The property owner was very accommodating. The property was very tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed for our stay. We really liked being so close to both downtown Alexandria Bay and Clayton.

We had an amazing stay! Patty Jo and Lance were very polite, accommodating and made sure our stay was the best experience it could have possibly been. We had many other families join us and booked other villas- this property was determined to be the best of the best.

The property is ideally located to downtown Alexandria Bay. It was clean, well appointed and supplied. Patty Jo, the owner, was always in communication. The property is on a second level, and has handicapped access via a lift. If you’re bringing a boat or PWC, the property has a boat house on the first level that adds to the convenience of the place.
I would highly recommend this property.

This is by far the best rental I’ve encountered. The townhouse is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. I love the location, quiet but very close to riverfront shops, bars and restaurants. The owners decorated very tastefully and communication was excellent. 100% would stay again!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful!!! I’ve never seen such detail in decorating. It was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back to this cottage!!!

This property could not be any more perfect. The interior was nicely decorated and very clean. We felt welcomed by the host and she was available to answer all of our questions and make suggestions for places to go.

This townhouse is picture perfect, and comes with absolutely everything you need for a great vacation. Things like thick, comfy towels, and tiny little shampoo bottles that smell great, made it feel more like an upscale hotel than a vrbo. The kitchen was fully stocked, and they had plenty of coffee! Communication was outstanding, and the whole process was just a delight from start to finish!

Great location close to everything the boat house under the Townhome is ideal connected to the protected inlet to the St.Lawrance. Makes boating in the area easy and convienient.The Townhome itself was immaculate and had all the best furnishings you could ask for. Attention to detail was not lost on this property. We are planning on returning next summer.

This was our second year staying at this beautiful condo. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked with utensils, cooking pans, dishes, etc. and absolutely immaculate!! We traveled with friends and the husbands are both fishermen. They love the private boat garage located below the condo along with a boat launch right across the marina. Patty Jo stays in touch to ensure our stay is perfect, and it was!!

A very clean, well appointed and very well equipped condo! We found the condo to be exactly as pictured. Our hosts were very good at communicating and had paid attention to details all of which made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. The boat garage was an extra bonus!

Best Villa on the St Lawrence!!
We enjoyed 4 days in the most amazing villa in Alexandria Bay. Patty Jo was fabulous to coordinate our stay and we cannot wait to be back in August. This property is above and beyond anyone's expectations! Clean and beautiful decor throughout!! The Boar garage was exceptional! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy our vacation on The River!!
