We loved our stay here! Perfect location in gulf shores, short walk to the beach, and a really nice pool as well. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the gulf view was from the balcony. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable!

This is a very nice place to stay. Check in was easy and the condo was extra clean when we arrived, pictures and description are accurate. It had every thing we needed for an extended stay. It’s roomy and bright with a nice view of the Gulf and pool. Beach access is a short walk right across the street. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Molly is an excellent host, and very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to our next visit.

This condo was perfect for our adult kids and their spouses. There was plenty of room for everyone. Literally right across the road from the beach. Located just a couple miles from all the normal touristy shops and attractions. Easy communication with Molly. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint (and not really controllable by owner), master bathroom shower has zero water pressure. We were able to get clean but it felt like camping clean.

Loved the location with access to the beach right in front of us and the bay directly behind us! Pool was large. Unit was very spacious, but a little outdated. It was really nice to have assigned covered parking. Overall, it was great!

When we go to the beach, we really don’t plan to go out much. The condo was perfect for three adult couples along with two younger children. It had everything we needed to cook, bake a cake, and mix up some fun. We loved that the condo is on the outside of most commercial properties. Getting to the beach was faster than at a high rise on the beach. If you like to relax at the beach and pool and don’t want the active nightlife, this is a dream! Molly was great to work with and always quick to respond. Would absolutely do it again

Everything was great with the condo. Spacious and spent time on the deck reading and relaxing. Beach was steps away and property owner communicated well!

The floor plan of the condo was very nice! Bedrooms were big and away from the kitchen. The beach is a quick walk across the street with places to rinse off. Pool was also very nice! The house was equipped well and they provided some necessities to start. Beds were comfortable. We noticed the same as other reviewers with the water pressure, master bath tub drainage, and white carpet. The cleaners should look under the beds as there were some items left from previous renters.

We enjoyed our stay at Molly’s condo. It was just a described. Very spacious and a great location at JUST across the street from the beach. The condo had all the amenities the 7 of us needed for our week stay. We could cook easily and plenty of pantry room for all our goodies. There were coolers available to use as well. The washer and dryer worked well and we made use of them with the 2 kids. Molly was even kind enough to provide several days worth of tide pods and dishwasher pods. The only issue we had was the water pressure and drainage of the tubs, especially in the master. It didn’t hinder our trip, just an inconvenience. There was a bump in the road with the air conditioner for about 12 hours, but Molly was prompt in responding and having someone come out to fix it. The pool is steps away and the kids had a blast there as well as the beach. Overall, it was a great trip!

The location of the condo was great, right across the street from the beach and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Check-in and check- out we’re seamless. The extra touches like providing dish soap, a couple rolls of TP, and a couple dishwasher soap pods were a welcomed surprise. Bathrooms were clean and the washer and dryer were clean and convenient. I would recommend cleaning of the carpet. Understandable, with all the traffic, it would be tough to keep white carpet pristine but it could use a deep clean. The entry way door was very dirty, black marks from top to bottom. It was practically the first this we saw and it wasn’t a good first impression. Not Molly’s fault but management should clean or repaint the outside door. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! Molly was great at making us feel welcome and gave us some wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The condo was very nice with three wonderfully sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things needed to cook your family a meal. I have to say the table was mostly used for playing cards and it was placed in a spot where we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The access to the beach was great and made it so easy to get to the beach and we loved the Olympic sized swimming pool. We will 100% be staying here again!

The condo was so spacious, beautifully decorated ( loved the couch) & has everything you need. Its the perfect location with being between the beach and the lagoon (for fishing) and because the condos are further down away from the congestion of town, there's hardly any traffic to deal with to cross the small 2 lane road to get to the beach. its literally just a 1 minute walk. Another nice benefit were the showers on the pass coming off the beach, and more by the condos to rinse off. Bonus having the huge pool right outside of the unit. I loved being able to relax in the family room or on the deck and see the ocean. Molly was available for questions and great with quick communication as well We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return for another visit.

This property provided the perfect launching point for a family vacation. The location was perfect, easy beach access just far enough down to be out of the busy downtown area but close enough to make trips into town no problem. My children and I had a great time collecting shells on the beach, hanging out by the pool, and fishing from the docks into the lagoon behind the property. It is clean and well maintained and the beach view from the private balcony even gave us a glimpse of dolphin fins some mornings! We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would definitely come again.

Molly was quite responsive and helpful. Her condo is at a great location to enjoy the beach and Bayside. Room are nice (bedrooms doors do not lock) and the unit was clean. Air bed worked good for our teen. Our one problem was the surprise of finding the only kiddie pool and the big pool close to our unit without any water in them which was quite a huge disappointment for our 4 yr old granddaughter!! We would stay again .... hopefully when all of the pools are open!!

This was our first big vacation as a family and also our first time staying at a VRBO. Experience was perfect! The condo was exactly like the pictures and the owner was friendly to work with. It was the perfect getaway! Only wish we couldn't stayed longer!

We were pleasantly surprised by our condo. We honestly were a little concerned as we booked fairly late considering it was spring break week. The owner communicated well and was very understanding. We did find a few pests while on our stay, however, it was addressed immediately. There was nothing in the condo that made me feel as though it was unclean and cause of concern for the pests. I thought our stay ended the day after the actual checkout date. I didn't even think to check. We received a call from the owner around lunchtime and we rushed to pack up because we were late. She was very understanding about it as was the cleaning crew. We did endure a small fee for it, but rightfully so. All in all, I would definitely recommend and will surely return to the same place if we visit in the future.
