Nice location nice apartment

Perfect spot for us (2 couples). Great location. Exactly as advertised. And communications with host were great. Highly recommend.

Great spot for move in for our son’s fall. Close to Balcony & The Standard.

Charming yet dated. Very clean. Great towels! The only thing that was really tough was all the loud stomping and walking around from upstairs. Poor insulation. Walls shake when folks above walk. Hard to sleep. Ear plugs were a lifesaver for us all. No fault of the property. It was great. Just unfortunate neighbors that live above.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this cute apartment. Manager was very prompt in responding to questions and it was super clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

I have a tradition with my son and grandson from Jax, Fl where we come to Auburn for three days for the A-Day game. We got moved to this property when our other one flooded beforehand. This was fine, not quite as nice, but it is older. My only complaint is with the address. It lists as N.Donahue but it’s really on Porter off Donahue. But no big deal. We had a great trip.

First, it smelled so bad that it was uninhabitable so I asked that they come and air it out or spray it and informed them I would be out all day. I came back then next day and they had done nothing except set a can of febreeze at the door. Second, I had no idea where I was staying bc they switched me to someplace else that I was informed of at arrival day and had no pics, etc so had to Zillow what the building looked like bc there were 2 close by and I had no info. When we tried to spray air freshener enough to overcome the smells, it flared up an asthma attack so we called the mgr at 11:30pm to ask to be moved to which she replied it was the middle of the night and there’s nowhere to go until after the weekend. This was just a nightmare and I would never rent from them again! Yes, we received a refund bc we weren’t able to stay there! But it ruined our trip and that’s not worth any amount of money!

This condo is quite lovely! Very clean and spacious. Nice neighborhood.

Stayed for the weekend to attend a swim meet. Great location and unit was as advertised. My only complaint was from some upstairs noise that I think was some renovations going on during our stay. Overall, a great place. Plenty of room for a big group that wants to bring an air mattress too. Rooms are massive.

Stayed here for game day weekend. Property very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Walked to the game. 1.2 miles sidewalk the whole way. Not a bad walk at all! Amanda is very very nice to deal with, all questions immediately answered.

My daughter and I were in Auburn for family reunion. Great location for all our gatherings. Condo was clean. Had everything we needed. Would stay again if opportunity arose.

This is as a great place to stay while visiting our college student. We enjoyed the kitchen for sharing some home cooking with her and her friends. The knives were excellent!

Came to Auburn for the weekend to catch a football game and show friends around town. Great location to be able to walk to and from the game. I’ll be hoping to book again when we come back for another game this season.

The condo was exactly like the photos and description. We were in town for football game and it was perfect for what we needed. Amanda was quick to respond to any questions and I would definatley stay there again..

Perfect place near campus. Helped our daughter move in to Auburn. Very close to campus. Great host, no problems at all.

Nice property, a little bit farther from the university than we expected (about 20-25 min walk to Toomers), but it was fine and we got a lot of exercise! Quiet apartment complex in a residential neighborhood. Not the most updated place but price reflects that and it was totally functional. Overall a good experience!

Place was perfect and the whole process was seem-less. Apartment was extremely clean and perfect location to campus. Would definitely stay again!!
