My family and I went to Red River NM for a little get away vacation and stayed at Valley Condos. It was a nice little condo and the property manager was very accommodating and every time I had questions before our trip she was quick to answer back. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice little condo, but the listing was not very accurate, and the pictures are very misleading, they say waterfront but it’s a ways from the water, and the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were very soft but it was a warm place to stay and we had fun, it can use a little bit of updating but overall a great time

Was quiet. No dishwasher but we were not there very much besides the mornings. Pillows could be better! And maybe a little modernization. If you don’t want to be right in town it was a good location

The property was almost perfect for our family of three. A few simple improvements could be made, however. The pillows were a little flat for our preference and the dishwasher was out of order. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or lav. We arrived late so check-in required an emergency phone call and the only grocery closed early so we did not have ice. Many of the restaurants were also closed. We enjoyed the hot tub and walks along the creek. The scenery was spectacular and we would return to Red Valley in a heartbeat!

Loved where the condo was located. Definitely would stay there again.

The condo was well stocked, clean and fit our needs for our weekend ski trip. It’s a good distance from town and hot tub area was nice. Parking was crowded and this condo is located at the back corner of the complex so we had to walk our bags a little bit of a distance to the condo. The kitchen lights had the wrong light bulbs installed causing the lights to blink on and off, which was a little annoying. We could not use the fireplace because the flue would not stay open. Beds were a little stiff and pillows were also not very comfortable. Overall though, a cute and cozy condo with comfortable living space.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect for two couples or more. Lots of space, nice property, quiet. Jack the property manager kept in touch and was very helpful .

The property was immaculate. We were feeling cautious due to Covid-19. The property manager assured me it would be clean and ready and it was. Very easy to walk to town. Peaceful and relaxing.

We picked this property based on it being advertised as "sleeping 8" on VRBO. There is only one comfortable bed in the condo. There is a sign on the door which states, maximum occupancy 6. There were 8 thin, well used pillows and even after requesting additional bedding, we were only given 7. The carpets upstairs are covered in dog hair. They did not provide HAND SOAP for the downstairs bathroom. The dishsoap, which was provided had already been watered down and it was the very end of an old bottle. The owner clearly does not maintain the property. In comments from past guests, there are simple suggestions for things the owner could fix, which they have neglected to do. This includes a nail, which protrudces in the kitchen, which snagged a previous guest clothing- same thing happened to us. A request for an entry way rug, when you come in from snow- it is incredibly slippery on the fake wooden floor. The most disappointing thing has been that after checking out over a week ago, I still have not heard back from the management company about resolving our issues. The town of Red River is super cute, but I do not recommend using this rental!

Never Again!!! Horrible Customer Service by Resort Realty!!! So filthy that 2 of my grandbabies to the Dr for respiratory issues and 3 had hives from the filthy rugs and carpet, very inadequate kitchen supplies. Dog hair on everything!!! Dog feces, dog hair and trash under both BEDS And on bedding and blankets! Deadlocks don't work! Doors open at will in the night and when we left to ski, when telling the "manager" our issues, he replied "you can go to a different resort or live with it"! Horrible Customer Service by the ex cop "manager" and Diane at Resort Realty! IF THERE WAS LESS THAN 1 STAR ITS WHAT I WOULD'VE GIVEN THIS WHOLE NASTY PLACE!!!!!

Check in was easy! However, this unit is a corner unit NOT maintained by the complex it is in! The complex had everyone’s side walked cleared of snow until you got to this unit. It was very icy and slippery! Immediately we texted the office and they were going to have some one take care of it! 5 days later it was never cleaned after repeated texts to please clean it! Did not realize property managers were off site, very I convenient. They did bring us some fire starters! The inside of the unit .... old! The couch and love seat were nice but no recliners and you had to turn your head sideways to watch tv. Very uncomfortable! The kitchen had new appliances but very old and cracked countertops. Vinyl backsplash peeling off wall. Blinds were bent and no pole attached to open and close blinds. Paint missing on walls. Cracks around doors. Upstairs gets very hot! Had to open windows at night or we woke up sweating. Towel rack in bathroom broken. Shower heads old and clogged up. Sheets didn’t fit right on bed and we would wake up with bottom sheet and mattress cover off and gathered in bed. Furniture old upstairs and dirty looking. The door upstairs doesn’t stay closed. Came home and upstairs was freezing, realized back door had blown open and I couldn’t get it to close and stay closed. Holes in the walls. The kitchen chairs has pieces missing off them. No ice maker! The Hottub is a slight walk that is outside of the complex office, they lock their gate at 10pm and don’t open it again until 11am. Trash dumpster is a hike! Take your own toilet paper unless you like sandpaper! The complex personnel are rude and of no help. This place could be awesome if the owners took some time and money and fixed it ! I was texted from office stating if I needed anything to let them know! Horrible response time if they even responded at all. They take your money fast but after that I emailed five times until someone finally answered me. I loved my trip but there is no way I would ever stay in this place again. It was overpriced for what you received. I never write reviews, but this trip warranted one!

It would have been a great place, except for the dog hair that was everywhere.

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room. The water pressure was amazing and the hot water seemed endless. The king size bed was very comfortable. This property was on the end of the building and extremely quiet. We would stay here again.
