Total disappointment 1st room was filthy. Given another room, slightly better. All they did was change the threadbare towels daily. My feet soles were filthy with dirt and concrete dust, had to step out of a filthy tub to stand ona towel to dry of and step into my shoes from there to keep my feet clean. after 3 days I got a maid to mop and frankly she made no impression. None of the maids I saw spoke no English or could communicate. They say they are doing renovations, however it's really a couple of guys patching. Whereas its a no smoking room hotel, everyone was smoking outside on the balcony's and public areas. Cigarette butts everywhere.

This place demands security of $60.00 which doesn’t make sense and I didn’t receive that security back till I dispute that with my Cr Card a week later

The fit and trim was awful. The shower sprayed water out the sides, tub drained really slow so you had to stand in water, there was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door, patch work and holes all over the ceiling and walls, the grounds outside were littered with branches and roofing material.

I canceled my reservation the same day I made it, in person. I was told by the girl behind the counter that it was canceled. But they still charged me!

This is a very subjective review as we were evacuated from Hurricane Milton and needed any place to stay with a roof over our head and a flushing toilet. This property has been through many changes over the years and not all for the better. However, the bed was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked in a hurricane, and we felt safe during the high winds and rains.

Reserve the room for Hurricane Milton and was dissatisfied that the microwave was not working when I bought all microwavable food.

I was in Rm.162. There was constant chatter outside and on deck of second floor. I could also hear the talk of ocupants of other rooms thru duct work or walls or???

Received email informing us about a $40 damage deposit. Got there and the $40 became $60. Checked out on Monday. It is now Saturday and I have not received my deposit back.
Saw a roach crawling in the bathroom.
Shower faucet was on all night and was not able to shut it off.

Was very disappointed with the room, it appears that someone rushed to clean it up and there was toilet paper, paper towels, poop, and pee in the toilet. They sen maintenance over to clear it up and he brought me towels. The white towels were stained and smelled weird there were cigarette burns on the sheets even though I was in a non smoking room. The beds appeared to have bed bugs so I slept on the top blanket. Air condenser dropping water in the room. Only stayed here cause it was my only option cause all
Other hotels were taken up. Was offered a refund if I left the room.

Never uad internet.. staff couldn't help.. never had a shower curtain/rod, staff couldn't help... towels actually hurt to use them, terrible quality.. did see a german roach in room.. property badly needs a remodel

I only rented the property for one night and almost asked for a refund. The property is very deteriorated, the toilet and bathtub are completely dirty, inappropriate for use, dust, mold, cockroaches. I can only say that one of the ladies at the front desk was friendly and tried to resolve the situation when I requested a change to another room, while the other was hostile and rude. I will not use this place again.

The place was disgusted. There was hair in the bathtub. The bathtub look like it was 50 years old no toilet paper no washcloths towels were real old. The place sucks never go there again.

I see that I was charged twice for room. We were in 127..changed to 148. Cockroaches in both rooms. Tub was so bad we didn’t even bother taking showers

Rooms were not clean, water spots on the ceiling, no toilet paper holder, remote didn't work the tv, they check the wrong people in under our reservation, beer cans all over the ground, very sketchy place and definitely not for families.

The rooms are never clean. I only go there for the convenience. I like the scenery of the pool. This hotel could be a great place if only the rooms were cleaned up better than what they are currently doing.

Horrible, horrible customer service, nasty front
desk person and office manager. Dirty and sandpaper-like towels, asked 2X for bed sheets to be made it was never not done. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bedding and towels were terribly stained, shower was gross, bed base was a metal box and a bit alarming, the room we stayed in needed to be gutted, paint splotches and terrible wall cracks, when we arrived there was 4 police vehicles there, that should have been our first clue to leave but it was late and we had pre paid, we figured we could rough out one night, didn’t get much sleep

The first room the bed was broken and the room was filthy. I got switched to another room that was actually dirtier. The paint was peeling. The shower rod was broken. The mirror was missing because it was broke and never replaced. The walls were coming apart. There were stains everywhere. Just would never stay there again and if I wasn't in a rush to go to a funeral I would have just left and found another hotel

Came from az for 3nights first room I was given smelled like smoke when it was supposed to be non smoking then the second room was dirty room service kept taking towel and not returning new ones bed was dirty but fixed like it was clean

I liked the size of the hotel room. I didnt like having to renew the key fob daily even when paid online. Everyday i had to be at the front desk .

I know they are in the process of renovations, but this is no excuse for my and my 6 year olds stay. Both comforters had cigarette burns all over them, mind you it was a non-smoking room. I went to buy my own cleaning products to clean the bathroom and still couldn't use the shower because of how bad the shower was to begin with. The wall by the front door felt like paper. Touching it, you would push it in without applying any pressure. A large screw was coming through the wall wear the doorless closet is. Drawers in the dresser were filled with clothes. German roaches running across the floor at night. I could continue, but I think I've made my point.

the place smells funny, the shower curtain was broken, the towels are barely big enough for children, its kinda ghetto, did not feel safe with the weekly people rolling around. it screams drug deals go down here and the people hanging around the place back that up.
i checked out early, because it was that bad.

Laying in bed getting ready to shut the light off and a cockroach was on the floor. Will not recommend this place to anyone!
