Place was perfectly located, very clean and nicely appointed. Owner stopped by and was incredibly kind.

Everything about this house is wonderful. The outside stairs are a bit steep. This is the best place I've ever rented.

Very clean! Lots of essentials available. Loved the short walk to the beach! A few beach chairs would nice addition! Maybe there are some later in the season. We would stay here again! Lots of fun!

My husband, two teenagers, and 2 small dogs traveled to York the last weekend of April. We were looking for somewhere quiet, dog-friendly, affordable and walking distance to the ocean. This rental hit the spot! There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options for all of us and the 3 bathrooms were a life saver for the 4 of us (especially for our girl and boy teenagers!). The house was equipped with literally everything you could think of needing. We loved the area and friendly neighbors who were very understanding the day our little shi-tzu escaped on us momentarily! The less than 5-minute walk to the ocean was perfection. The house was a 10-minute drive to all the best shopping and activities. We were really able to see so much more than we planned because of its location. We had an issue with tripping a breaker our first night there and the maintenance support was so amazingly fast and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this location. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Everything we needed was at the house. Layout worked for us. We could walk the beach without having to drive. Easy drive to other cities. I used the front porch for early morning workouts protected from the rain

The property was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. We took many walks down there with our dog Dexter. The house was awesome, very spacious and a nice back patio for relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location- easy walk to the beach with umbrella, chairs, etc. available at the house. Plenty of room to spread out with 4 BRs and 2 1/2 baths.

This was a great place for a beach vacation. Clean and convenient. You don't need to pack your own sheets or towels. Even the pillows were clean and comfortable. There are 2 roll away cots and a fully equipped kitchen. Quick walk to Long Sands.

Fantastic space. Felt new, fresh and had all of the amenities we could have asked for. And the location was ideal to the beach.

We enjoyed our June stay here very much. The house was spotless and had everything we needed plus some extra perks. It’s the perfect size for two families and a quick, easy walk to the beach.

There were 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 young children, and the home was very roomy, comfy and perfectly clean. Walking distance to ocean. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience renting from checking to checkout

This is a well equipped house with 10 min walk to the beach. The house has almost everything you need for cooking with plenty of silverware and plates. We cooked most of our breakfast and a few dinners. Used the grill once and all worked well. The owner was responsive to some questions that I had during my stay, so communication was good.

Love the house , great location for everything

We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach and for our morning coffee. House has everything you need. My kids enjoyed all the board games. Enjoy the firepit in the front yard or the BBQ and dinner in the backyard. We will be back next summer!

Stayed with the family and the kids brought friends. The property was perfect, short walk to the beach, 3 bathrooms is huge with 7 kids. Communication with the owner was flawless. Would recommend and hope to book again next year.
