The property was great and communication with the host was great. Could not ask for a better location and the house was very spacious and SO clean. Walkable to all of Old Town and to the trolley center. Overall just a great stay!

Check in was a breeze. I access code well prior to arrival. Nice open space in living area so many activities with your children if you have some. Stones throw away from old town Historical town.

This place was GREAT for dinner and perusing Old Town. Felt safe. Spacious and stocked nicely. Owner was very responsive.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this house! The location was perfect for Old Town and downtown San Diego. Off street parking a plus. The house is totally updated and had lots of space for us. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great location for socializing. There was lots of nearby restaurants and a cigar bar within walking distance. The location was clean and had plenty of space for an active two year old to run around. Better suited for an adult get away because of the street noise.

Great location for our family. The parking was very helpful with a gate. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The house had a great layout for spending family time together. Thank you for a great stay!

Plenty of space, central location, nice kitchen.
Suggestions: better quality towels—include hand towels and kitchen towels; have warmer blankets available for beds; consider investing in more comfortable furniture in the living room; fix the squeaky fan in the queen bed bathroom; include Saran Wrap in kitchen supplies; and also, find a way to have fresh ventilation in the house—no windows will open on the property. All this said, it was still a good place and Zach was very helpful!!!

This place had everything we needed and more. It was very close to the Old Town Transportation Center making getting around without a car so easy. The host was very caring and responsive.

What a wonderful place right next to Old Towne that made you feel like you were at home! The house had everything that the 5 of us could possibly need with the most comfortable beds and plenty of space! We stayed on property for three days while exploring Old Towne, USS Midway and other sights! The location was excellent for exploring and relaxing around all Old Towne with other sights a short distance away. The check in and checkout was as easy as it could get, the host was onsite to greet us and help us if we needed anything or had any questions. Would definitely recommend!!!

Highly recommend! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The house was deceivingly spacious inside and included a well-equipped kitchen. There was more than enough room for myself and five other adults and could easily accommodate more people. The location was perfect- just a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Trolley if you’re looking to visit different spots in San Diego. Zach was very responsive and made sure he was available if we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Absolutely perfect location. Living room is huge and spacious. We only had 4 people, but could definitely sleep much more. Beds were very comfortable and each room had their own AC, which worked wonderfully!
Restaurants and shops of Old Town right around the corner. Lots to explore in Old Town. However, if you want to go to Little Italy, Gaslamp, Coronado, or head back to the airport, everything is a short Uber away. Could not have selected a better location for our San Diego trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. We didn't need to drive anywhere when it came down to eat. House sits right in the heart of Old Town San Diego. And being so close to Marine Corps took all the stress away from driving too much. I will definitely consider coming back.

This place was located in an area of SD that is just a ten min ride to everything! The location was great and the host was extremely responsive and kind. The house was nice and clean, beautiful and more spacious than you think. The house rules was fair and more liniment than most which I was not used to. I would 100% stay here again!

There were four of us moms that needed a break away. We were THRILLED with the home, cleanliness, amenities and the location. What a wonderful place and wonderful host. Definitely will be back.

This home was perfect for our trip to Sea World and the SD Zoo. Quick and easy access to both of those spots. The home was beautiful and spacious for us to hang out at each evening. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking meals for the family. Even better in person than in the photos, which is always a pleasant surprise!

Stayed for two nights. The house is very clean and the host has thought of everything. Zach is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Just a few steps from SD Old Town and restaurants. Did not love the old town!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Loved having 2 bathrooms with a teenage daughter it’s a must! The kitchen was new and accommodating as well as the lovely upgraded bathrooms. Definitely enough space for all of 4 of us. The location was perfect and I was glad to always have had a dedicated secured parking spot. There are plenty of food options and shopping options nearby. If you’re new to visiting San Diego I think you’ll really love the charm of old town. I would definitely consider staying again.

The house was spacious with comfy beds. Location was amazing...in the heart of old town and minutes from the airport. Zach was a responsive host and easy to work with.
Would be perfect if it had a washer/dryer and more storage for clothes because we were in town for 5 days.
