Great time and the property manager (Dean) is amazing--

We had an amazing time at this home. It was an absolutely perfect stay: cleanliness, design of the home, location, amenities including fitness club, and communication with Dean, the very helpful concierge. The pool is wonderful and fun, and the hot tub is perfect for an evening wind-down. Everything exceeded our expectations and this home would be the perfect vacation spot for even the most discerning traveler.

This is the first property we have ever stayed at that is even better than advertised - in every single respect. The house is beautiful. The location is excellent. We went to several beaches on the island and the beach at the beach club is by far the nicest and certainly the best for snorkelling! Stacey was so wonderful, attentive and kind. If it is possible to make a stay at this beautiful home better she accomplished that. From our tour of the house, to having it fully stocked with groceries to helping us find a day room on our last day … she always went above beyond. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had a great stay and the house worked great for our family. The bedrooms do all have exterior entrances with the exception of one so may not be ideal for smaller children, but for our slightly older ones + mother in laws it was perfect. The house is still in good shape, although it is starting to show some signs of needing cosmetic work. Was very clean. The highlight was definitely the concierge that came with the property and helped us plan and coordinate our entire week on the big island + the views. Would recommend this property

Pictures often stretch the truth…here’s the exception. Simply stunning beautiful place and it’s surroundings. Every amenity you can think of and a few you didn’t. Wonderful manager Stacy and her team were attentive, totally helpful and available but never intrusive. Just a dream vacation.

Had a family reunion here with our adult children and their SO. Perfect layout for four couples. Plenty of shared space but each couple had their own private bathroom and pod. We cooked at home most nights; the kitchen and grill were well stocked. Had a pool party and watched the Warriors game on the huge outdoor TV! Enjoyed quality snorkeling at the local beaches including Beach 49, the Beach Club and Beach 69. Left some adult snorkel gear for future guests. Golf cart handy for errands at the nearby excellent Foodland Farms Market. Walked to the gym most days. The fitness center was well equipped and not very busy.

We have stayed in some amazing homes on our travels over the years, and in some luxury resorts as well, and this house and location are right up at the top of the list. I cannot say enough about the amenities at the home and--especially!--the concierge service. This is the first time we've stayed in a rental property where we were treated like we were spending a small fortune to rent the place (which we kind of were!) The concierge, Stacy, met us at the house when we checked in and walked us through the place room by room, showing us all the doors and sliders and tech and even had a bottle of chilled champagne! Stacy was available every day (and I think I texted or called her almost every day) for every question and reservation we needed. When we had an issue with the golf cart (turned out to be operator error) there was someone at the house within an hour to take a look at it. Many thanks to the homeowners for providing the concierge service...what a bonus! Extras: They did some pre-arrival grocery shopping for us, let us drop of bags early and store the in garage for a couple hours after we checked out (flights and check in & out times are a mess in HI right now). We were a group of 8--four couples which included our three adult children and their partners. Lots of privacy for everyone which was really wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped with gadgetry and cookware (could use a few big mixing bowls but maybe that's just me) and there is a crazy selection of every kind of stemware you could want (and like a million champagne glasses!) All the doors slide open which makes the most of the breeze and the view and allows for so many different eating and hang out areas. The location is in a residential neighborhood on a golf course. 5 minute walk to the beach and beach club :). You can walk (it's a longish one) or golf cart to a very small Market, a coffee shop and a restaurant. You can also easily golf cart to the two hotels. Both have several restaurants and bars. It's a 10 minute car ride to bigger shopping centers.. We would return to this home in a heartbeat. Aloha!

I've had the great pleasure to stay at some of the finest hotels in the world. Although not a hotel, this property is now on that list. Every thing we could want in a vacation was provided for by the owners and the concierge. Spectacular design and amenities. We lived in the lap of luxury during our stay. We didn't want to leave.

We were family of 10 from 6 adults to 4 kids ( 2-8 yrs.) The floorplan allowed separate sleeping areas for everyone. The kitchen, interior living/dining areas along with the outdoor living space was amazing!!

This is an amazing property. The house is beautiful appointed with an indoor or all out door great room, an amazing pool and hot tub, and four bedrooms, each its own suite with tremendous privacy. The even comes with a golf cart to drive to the beach club. A fabulous place for my family of five (three teenagers and two adults). It was also spotlessly clean the kitchen had everything you could want to cook, bake, or grill. I highly recommend the house.

As they say, you get what you pay for. This home may be expensive, but worth every penny. We had 4 sibling couples getting together for a post Covid family reunion. The 4 King suites were perfect. Having them spread out made everyone feel like they had their own place. Home was very clean. Kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen of any VRBO we’ve ever been in. Outside grill was awesome. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the Lani enjoying the amazing views of the golf course, ocean and sunsets. Although we didn’t use it very much, it was nice to have access to a golf cart. Beautiful private beach was a short walk down the street. They have 4 boogie boards and snorkel equipment (mainly kids size masks) 6 beach chairs and and a beach umbrella. 4 bicycles. The Property Manager, Stacy, was amazingly responsive. She always alerted us in advance of any service people who needed to access the property to make sure it was convenient. Owners seemed very friendly and also were very quick to communicate when we had questions. You will not be disappointed.

This property was spot on from the previous reviews and pictures. All rooms with outdoor shower and nice amenities. Golf cart for quick trip to the beach or an easy 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.

This is THE BEST house for a family gathering. We stayed here for my son's graduation. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. Easy to take the golf cart to the Mauna Lani Beach Club or go for a beautiful morning walk to the fish ponds. The home is well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor grill area, floating in the pool, and watching the sunsets. The landscaping is gorgeous, the layout of the home is great for privacy with the individual suites. Stacy (the property manager) was super nice, very responsive, helpful, and always available for any questions we had. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owners of the home were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. We will absolutely be renting this home again. We loved it.

Very well maintained. Fully equipped. Would recommend it for adults. Not child suitable. excellent stay.
