We really enjoyed our stay! Property was one of the best we have had while staying at Diamond Beach. Would recommend this rental.

So thankful we found this gem! I chose it for my family because it had everything we needed for a family of 4 with grandparents. We needed elevators, recliner chair for my dad and a beach entry pool for my dad to get in pool with his bad knees. So this place was perfect. When choosing condos we noticed this one has the most living room seating when others didn’t so we were all able to sit and watch a movie comfortably. My most favorite part was the floor to ceiling windows in living room and kitchen. Such a beautiful room to over look pool and beach. Sitting on the porch is pure heaven . You have a larger patio being on the lower level which was a bonus. They had a large table for 6 where we ate breakfast and dinner each day. At night the pool and palm trees are all lit up. We sat for hours on that patio in the evening.. so beautiful! I was so surprised with so many pools and large lazy River.. very impressed! They had two large hot tubs also which was so nice. One day my dads knees were hurting bad so he had to sit out. I noticed a couch and tv near the lazy River ride. He was able to be close to us and enjoy being outside while sitting comfortably watching tv. Nearby they have a covered outdoor game area which was super cool! Indoor game room with great pinball machine , movie theater room, and gym over looking ocean were great on our rain days. Condo included so many things to make our stay comfortable that we have never had in a vrbo stay. Thank you to Greg and Nancy!

We had a wonderful stay. The complex has everything you could need. Pools, lazy river, game rooms, cinema, grills and swim up bar! The condo was extremely clean and had everything you needed for the stay abs to cook!

The condo was very nice with ample seating in the living area that would accommodate 8-10 people. The beds were good, except for those with the bunk beds. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and then some. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would recommend to those interested in renting at Diamond Beach. The complex, of course, was amazing as usual and we continue to visit annually.

It was a great place to stay! Beachfront, great pools that were clean and had plenty chairs We loved mornings on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the waves, Mr Greg was fast to respond and very helpful

This condo was a great location by the pool, not too far from the concierge desk, elevators, and trash ben to mention a few! The condo was perfect for our family, with clean, attractive, and comfortable accommodations! The photos are accurate, and the owner/manager was attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the patio door handle; we contacted the owner but elected to defer maintenance until we left. Besides that, we hope to return soon and stay here again! The Poolside view and rushing of the water over the spillway are so lovely and calming! Especially at night!

Condo was nice. Great location on the second floor with the balcony overlooking pool and beach. Great amenities. Pools and lazy river were all nice. Lots to do from workout room to game room to theater room.

We came for Spring Break and needed a space to accommodate the kids and adults. The condo has a lot of amenities so the kids were always entertained indoors and outdoors! It is walking distance to the beach and views are incredible! It’s close to everything on the island as well. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful views, especially sunrise. Easy access to beach for walking along the sand or the seawall. Bunk beds made it good for 3 children. Condo was clean and well-furnished with enormous balcony. Excellent amenities.

Overall we had a great experience! The kids really enjoyed all the things the property had !

This was our second trip to Galveston this summer but the first time staying in a condo and using VRBO. Of course I was a little nervous about everything being simple and smooth checking in and the amenities being like the pictures and descriptions. We were so pleasantly surprised how everything and everyone was so amazing! The resort was clean and very well maintained and our condo was amazing and so relaxing. I definitely would recommend this place and will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Great walking distance to the ocean, multiple pool options for adults and kids, and the condo was was beautiful. We loved our stay with 3 kids. Thank you for the great atmosphere.

We had the greatest time in Galveston. The resort style rental was perfect! We all enjoyed the pools, lazy river and indoor and outdoor games. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay with my daughter and 4 grandchildren ranging for 11-16. We will definitely stay again when we return to visit next year.

My family of 5 included ages from 75 to 21 years, and we all found the accommodations to suit us. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, and the 2nd floor location is so convenient to everything. Security for the condo is superb, and Greg and Nancy were gracious hosts. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and all agreed that this is where we want to stay during our next trip to Galveston.

We had to move our vacation from Florida to Galveston and everyone was a bit bummed. But..........the family (8 of us) absolutely loved this property. It has a fantastic pool, lazy river, game room, weight room, movie theater, and much more. You will not be disappointed. JR / Houston, TX

The power was out for 10+ hours (5a-3:30p) on Sun 5/22. All the food in our fridge went bad ($100+) We could not flush the toilets, shower, swim in the pool, or do much at all that day except wait around for the power to come on (which originally we were told 8a, then 9a, then noon, then 2p, then it finally came on at 3:30p) so we basically wasted a whole day we spent over $565/day for. This property was the very last to have power restored on the whole island which was very frustrating, esp when traveling with an infant. We also killed 2 giant roaches in the hallway (a few doors down from our room on floor 2). The lazy River was not working when we checked in on Friday, but was working Saturday. Everything else was great. My only suggestion for the actual room itself, would be to create a shelf or space in the cupboard for food. With such small counter space and a place that holds up to 8 people for multiple days, there was no where to store our dry food other than the stove top and counter (leaving no where to sit and eat inside). The property was even very strict and rigid on check-out the following day, even considering not having power the whole previous day (we had asked to have access to the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach after check-out and that was denied - which we wouldn’t have asked for, had we got to go to the beach the previous day). I understand no one is at fault for the power outage, but it definitely tainted our stay and confirmed we will never be back to Diamond Beach again (after raving about it to all our friends based on our previous stay experience).
