This was one of our favorite properties. My grandsons LOVED the little pool but so did the adults. Great location. We will be booking this property again.

Mid century style house with great layout on a single story. Very close to beach access. Outside shower and small round pool - more like a jacuzzi. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this adorable beach cottage was the ideal setting for a family getaway. The owners thought of every detail. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and enjoying meals. Bed and bath linens were super soft and fluffy. Above average. Outdoor seating in back is comfortable and lovely. Even a ping pong table in the garage! Of note: this property is dog-friendly, so don't be surprised to find the occasional hair in furniture. Didn't bother us at all, but if you are allergic, be aware! Living room furniture is pretty, but well-loved. May be due for a refresh, but very comfortable.

Convenient quiet pleasant clean house that we would rent again.

Property was great but the property management company subpar. We had rented this house for our family of five expecting 2 working tolilets. Turns out the toilet in the master bedroom was defective and unusable the entire stay! First, the tank was refilling every minute., making it impossible to sleep since it is literally next to the master bed. The management was informed about this defect and sent a plumber during a timeframe we had informed them we weren't available. The next day, a handyman was sent who deemed the toilet to be working - saying we had simply shut-off the water to the toliet. In fact, the toilet had stopped flushing entirely and had to be flushed manually, at which point it would run without stopping, What was most upsetting about this whole situation is that management company has not seemed concerned that our stay was adversely impacted, the issue was never fixed and they have offered no recouse. We did attempt to contact the company before posting this; however, we never received a follow up call from TJ as promosed. Sorry property owner but the lack of talking responsibility for this by the property management company is unacceptable and should make this property undesirable for others! Who wants to book at 2 bath with no working toilet?

This property was absolutely perfect for all of our needs! We would love to stay with y’all again!

Everything was great minus no hair dryer and the people before left the gas tank empty 🥺 we filled it after searching for quite some time for an open place. Also, no additional blankets available.

Well first day there my dog ate marijuana that was left over from the previous renters. They do not vacuum after every stay. The ice machine was never cleaned in the freezer and we found blood in the ice and the mattress was badly stained. We own a property and rent on VRBO and I would be ashamed if we rented a property like this. They definitely need to focus on cleanliness and presentation.
