Very spacious and convenient location.

This was a great place for a two-week spring visit to St Simon’s. The large deck overlooking golf course was lovely for grilling out or having morning coffee. On cooler days, the kitchen provided plenty of space for cooking, drinking and gathering. There’s everything you need…dishes, glassware, decent pots and pans, two coffee makers, and even an ice machine. The three bedrooms are very large, each with a private bath. Mattresses were comfortable and towels were plentiful. Everything was very clean. There are a few steps leading to the front door. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Master bedroom and bath are on the first floor. Every bedroom, living room and kitchen had a tv! There’s so much to see and do..and eat..on St Simons and on neighboring islands! We had a wonderful time!

We are terribly sad that the rental property was sold to a private party and will no longer be available to rent. We would have become perpetual customers.

A group of 4 adults stayed here for GA/FL weekend. The space was large, we could’ve easily slept 6 people. It was perfect for the weekend. The upstairs bathroom ceiling is peeling off and has a very old fan and light switches-but still functional. The property is very quiet.

no hangars in closets; no soap in showers; no springs in living room sofa. a very disappointing vrbo listing. I have been renting from vrbo for a few years now and this property is by far the very worse.

We were delighted with how comfortable the furnishings were, especially the beds. The whole vibe was very relaxing.

Great apt everything was great! Perfect for three couples or three golfers. Hope to stay again. Mark
