Staff are friendly

+ Room was big with a big fridge. + Bathroom was nice and also the shower, with hot water. + Just in front of the beach(despite the beach wasn't good for swimming), but at least on a quiet area. +Aircon and fan + Modern design +Cheap beer at the bar with nice views.

-Impossible to sleep further than 7.30-8.00am as there're lost of noises: people brooming(i didn't know either that brooming could be noisy) and constructions. -Door was really hard to close from the outside and impossible from the inside. -Scolopendra in the bathroom. -Mattress is really uncomfortable, specially if you have low back problems. -Restaurant is very pricey.

The room smells soooo bad. It's awful. We didn't use the 1 room. They did not prepare a good accommodation for us.

Very nice apartment just a short walk to the beach and with a nice restaurant up front. Wifi was very good, AC worked perfect and the bed was great. It's a quiet area very near the busy places of Boracay, so it's a short walk into the main area. The beach in front of the place (Bucalog) is not so good, but nice to go for a walk or just chill away from the busy White Beach (which is less than 10 min walk).

When I booked the place said "Balcony" and I thought it would be on the top, with beachview, but when I got there it wasn't, it was an apartment on the bottom.

The owner and the staff are very accommodating. The place is relaxing since it is front beach 💯

We were welcomed very warmly by hotel reception and gave us a taste of Aklanon hospitality. The room was excellent. We booked a superior double room and it was a very comfortable experience indeed. The bed was super comfy and firm, not like the cheap foam mattresses that some hotels use. Our room was well furnished and made our stay extra special. Wifi is good.

During our stay, hot water was not available. However this was just a minor issue. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Original standard room booking was dismal. Tiny room, no external window, TV remote not working, WiFi not working, toilet not always flushing. After 1 night moved to apartment. Extra £20/night.worth it.

If you are interested in Kite Surfing in Boracay, and are not too picky with where you will stay, then this hotel is highly recommended. Basic room cost less than most hotels in same location and you are right where all the kite surfing action is. Do not however look for luxury in this hotel, basic room is really basic, but good enough for us who stayed for more than 2 weeks. Staff are friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good (lots of choices for non-vegetarians). Restaurant also offered a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner that were also very good.

The towels provided had a lot of lint and when used our faces and bodies were covered with lint. Could use better laundering.

Good location, especially for Kite riders. About 10 minutes walk to the White Beach and D' mall. Nice terrace at 1st floor to see the sunrise, though a bit windy.

Every building along the beach is being demolished becase they were built too close of the shore. It will be nice when finishing, by now it is noisy and with disgusting views.
