Enjoyed our stay

The property was large enough for us all to stay with plenty of space. Great views of the cove and main channel.

We had fun with the family and swam a lot in the lake. They house was large enough for the whole family, but some of the bedrooms were closets. There were the bare essentials: coffee makers didn't work, not enough silverware for 16 people, and kitchen cupboards needed some major repair. The dock also was in need of repair: no water in fish cleaning station, one TV and the refrigerator didn't work and several lights were out. The biggest issues were on our second day the oven door handle came off and the left side of the door came apart. The manager had some one come and we were only temporarily inconvenienced. The trash had not been picked up prior to our stay and was not picked up the entire week. The manager said to leave it in the house and the cleaners would take it since the dumpster was full. The manager tried to accommodate us when needed in a timely manner. It was just not what we expected on our vacation with the family.

We stayed here with our family of 11- great house, plenty of room inside and outside! Austin was easy and fast to communicate with. We loved the location, zero complaints! We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

We greatly enjoyed the location and overall layout of the property. We had plenty of space in the kitchen and living area of the house for our large group. The bedrooms were adequate, some of the rooms were quite small and the beds not all that comfortable, but we did appreciate having separate spaces for everyone. We absolutely loved the deck and dock area. We brought our boat and it was great to have it docked right there. The outside space allowed us to spread out and enjoy watching people in the water from the shade. The biggest draw back was the cleanliness of the house. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets, pop cans and food crumbs under some beds and there was just an overall feel of grime. We also saw a few ants in the kitchen and signs of past rodent and bug issues. We were also underwhelmed with the provision of towels and kitchen items for clean up (only one wash cloth, no hand towels, no scrubbers). That accounts for our overall rating of 3 stars.

The place was as advertised. There appears to be some items that could be improved upon such as the deck and dock could be cleaner, especially the chairs. The inside of the house was very clean and worked well with our family. Overall, a nice place to stay.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Great location for boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Our group couldn’t have been happier with this property! The little cabin adjacent to the house was perfect for my brother, his wife, and their three kids to have a little space away from the main house. We would definitely recommend this house!

Overall the property was okay. House was decent sized to accommodate our group, however the cleanliness of it was lackluster at best. I would recommend getting a different cleaning crew, and owners should visit the property more often to see the what state it is left in. The dock is fun, but could really use some cleaning as well, spider webs everywhere, and that includes on the martini deck and leading down to the dock, as well as the garage bedrooms. Not impressed with how dirty it was upon arrival. Also, the temperature could not be adjusted below 72, and with the outside temps being quite warm as well as the house being big, was pretty uncomfortable at night while sleeping.
