Wonderful home, even better than the pictures. Very comfortable, nice scenery, great deck and fire pit, and generally just very nice and clean. Overall our stay exceeded expectations.

We really appreciated the house! Each of our families got a floor and their own bath. We found everything we needed! We did struggle with the door lock, but we're able to reach someone for assistance.

Wonderful property!

Great place to stay for a girls trip if you want a lot of space and if you want quiet restful sleep. There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for us to spread out, beds were comfy, living room was comfy, and I liked that there were enough seats at the dining table for us. Upstairs bathroom had bad water pressure in the sink and one of the beds was creaky. Basement shower was slow to drain and we wished we had some hooks, hangers, and surfaces to put our towels, clothes, and toiletries. There's black gunk in the fridge water filter spout that we couldn't clean off, but tap water was fine. Prompt communication, but it felt impersonal and automated and there was no flexibility on check-in or check-out time. Due to the location, we had trouble calling Ubers to the house and they always canceled on us. So plan to drive if you can. Scheduling a ride ahead of time might work, but we didn't try.

Very clean home with plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay again! Only complaint would be the grass was not mowed before we arrived and mowing was done on a Saturday during our stay.

Home has a great layout with bedrooms on 3 floors for families and friends to spread out. We loved the outdoor deck and family areas inside the home. Plenty of room for games and catching up!

The house is located in the perfect place--near the mountains but close enough to downtown Asheville. Backyard deck, firepit and grill make this the perfect stay for family and friends.

This home is stunning, great location, all the bedrooms were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, it had everything we needed, we got to enjoy the living room for game night, the couches were cozy. We made great memories here. We highly recommend Serenity Woods, we will definitely be back.

From the moment we stepped into this property we knew it was going to be special. From the comfortable beds, furniture that was warm and welcoming and a kitchen with everything we needed! A spectacular view from the front and back was enjoyed by all. This home was spotless!

We hosted our family here for a 50th wedding anniversary. The location is great. The house was the perfect size for us, and it matched the description and pictures perfectly. We were about 15 mins from downtown. We would definitely stay again!

We were all pleased with the home we rented from you. My wife and I shared it with our son, daughter and spouses together with three grandchildren aged 15, 12 and 6. They all loved it. This was a class rental with quality appliances and furnishings.

We had a wonderful stay!- the house was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The furniture and beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bath linens and blankets, and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The location was also ideal- a very short drive to Asheville, yet set just far away enough from town to feel relaxing and peaceful. We found the sitting room to feel especially cozy (the gas fireplace added to the ambiance), the garage access to be very convenient, and the additional upstairs thermostat to be a nice surprise! We actually chose to spend more time there than originally planned because we felt so “at home”, and opted for dinner in a couple of nights, movie evenings, and other activities together at the house. (The main- floor bedroom was unexpectedly necessary and perfect for one in our party, too.) Thank you for helping to set the stage for such a fun and memorable vacation!

Great place to rent. We had a group of 9 (3 families) and felt like it was the perfect place for all of us to have our own spaces. But also a great community space on the 1st floor and out doors. Close to downtown (10-20 mins ) Excellent Hiking (45-55 mins) and the Biltmore 20 mins.

Our family had a wonderful time at Serenity Woods in Candler, NC. It was just as advertised and provided a great home base as we enjoyed the mountains of Western NC. We will definitely visit again.

Cozy home, great location, clean with everything we needed. We rented for a girls trip with 7 ladies and everyone slept comfortably. We enjoyed the firepit, the deck, and the patio. Will def book here again!

Exceeded Expectations

The house was great. Very clean and well situated to enjoy Asheville. Unlike many places we have rented in the past the place was as good or better than the pictures. We will be returning for future family trips.

The house was even nicer than expected based on the photos! It had the perfect gathering area for everyone to comfortably sit, ample sleeping space, and convenient to Asheville. Would definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others. A few drawbacks - we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work, and there were nothing but small trash bags at the house (which I assume was just an oversight from the cleaning crew).

We loved our stay - the place was clean and there was plenty of space. Only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We did get stuck there during a winter storm and wish there was salt to put on the driveway because all our cars were stuck in the morning under the snow.

This property is as advertised! Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. The location is great. It was rainy when we were here; however, the views from the house are wonderful and we were able to enjoy it from inside. Close proximity to Biltmore Estates, numerous breweries and downtown Asheville.
