We stopped here and stayed a few nights on our way to South Carolina. It was very clean and the check in and out was hassle-free. The decor was so cute and everything was just as described on the listing. We really enjoyed our stay.Thank you so much!

My son was in a baseball tournament in the area. It was the perfect location, clean and provided everything we needed.

Spacious, clean, very comfortable. Was about a half-mile walk to dwntn bars restaurants, which was great. Neighborhood in immediate vicinity is up and coming-fun, clean, safe

It was a nice stay. A great place to stay while traveling to our other locations. If we come back to Alabama we will surely book again.

We were in town for an away series in AA baseball- Rocket City Trash Pandas vs the Barons. Great time all around. Beautiful upscale artsy property within walking distance of everything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Exactly what we expected in a downtown loft…VERY convenient to all of our planned destinations! Loft was clean and functional with funky/fun decorations and furniture. Although, you could hear the “sounds of the city” through the night, we felt safe & secure. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture for lounging in the common room.

Property was clean, well stocked and suited our needs perfectly. We took our daughter to a concert and we were just a short distance from the venue. A perfect night and a perfect place to stay! Will definitely stay again when we travel to Birmingham! The host was wonderful and we had excellent communication! You can’t go wrong!!!

My boyfriend beat me there but said it was very nice. I walked in and really liked the kitchen layout. When turning to the left there is a long hallway with rooms on the right.the decor was trendy and eclectic- love this type of look. Bathroom was large and well done. Two rooms with super comfy beds and a tv to watch on the wall. At the end was a half bath and the living area. Green velvet couch and sitting chairs. Loved staying there. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, except the kitchen. We enjoyed the evening at dinner and vane home to unwind. Great night of sleep and off we went. Thank you! We enjoyed your place.

Our stay was met with cleanliness, communication when needed, amazing art you can get lost in and absolutely beautiful. We would totally recommend.

First of all, the host communicated very well and was there for any questions I had. The unit was very clean. The beds are super comfortable. Great decor and beautiful hardwood floors. I travel to Birmingham quite a bit and have stayed all over. The location is perfect. Very safe and quiet part of town with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I'll be staying here again!

Just a perfect location for any Birmingham downtown event. 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to downtown and it jas a historic setting. The host made some exceptions for us and it worked out very well. Thank you for being a part of diner en Blanc.

We were in Birmingham for our granddaughter's graduation of her 2nd year of residency at UAB Hospital. This loft is within walking distance of the UAB Hospital, UAB & downtown stores & restaurants. It has been completely renovated, was extremely clean & tastefully decorated. To net, everything about our experience "FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS". We would definitely rent this loft again.

Great location, clean and attractive apartment/ condo. I do wish the living room "futon" had been full size (or just a pull-out sofa) but we still really enjoyed it.

Bad neighborhood. Your view was of dilapidated buildings and people roaming the alleyways n streets. Made you feel on guard constantly. The apartment was beautifully done inside but we didn't feel comfortable.

We were in town for the Kimicon and this apartment was only 4 minutes away from the BJCC. The bedrooms, kitchen and main bathroom were spacious, and there's parking on site and on the street. Restaurants were walkable too.

We had such a great stay at this cute loft downtown. The place was so nice & large, and clean! As someone who’s lived downtown before, the location is very quiet for Birmingham. There was a little hiccup before our stay, and our host Roxanne was incredibly accommodating and got everything straightened out for us. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Birmingham.
