My husband and I stayed here with my adult daughter and her fiance. We were in for a wedding in Boulder. The photos of this home do not adequately express its charm and beauty! Nice, fenced in back yard with table and chairs, perfect for coffee in the morning. Lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood Beds were comfy! Convenient location to Boulder! Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

My wife and I stayed here as a short getaway and it was perfect. It's a great side of town with lots of restaurants and shopping. The location is centrally located to quick access to downtown Denver and Boulder. The owner was easy to deal with and responsive, and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into this place. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this homey, cozy, remodeled house. It was quiet and roomy. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Great couches and large TV in the living room. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants. Costco is even close by. The owner is friendly and contacted us to make sure everything was to our liking. Great place to stay if heading to Boulder or anywhere else in the vicinity! We would definitely stay again :)

My husband and I rented this house for a couple of days while we visiting family in Arvada. I have rented many VRBO homes and always read the reviews, which are excellent. I look for a good shower, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The house was perfect on all counts. It was very comfortable and loved the decorating. Very convenient location.

The location was perfect for us: a quiet neighborhood close to Boulder (and great local stores and restaurants) and convenient to many trails and area attractions. We particularly enjoyed the spacious kitchen and the comfortable family room. Check in and communications with Heather were a breeze, too!

Truly home away from home 💞 We’ll maintained tastefully decorated in rustic style home in a residential neighborhood of a lovely mountain town of Superior, 10 min from Boulder. Very clean. Comfy beds. Thoughtful and friendly owners, quick to respond to communications and answer any questions. Info templates were helpful with making plans as well as a guest book with prior guests suggestions. We only stayed for 3 nights/2 full days arriving from Colorado Springs portion of our trip. It was very convenient to Denver Airport on the day of our departure. Great starting point for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and other points of interest. Wish we had a bit more time! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Such a cute and nicely decorated home. We enjoyed this charming home. It was so close to everything. We visited Rocky Mountain National park, Flat Irons, and Estes park. The host was wonderful in communicating with us. Loved all the little signs very organized. Highly recommend this place I would definitely stay here again! Loved the location.

This home was exceptionally comfortable and it's clear that the host has taken great effort in the thought taken in placing every creature comfort you could want. The furnishings are a dream! Especially the down filled couches! The kitchen is just beautiful and equipped with every little gadget. We loved the plantation shutters on the window which allowed us to let all the natural light in while still maintaining our privacy. Nice quiet neighborhood (with the exception of the regional airport noise-which we honestly didn't really feel disturbed by). So many things nearby from walking trails near the neighborhood to shopping and sightseeing. Close to restaurants and retail stores. Heather was very communicative and the check in/out was seamless. We loved, loved, loved our stay! We hope to stay again soon! Colorado is our favorite state to visit. This rental was an unequivocal A+++. Highly recommended!

Clean and ultra quiet home convenient to Boulder! Very comfortable with plenty of room. Superior has plenty of grocery stores and eateries, just 5 minute drive from the house. Owner was helpful and responsive.

Worked out great in every way.

The home is located in a nice neighborhood close to food/grocery store etc. The family room has a nice gas fireplace and very comfy couches. The king room is very private, the second bedroom is open to the dining room below . It worked well for my husband and myself. Heather was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our time there.and would go back again.

My friend and I found this home very lovely. It was clean, spacious and the location is nice. Communication with the owner was easy and fast.

This was one of the best rental properties we have stayed at. The place is bigger and cleaner than the pictures show -- I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the living room, the bedrooms, etc. were all impeccably clean and decorated. My only wish is that we were able to spend more time at the home more. Moreover, the drive to Boulder to visit our son was easy and took only about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again - and would stay here every time if we could! Additionally, Heather was very responsive and very helpful. The only caution I'd give is if you have bad knees -- the stairs may be hard to navigate. I enjoyed going up and down the stairs b/c I felt like I got some exercise during our trip! Seriously, this is a gem.

This property is beautiful and immaculate. The hostess was quick to respond and always helpful. The property is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Boulder. Easy to navigate with beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

House was very clean and updated! The beds were soft and perfect after a long hike. The location is perfect for adventuring out to Boulder or over to Westminster area. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed an absolutely perfect stay at this home. The property is exactly as portrayed. It is immaculate, warm and inviting. I joked with Heather that it was so clean we could have eaten off the floors, but assured her we would not! We had plenty of room, all the necessary supplies, a large shower with oodles of hot water and towels galore. The beds were super super comfy. The lovely decor was an added touch that made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet, which we liked, and there are plenty of hiking/running/walking/bike trails to be had. It was the perfect location, whether we were heading to the National Park, Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Flatirons, Vail or the two animal sanctuaries we visited. We feel so blessed to have found this home and would love to stay again during our next trip to Colorado!

We spent 2 weeks at the home. Modern. attractive and a short 10-15 minute rider to Boulder. House was clean, neat and well equipped. Heather was very pleasant and easy to work with. A few could areas of suggesting enhancements : -Shower took 3-4 minutes of running water to get hot water in shower or faucet upstairs. -Would upgrade flimsy bedroom draws to place clothing. -Dining room lighting was poor, making room difficult to use. -Poor lighting over eating area in kitchen island -Kitchen stools were tractor seats, Cute but uncomfortable. In spite of all these suggestions to make the experience even better, we had a very lovely time in the house and our many day trips to interesting and beautiful places.
