Perfect again!

Beautiful spacious villa with amazing patio and gorgeous furnishings offering unparalleled views across the bay. Main bedroom bed is huge and very comfortable, twin beds comfortable. The villa has use of the resort beach towels and watersports. Food in resort not worth money they charge so stock up fridge from local supermarket and enjoy the fabulous restaurants in English Harbour. Property owners quick to answer questions.

We loved being able to step onto the beach for a quick swim from the spacious terrace of Villa Coquille. We had a wonderful holiday relaxing at the villa and also using the waterspouts of St James's club and exploring around Antigua. The villa is beautiful, clean and well equipped and in a beautiful location right on a stunning calm bay.

Beautiful villa in an amazing secluded spot. Beach is literally on your doorstep. The property is beautifully furnished and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The villa was perfect for us. The beds were comfy and the villa was very clean. Greg and Cynthia made were great! Always available if and when needed. The property manager Akeem was also very helpful. Quick to respond to our questions; making sure we had everything we needed. I recommend have groceries delivered prior to arrival.

Very enjoyable working vacation at Villa Coquille. Extremely relaxing especially during low season in Antigua. Villa amenities and St. James Club facilities all as advertised. Many thanks to Akeem, the property manager for his constant attention especially during the passage of Tropical Storm Fiona. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Antigua.

After having to postpone our trip for 2 years, it was finally a dream come true. The resort was beautiful, the villa was amazing, the location was perfect. When we travel, it’s all about the details. A cooler for the beach, an ice machine to fill the cooler, and fresh beach towels daily. All the necessities to make the villa our own, and the safety of a gated resort. We loved relaxing on the patio after a hard day at the beach, and steps away from the sand and water was fabulous. All questions and concerns were dealt with promptly before our arrival, and Akeem was there if we needed him.( The property manager.) it’s certainly a trip we will never forget, and we definitely recommend this property. It’s nice to be able to spread out, especially having kids! Steps to the beach and access to the St. James resort is really a plus. Antigua itself is beautiful and we hope to visit again!

This is private paradise with access to resort amenities and activities at the St. James Club. The spacious terrace is spectacular. The villa sits at the quiet end of the beach with a great view down the beach and out to the bay. We loved taking out the hobie cats, kayaks and sups. My family enjoyed beach volleyball, tennis and pickle ball. I enjoyed just sitting on the terrace or lounging on a swim ring in the bay. There are some nice excursions offered through the resort. You can be as active or relaxed as you want. The villa has everything you need if you want to cook or you can dine at the resorts’ open-air restaurants. A great location to feel safe during these COVID times. Testing at the resort for the return trip was easy. Throughout our stay, the property manager was on hand for any needs and arranged a private chef for us for a spectacular dinner on the terrace. My family and I had a fabulous time. We will be back!

You simply cannot do better than Villa Coquille. It has the best location on beach, best verandah, best amenities, and best owners and support staff. If this Villa is available for your dates, grab it! Villa Coquille is located on the more private end of the St. James Club beach, and just a few steps from the Mamora Bay Bar and the Towel hut. The verandah is unbelievable, has a dining table for at least 10 persons, different seating and laying about areas, outdoor shower, not to forget the cooling fans! It’s a perfect area for anything you want to do outside. The inside is just as perfect and has all the quality amenities you would need, while still maintaining “you are in Antigua at the beach” feeling. The owners have cultivated a sense of sharing – use the sunscreen, starter food, etc. left for your use, and leave what you didn’t use for the next person. St. James Club speaks for itself and you have access to all its amenities. However, in our view, this is the best Villa there. We even watched a lobster boat moored just out front go out/come back every day – one day with a shark! I cannot recommend Villa Coquille enough.
