Each person had a private space for prayer, meditation and reflection. Common àreas were perfect for gathering. We enjoyed the dinning room off the patio for its natural light flowing in ànd the serene views. The house was a blessing and just what we were looking for. Pastor Beatrice Johnson,

Our stay at Holland Acres was the perfect location and accommodation for our family of 8 adults and 1 little one- very comfortable! We loved the cows and the view on the back of the house. While there, we visited the Ark Adventure and ate at Hansie Flip Burgers (dinner) and Beans (breakfast)- all were excellent and worth visiting!

The home is beautiful, in a good location, and easily accommodated 12 people. However, it had mice, fleas, and the air conditioning did not work upstairs. The Property Manger was responsive to our requests, but was unware of the fleas and kept providing mouse trips. Not a comfortable situation. Suggest the owner reconnect a second A/C for upstairs guests, box fans don't help. Bathroom door on main level did not lock. Bathroom door in basement had issues with lock as well.

Great place to stay. Convenient to the Ark Encounter. 11 people were with our group and all slept comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out.

This house was a great place for our family vacation. It was clean and in a great location. We had 12 people ranging from young children to grandparents and everyone was comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this location.

Big house, great for large groups. Views of the countryside are unbelievable with rolling hills and outstanding views. Close to the Ark and other attractions as well as major roads. Small town but has some great local restaurants.

We stayed at this property to visit the Ark with our family. The house was well stocked, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the farm views and the rolling hills. Very close to the Ark. would definitely recommend!

The sunsets and sunrises where absolutely beautiful. Situated just enough outside of town to enjoy the sounds of nature in the evening and yet close enough to town for making quick trips to the store. Would definitely go back.

The house worked out perfectly for our family get together. It was 9 adults and 1 teenager. Great location close to the Ark. The bedrooms and their locations within the house were perfect due to some older adults unable to traverse steps. Did make a couple recommendations to the property manager. Overall, great experience!

This is a beautiful country property. The kids had so much fun watching the cows in the pasture. We did a day trip to the Ark Encounter, which was very close by. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and the gas grill was a great plus. We would stay her again for a family vacation because we all enjoyed the place.

Beautiful home on a serene property. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space in and out for our family to enjoy togetherness and privacy alike. We especially enjoyed sitting outside catching up while watching sunrises, sunsets and grazing cows. Only issue with the home was the underperforming 2d floor air conditioning, which made those guest bedrooms a bit uncomfortable. No issue on 1st floor. Overall a wonderful stay.

We loved the indoor and outdoor space that gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had the best knives and pots I've ever seen in a vacation rental. We would have appreciated a couple of small lamps on the nightstands in the primary bedroom instead of just the bright overhead lamp. We had a great stay!

This is an amazing property on beautiful rolling hills!! Great location for visiting the Ark, Creation Museum & Cincinnati Zoo. Everything was clean and as described. Loved the back porch, back yard and short distance to town. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Kids loved chasing fireflies in the evenings. Communication with owner was top notch! We loved this property and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Beautiful scenery - kitchen needed to be stocked a little better. Needs an electric can opener, pitchers for tea. However overall a very nice place to stay. We bought a tea pitcher and left it for the next group that comes!

Our family spent a lovely, three nights and two days going to the ark and exploring the Cincinnati area. This home was perfect for us… Plenty of room for the needs of all 10 of us!

We all had a great time. The property is just enough out of the hustle of town to be relaxing and private, just close enough to be convenient. Plenty of room for all 11 of us, with a bit of room to spare. Very comfortable and well appointed.

When we walked in the door our jaws dropped! This place is a magnificent old home that has been well loved. We are a group of older ladies with sleep issues and we all had comfy beds. The kitchen was well outfitted so we were able to keep ourselves well fed for the weekend. We had terrible wind storms and this house on top of a hill held up well! The view was breathtaking, the house was peaceful and stately, and the hosts were quick to respond and very helpful.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the home, atmosphere and location. We enjoyed looking at the farm animals and wild deer as we ate in the breakfast room. We loved the different areas of the house where we could spread out for the different ages groups that our 4 generations of family. Hope we get to return.

We enjoyed all the room in the house and the view as well. It was great that it was so close to The Ark Encounter. It wasn't perfectly clean but acceptable. The beds are hard could use a mattress topper. The arrangement of the main floor bedrooms and bathrooms (one bathroom in the basement) weren't ideal but workable. The grandchildren loved the loft area to play. We did a lot of cooking there and the kitchen had most everything we needed. The house was great for our family of 12!

We all wished we could have stayed longer and talked about moving to Kentucky. It was so close to the Ark Encounter and the perfect place for our church group to stay after a 20 hour drive to get there from Texas.

We truly enjoyed staying here!! It was perfect with my hubby & myself & our daughter & her family!!! So many bedrooms & bathrooms. We would stay here again! Perfect location for seeing both The Ark Encounter & Creation Museum!!!! Our grandkids loved the yard & the animals in the field behind. Also I think the pics posted do not do this place justice ….it’s even more beautiful & bigger than shown!!!!!
