Mike and Marina's home was the perfect setting for an extended weekend in Lake Placid for our family gathering of seven adults. The house is conveniently located and within a 10-15 minute walking distance to Mirror Lake and the sites and attractions of Lake Placid. The home is clean, air conditioned, and beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen for preparation of meals. Our family enjoyed gathering both inside and out on the back patio. The four bedrooms have comfortable king size beds. Mike was responsive to questions that we had, both prior to arrival and during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Family of 5 (3 kids - 15, 13, 8) stayed for 4 nights for Lake Placid Lax tournament. Perfect location close to fields and town. House was immaculate and everything organized perfectly including TV/AppleTV operation. Ping pong. Foosball and Hot tub were a hit! Spacious bedrooms, king beds and AC. Beautiful place. Mike was always available for a question. Highly recommend for a family!

We cannot say enough about our stay at Mike and Marina’s home, it was absolutely fantastic!! They were extremely responsive and enthusiastic prior, during and post our trip. Their home is spacious and very, very, very clean!! We loved the kitchen, dining and living room layout and the fireplace and hot tub were amazing! The basement is a bonus with foosball and ping pong. All the rooms are a comfortable size, have plenty of outlets and we liked the ability to lower thermostats in each bedroom. The house is located in a cute little neighborhood and an easy 16-minute walk into town or 4-minute drive, super convenient! We cannot wait to plan another trip back to Lake Placid and will be sure to book again with Mike and Marina. Hands down one of the best VRBO experiences!

My family and friends rented this property for a long weekend. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with and would respond quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay again!

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Mirror Lake and the Olympic Center. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped for making meals. We loved having dinners outside at the table, which was large enough for seven adults, and then relaxing in the hot tub or rocking chair next to the fire. The bedrooms are very roomy, and beds/pillows are amazing!! Our host Mike was super attentive from beginning to end! The bottle of wine and chocolates was a thoughtful touch! I could go on and on about Mike and his beautiful home!! We will definitely be going back!!!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood that made it convenient to get to town and the playing fields. Everything from booking to checkout was simple. Love that there is a code to enter the house so there are no keys to "misplace". Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner for a big group. Thank you!

Great property! Quick and easy check in process. Enough space for plenty of people and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A little less than a mile walk to town, located in a great neighborhood.

My group of 6 adults stayed at the property for the Wilmington Whiteface 100k mtb race. The property was perfect for what we needed. The king beds in every room, including the basement, were ideal and the house was well appointed for everything we needed to prepare for the race and generally enjoy our stay. Not only did we have the basics (plenty of linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc), there was also a coffee grinder, a blender, a toaster oven and other nice to haves (salt/pepper, garlic salt and plastic sandwich bags). Everything was very clean and Michael was more communicative and prompt in responding to our various questions throughout the entire process as compared to any other VRBO host I've ever dealt with. The bottle of wine, complementary coffee bags and candy he left for us were more than we could have asked for. Preparing for a race like Whiteface is stressful. Staying at Michael's property ensured that we could focus on what we came to do instead of dealing with issues related to logistics and accommodations. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future whether it be to race again or in any other context. Thx so much!

We enjoyed our stay Lake Placid at this home! Very clean, comfortable and close by restaurants and Whiteface Mountain. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating!

Our group of 8 came to cross country ski. The house was perfect for 8, but would have been a stretch for 10, with two couples sharing the downstairs room. The hot tub was much appreciated, and kitchen was well appointed, except for no measuring cups or spoons. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The hosts communicated clearly and well. And we even had fresh snow! We would definitely come back.
