Great location at the perfect cove. Evenings were nocet the sit on the front port and listen to the libe band at the close by marina. We have a wonderful time!

The cabin and dock were great, but if you have a motorized boat you will need to use the neighboring marina, which is very close. The listing says the ramp is seasonally operable, but people who live at the property say that no one uses the ramp other than for kayaks. That being said, it is a good location. The cabin is surprisingly spacious and clean.

The house is on the backside of Indian River Marina. It is a dead end cove with only 7 matching homes in the area. It was peaceful and beautiful. Easy enough to get to several marinas and big open water yet quiet enough for easing back in a cove. The house was bigger than it seemed in the listing. It was super clean and well stocked. Our host was great with communication. It was a great stay!

The location of the cabin couldn’t have been better. We really enjoyed being close to town and having the marina so close by. We had a great family vacation!

7 great nights in a comfortable fully equipped lakeside cottage with a beautiful view. Great accommodations and boat dock next to Indian River Marina. The dock even had electricity to charge my boat batteries overnight. Good communication with host. Very simple check in and check out. Also, town is close by in case you forget something!

Loved the property, kids had a blast

The house is in a great location it is fully stocked with everything you need. We had guests staying in the house beside us that were the sweetest an greeted us as we were walking in. We will definitely be coming back!

When renting at Norris, one of the most desirable things is a private dock. When I first looked at Beth's cottage I noticed it was semi-private and was nervous. No nerves needed! The dock, the house, the grounds, the parking, the garbage dump were all absolutely wonderful! The house was extremely clean and put together. It looked brand new. I loved having a large lot for trailer parking and the large garbage dump was very easy to get to and nice to have. For boaters looking to use the ramp, just know that it is very shallow. You'll need to back in further than you are use to. Can be done, but be mindful! If you can't do it, there are three more ramps headed back towards Indian River to launch at, so plenty of options!

Great place and awesome location with very nice dock. The boat ramp was not useable for us (needed lake up a couple of more feet to get our boats in) but overall the place was outstanding with good parking area for trucks / trailers.

This property was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week. Love the space for our boat and being able to fish off the dock. Had a great time making smores with the kids in the huge firepit.

Very well maintained property on the lake. Cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for the stay. Host responded promptly to inquiries and had very simple checkout process where we didn’t spend half the day cleaning on day of checkout. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was very quiet and serene. There were some issues with damage caused by prior pet owners who had stayed there. I did not let the host know about them until the day we left. It was clear she did not know about them previously. We found the cabin to be just the right size for the two of us and our dog. there was room for 2-3 more people to sleep. All in all, it was OK for a winter getaway. Would be great in the summer for boating and swimming. The dock was right down the hill.

Nice cozy cottage

Could not have been more pleased. Booking and check in was easy. The cabin was nicer than the photos, and it was right on the water where you could swim or go over to the adjacent marina for food and drinks. Nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

We had the best time during our stay! The location is perfect; the house was very clean and had all necessary items! The dock was great, my husband and son loved spending time out there fishing! We will absolutely be back again!

This cabin has everything you need! Very quiet and relaxing. Checking in and out was easy. We loved the dock and swim platform and how easy it was to walk to the lake and put the boat in. Definitely a great find!

Re: lake- views were amazing, property is very well maintained, boat slips & dock great condition & swim deck/platform was so much fun! Beth’s commutation with us during our stay was awesome. She went above & beyond! Adjoining cabin owners were very kind & welcoming. Stay & you will not be disappointed!

Absolute beautiful property and very nice cabin. Very clean and well maintained. Close to lots of options for shopping and eating yet gives you that mountain retreat feel we needed while in town for my nephews wedding. Host was very responsive to any question I had and very nice. Would definitely recommend people to come here!

The location was amazing, tucked away in a cove but close to Indian River Marina. Not far from stores in case you need anything and short drives to a few other marinas. The property was clean and well kept. Property owner was awesome and easy to reach via text or call at any time.
