well furnished with a very well supplied kitchen. Some daytime subdivision road noise, but not a problem at night. Beautiful sunroom overlooking canal with birds and wildlife.

Power strips everywhere! So close to grocery and restaurants. Love the canal view! Roomy, open house. Lots of sunshine. Small, thoughtful touches including tissues, white noise machine, foaming soap, very soft towels! Extremely easy entry and we got there about 10 minutes early. Jen was right on it and let us in. Thank you! Very close to county parks/beaches and the Florida birding trail. We would definitely rent again!

Nice property with lots of space and some great touches. Back yard has a gorgeous tree overlooking the canal. The neighborhood is ok. We felt completely safe and it's convenient to shopping, tarpon springs and some great beaches.

Clean up dated home. Furniture was a little uncomfortable, but over all very nice.

Home was clean and modern, felt very comfortable from start. Beautiful water views from back yard and loved sitting on porch gazing at the water with my coffee each morning.

The house was perfect, everything we needed was available to us including the washer and dryer. The neighbors were very quiet. The only thing that surprised us was the amount of very fast traffic on the road in front of the house. Other than that it was perfect for our little get away.

My wife and I stayed here during Christmas week for a short rejuvenation. We were pleased with the accommodations and felt comfortable staying there. It had all the necessities of home. It is very close to Tarpon Springs for a day trip.

Beautiful house on the water. Water bird wild life show every day! The home is nicely decorated and extremely well-equipped for every need. Easy to check in and easy to communicate with homeowner.

House was in a great location in holiday, easy access to US-19 close to everything you need beaches, shopping, restaurants and fast food. Lake front with fishing nice clean house with everything you need, Jen was easy to contact and a great host!!! Thanks again Jen we will definitely be coming back to stay here
