We very much enjoyed our time at 204 Fourth St. Convenient and close walk to the beach and downtown Bethany. We did notice there was clothing left from previous renters in the bedroom drawers, but otherwise the property was in great condition.

Our stay in Bethany was wonderful. This house was in a great location, walkable to everything. The house was clean and in great shape. We had limited contact with the rental agency as we had no problems however, what contact we did have, the staff was very friendly & helpful. Loved the emails outlining what to expect at the house & outling the check inn& check out process. Very helpful & informative!

We had a group of 14 adults for our annual Spring weekend away here at 204 Fourth St. The house exceeded our expectations with regard to space and amenities. The elevator was a life saver for some in our group who aren't comfortable with climbing a lot of steps as well as super convenient for loading in and out (especially groceries for a big group). All attendees were happy with their bedrooms and the third floor living room, dining area, and kitchen allowed us all to visit as an entire group or smaller groups as desired. Being Spring, our weather that weekend was chilly so we did not use the delightfully appointed open air room off the main part of the house but I'm sure it's an excellent additional space in fine weather. Likewise, there are plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids available. The kitchen is stocked with not only basics but any chef tools one may desire to turn out expert cuisine. It's just a short walk to the beach or a short car ride to nearby stores, restaurants, or attractions. Fabulous accommodations for large groups of all ages.

The realty company was responsive and made the process seamless.The house is lovely, very clean, and well equipped.The elevator was a lifesaver for several of our health compromised family members. The only nuisance item was the storage basket in the freezer and the lower basket in the dishwasher would get off the track a few times a day.Thank you for renting to us for the holiday.

Near to perfect. 2nd floor bedroom/bathroom configuration gave 3 daughters' families own suite. 3rd floor master suite HGTV worthy. Living rm, dining rm, screened porch attractively furnished & comfortable Kitchen well equipped. Elevator great for those w/mobility issues. Parking and outdoor showers also a plus. Everyone would have liked to spend whole summer here.

We had an awesome experience staying at this home. I loved how the living spaces had enough seating for everyone so we could all gather and enjoy each other’s company. It was a short walk to the beach and a longer walk to the main drag. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd year renting this house during Christmas week. The size and layout was perfect for our party size - 7 adults, 4 teens and an 8 yr old. The living/kitchen area was big enough for all of us to comfortably hang out in together. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in when we wanted. Location of the house is fantastic! Just a couple of blocks to the beach and Bethany town center. When a minor issue came up, the owner/rental company were very responsive and resolved it quickly. We would highly recommend this home!

I rented this house with my family and could not have been happier with the size, space, and amenities included in this house. The living space provided for enough room for the whole family to spend time together. The location was a quick walk to the beach and a stroll away from Candy Kitchen and downtown Bethany. We would be happy to stay at this house again in the future!

Beautiful home, plenty of room for the 15 of us. The 3rd floor screened porch was my favorite haunt, with a fan and comfortable seating. Everyone loved the many board games that were available. The beach was only a block and a half away, and the elevator made my knees very happy.

Excellent house
Perfect set up for our group of 7 siblings and our 93 year old father. House was clean and cared for New and updated. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc.
For older persons, grab bars in a master bath and shower would be helpful. Wheelchair and walker on gravel drive was a challenge. Thankful for the ramp.
